  I hired Calandra this past year for lawn mowing, snowplowing and fixing up my landscaping beds. I was very disappointed in their quality of work and professionalism. It was an all around bad experience. Calandra was supposed to trim all my bushes and trees. They forgot to trim several of them and the others were done haphazardly. They ripped out flowers that were perennials because they thought they were weeds. Many areas were missing weed barrier, even though it was in the contract. Calandra admitted that the job needed more mulch, but because he underbid the job and was losing money, he would not provide any more. Calandra also admitted that his workers were new and not properly trained. He harassed us for more money because he could not estimate the job properly. He even told us of a toll bill for $1800 he owed to gain our sympathy. He assured us that he had arborists working for him but this statement appears to be false looking at the completed project. For snowplowing, Calandra had to be constantly called and asked when he was coming out. He provided an expired certificate of insurance to trick me into signing a contract. He had numerous people complain about his snowplowing service. He deletes all his negative comments off of his ******** page. Calandra was hired by my elderly neighbor to cut her grass. She is 90 years old and has a hard time seeing and hearing. She paid him a lot of money. He rarely cuts her grass. He never provided her with a receipt for her money or a contract. Her family had to get involved to help her. Calandra refused to bag the grass clippings after he cut my lawn even though the contract stated he would. The grass looked atrocious with all the loose grass on it. He canceled my contract and wanted to give it to his friend. He was going to pay him a fraction of what I paid him and keep the rest for himself. Calandra's words and actions were also crude and inappropriate which made my daughter very uncomfortable.

  *****, let me start by saying this… shame on you. First and foremost, you’re upset because I dropped your contract and paid you your money back in full because I couldn’t take the stress of doing business with someone like you. And provided you with a smaller company to take over. You are a very very hard person to deal with. And your entire neighborhood is disgusted with your behavior. Not to mention, especially the ones with kids… you know what I’m talking about. You’re known for doing this to local companies. In the very beginning, When you sign up with us it was for lawn maintenance. I cut your lawn for almost two months for free. The reason being is this. I refunded your full balance and I needed to drop your account because your behavior when we showed up to cut your lawn was offensive. You literally followed us around your property and complained about EVERYTHING. Your neighbors warmed me about you. And they also said you’ve sued every contractor that has done buisness at your residence. I should have listened to them. And there wasn’t one instance that your driveway wasn’t plowed. Not one *****. I have proof of that. I’ve always kept things very very professional with you and my patience was at an all time high. There’s reasons why you don’t put you’re real name on your social media pages because you have so many people after you for doing things like this. We just had a conversation after I did a beautiful landscaping project on you’re entire property for a exceptional discount, telling me how happy you were. And now you wait almost a year later and try and slander my business. That’s not gonna work *****. I’m in shock that you would take the time out of your day and make up a lie like this. You just asked me to cut your fathers property!!!!. As far as insurance goes, companies like myself are required to have business insurance. The reason why I stopped our contract, because you are very very uncomfortable to be around. You constantly asked for a cheaper price. You expect everything for free and from what I remember, you were happy with our service. I don’t recommend anyone doing buisness with you because you’ve sued multiple contractors for free payment and free work, you’re always looking for get something for free. You should be ashamed of yourself. Now I know why you’re entire neighborhood despises you. For the first time since I’ve been in business, I had to void a contract. You’re neighborhood goes out of their way to warn every contractor you have working on you’re home to be careful because you’re are a very very evil person. And that is the soul reason why I had to drop you as a customer for the first time ever. Keep doing what you’re doing *****, because god had a special place for people like you. You’ve made my wife very squeamish to be around you because you tried to hit on my wife, you said very, very inappropriate things to my wife and your lucky I didn’t call the police. Not to mention all of my workers were extremely uncomfortable to be around you. There’s reasons why we have very, very happy customers in the area. You are the first person that’s ever complained about our service, I’m very responsive and if you had a problem, you could’ve just called and I would’ve addressed the issues. I gave you a full refund when I didn’t have to give you a refund at all. I did that because I am a very respectable man and we do great business. I look out for my customers and I have a very large custom base that can vouch for that. And these pictures are fake. You have some serious issues, and I hope you get some help one day. I just can’t believe you took time to write these ridiculous lies *****… . None of it is true. Not one sentence. You did this because you have a family member that is in competition with my business. That’s sad… you need some serious help. BEWARE OF THIS MAN! If anyone should be warned as to who this man is, call me directly, There’s reasons why he hides his identity.

  In response to the owner's comments: The fictitious accusations the company has made instead of responding to the actual problems with his company should tell you everything you need to know about who you would be hiring.

  I found this. We did your landscaping project in may, and I ended our contract three days after we did your project on my 15th.
