BED BUGS!! - and they THREATENED TO KICK ME OUT when I complained!! WORST hotel stay I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here!!! The rooms are mediocre at best. The service is TERRIBLE. And there are BED BUGS!! ??I've never experienced such a NASTY staff at a hotel. Not only were they not apologetic about the fact that I woke up NEXT TO A BED BUG --with pictures to PROVE IT!!! -- but they GAVE ME ATTITUDE ABOUT IT! One more time..THEY gave ME attitude about it.?? ??The "manager" gave me the NASTIEST attitude. HE got angry and frustrated with ME that I had the audacity to complain about BED BUGS in their gross hotel. Truly unbelievable. And when I got upset, HE THREATENED TO HAVE ME ESCORTED OUT!! Picked up the phone and everything! Lmao. He's an angry little man. So to recap - I paid for 3 nights at a hotel, where I found a bed bug, and instead of getting an apology and refund, I was dismissed, insulted, and threatened to get kicked out - in a city that I don't know, with nowhere to go, with 2 nights already paid...in the middle of the two-day bar exam! BAR TAKERS BEWARE! Stay anywhere but Millennium if you have to take the bar exam in Buffalo!!?? Btw, he claimed I was "getting loud"....even though I was not even close to yelling (he got louder than I did) .... and told me that I need to "watch my mouth"... even though I did not use any foul language. I can't help but think that the fact that I am a Hispanic woman contributed to his comments and the way I was treated. Not a good look Buffalo.???? But it's cool, I sure as hell wasn't going stay in that disaster of a hotel another second anyway. I checked out that day and checked into a MUCH nicer place in Buffalo, which wasn't at all hard to find. Trust me, DON'T book Millennium. Plenty of much better options with far kinder people.???? BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY from Millennium.
