      I got a letter in the mail from “****** *******” about a debt consolidation loan. I scanned the code for pre approval. I filled out & gave some of my personal information, after doing so, I started getting emails from Strategic Consulting & calls from Anthony O****. At first I was weary but I responded to his emails about options. Well, the very next day (today) he started blowing up my phone. I started to get even more concerned when he stated that he needed additional information & I thought I gave all of that during my pre approval process. I really started getting frustrated, concerned & weary. The calls continued even after I stated I wasn’t available to talk. Huge red flag. So I started asking questions & every answer didn’t make sense to me. What I’m reading about the company is opposite of what he said to me. I started doing more research & landed upon here where I saw all the issues others are having. It is clearly an issue. I asked him to remove my information & not contact me again but I want to ensure that happens. This place throws many red flags. I want to ensure all of my information that was given (even in the pre approval application) is removed & this company does not contact me again. Thank you.

      I’m sure this will be “resolved” or “answered” by the business like they’ve done all their other complaints but I’m legit putting this out here for visibility. They offer a loan, but it’s not a loan, they will get all your PI, tell you to stop paying your credit cards and that they’ll get them closed(as in you will no longer have them) and you will have an account opened in your name and yo pay them once a month to represent you. If you decide not to go forward they will harass you to no end. I’m talking emails, texts, calls from different VOIP numbers at ALL times of the night and day. No matter how many times you tell them to stop or close the account they won’t. They will then begin to try and have fun and belittle you with communication and talk badly about you to goad you. I worked with a Benjamin P****** ***-***-**** If you ****** it and go to the ******** it’s a fake profile with a lot of other accounts attached to it. This is 100% a scam and they will take your money from you. If you’re reading this, don’t use them and don’t answer any mail from ***** ******** ********* as they’re tied to them.

      On November 3rd, 2022 I contacted ***** ******** ******** for debt consolidation which referred me to Strategic Consulting. Then a Mr. Lesly P******** contacted. I signed papers online and was told that I can cancel at any time. I even texted him and he confirmed that I can cancel at any time. On November 4th I still had not received a copy of the papers I signed and requested a copy. It is now Monday November 7th I have texted Lesly to cancel my account several times, I have called him and left a message and no response. I tried calling the company itself and I keep getting sent to Lesly voice-mail. Doesn't give me a chance to talk to anyone else. I am canceling before they take funds from my account and I can't seem to reach anyone to cancel or have the account closed confirmed. Terrible customer service. It seems like it's a scam.

      Similar to a complaint that was filed by another use I also got a pre qualified letter to consolidate my debt for a crazy low APR rate. They called me within the day of the inquiry and asked me for my information they pulled up how much I owe and told me I could get that amount in a loan with infinite law group for 0% APR. They sent me emails through Strategic Consulting and walked me through what appeared to be a legitimately application and the worker stated that a notary would come out to meet me the same day to sign the paperwork in person. However, I have not received a call back, notary never showed and the worker is not responding to cell or goes to voicemail. I never got a follow up email confirming who I spoke with regarding my application and who I was expected to meet. After further research, I found similar folks reporting the same process and looks like it may be a scam. The worker’s number is 716-301-0359 and his name is Bryan I would like all my information gone from their data base and to not be contacted by them ever again.

      Seeking a way to alleviate some of my debt, received a letter from ******* ****, connected to Sara S********** at Strategic Consulting. She informed me that I was eligible for a credit card modification program & tha* ***** *** Law firm would be representing me. We exchanged over 60 emails clarifying information around their work and timeline to helping me settle my debts. I thought trustworthy companies to work with, I went ahead & signed the documents on 9/22/22 at 2:15pm ET. A few hours later, I began to question whether or not I made the right decision, so I did some research on both companies. Come to find that there are several BBB complaints against Strategic Consulting. 9/22/22 9:07pm-9:25pm I made my first request to cancel and there were 7+ emails exchanged btwn us 9/22/22 9:25pm I email Sara "Thanks but I am cancelling. Attached is my signed form confirming cancellation. Please confirm receipt and acknowledge that no money will be taken from my bank account." I sent the PDF of the cancellation with my signature on it. 9/22/22 9:34pm Sara responds "Thanks for sending it. I can process the cancellation, but nothing is fully enrolled yet. The notary just scanned back the documents." 9/22/22 10:08pm Sara says "I will process once I am back in the office tomorrow." 9/23/22 1:17pm I received an email from ***** *** Law "Confidential: Attorney-Client Information Countersigned Agreement" 9/23/22 1:20pm I respond to ***** *** Law and cc Sara. Informing them that I have cancelled. Attached signed cancellation documents. No response from ***** *** Law 9/23/22 1:29pm I email Sara inquiring as to how the Law firm got the forms when she said they were not yet processed and would be cancelled. I ask her to confirm that I am not enrolled in the program and that no money will be taken from my bank account bec authorization is revoked. 9/23/22 1:36pm Sara emails "You are cancelled from the program." I have not yet received confirmation that NO MONEY will be taken.

      I responded to a mail offer about a personal loan, **** *******, which I responded on August 30,2022. I received a call and email from Mr. Vinny P**********, a representative from Strategic Consulting, who called me and got my personal information such as social security number and my birthday. I didn't feel comfortable with that. Eventually I decided to not go with their recommended plan but I am concerned that my personal information might be comprised. Therefore, I respectfully asking Strategic Consulting to remove my name and information from their system. Also, they must be clear that they are debt consolidation company and not a loan service.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I signed with this company around November, 2020. I was making my payments through August/September, 2021. None of my creditors were receiving payments from them. I kept emaliing Brandon E***** that I was getting collection calls but they remained unanswered. After months of going back and forth without a response, and yet still taking my monthly payment, I decided to cancel. I had a total of over $5k in an escrow account and I ultimately received $100 back from it because of fees they took even though none of my creditors were paid. I believe that is wrong and not sure if there is anything I can do to recover what I lost. Beware and do not do business with them.

      Got a pre qualified letter to consolidate my debt for a crazy low APR rate. They called me within the day of the inquiry and asked me for my information they pulled up how much I owe and told me I could get that amount in a loan with infinite law group for 0% APR ever and that I would have to sign in person cause they do not do anything over the phone and he would call me back later in the day to review everything and tell me where to go to sign. While I was waiting for the call back I did a deep research and found out that they are multiple companies including strategic counseling and ****** debt. I want all my information gone from their data base and to not be contacted by them ever again.

      Applied for a loan on 6/1/2022. Within 10 minutes on the phone I decided not to go with their offer. The consultant, Alexander R*** repeatedly text, called, and emailed me. His texts were threatening and pushy. He told me that if I didn't take their offer, I would be in "financial ruin" and needed to take their offer or risk losing everything. I advised him to stop contacting me after the first "financial ruin" scare text and voicemail. He has continued to text and email me. I have advised him 5 times to stop. I responded with a notification that his company is not permitted to contact me or access my personal information. At this point, I am forwarding transcripts of the texts and emails to the authorities. After doing research on this company and all of the other companies listed at their address, all of the companies are scams. The reviews are fake. These people need to be shut down.
