      I was shocked by a $49.99 debit in my bank account dated 25 Oct '21 and payable to DIVINECOSMICDAZZLINGTE **** ******** DR 85. When I expanded the detail in my account, I discovered another transaction with the same identifying information in the amount of $9.99. I'm guessing that these charges are associated with a mystery package that was delivered to my door by USPS, tracking number **** **** **** **** **** **, The return address is gadgetsdirect [at] protonmail [dot] com, **** *** *****, Akron, OH 44319. I am further guessing that this item was offered at a deeply discounted rate as a gratitude gift for my response to a survey about on-line buying habits. The item is likely relatively inexpensive compared to other high-ticket items that require technology I don't have such as smart devices. So I was expecting to make a $10 purchase for a gadget that I could give to one of my grandchildren as a gift. But I would never have made a $10 payment on a $60 purchase from a company I don't know. I have not opened the package. I have written to two different addresses, neither of which is in Akron, OH where the package supposedly originated. I even called a phone number I found on ********, presumably for the same company. Please help me get authorization and an address for the return of this item and a refund to my bank account.       I took a survey on-line for which I was supposed to receive a "free product" if I paid the shipping. I received the product and noticed I was charged for the product on July 25, 2021. I immediately called the number on my credit card statement and was told I had signed up for the product as well as one to come every month. I sent the product back, was given a $40.00 credit and told the remaining $69.88 would be credited when the product was received back. The product was received on 8/2/2021. I have not been issued the remaining credit. I have called customer service numerous time. They insist it was issued to my bank, which it has not. They acknowledge receipt of the product, but I am still owed $69.88. They use legitimate businesses and pretend they are conducting a survey with a free product. It is only in the fine print do they disclaim the survey is not for the company they state. It is a duplicitous business that needs to be closed down.

      Today 10-4-2021 I received in the mail a package with ******* wireless earbuds in it. I did not order this and can’t use it! Ship date on invoice says ship date was 9/28/21. What is going on??? I have no idea who these people are!!! I want to return this and get a refund on what ever credit card they fraudulently used!!! I tried calling the company number says it’s disconnected.

      2 different dates. One on 9/7 and the other 8/23 of 2021. The place is ****************************. I have made multiple attempts to reach them and they never get back to me! I never ordered either item and trying to send them back. The scary thing is that they got my bank account number!! I will contact my bank to see what can be done! This has to stop!!!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      I wanted to let you know the issue I contacted you about has been resolved. It was with Gadgets Direct. They finally answered my call. I talked with the company and we came to an agreement.
