      I purchased a full sub from the location on March 31st the sub had little to no meat on the sandwich. I called back to complain an employee whose name I later found out was Tony. Tony kept hanging up the phone as I was requesting to speak with a manager. After I got off work I went to return my sandwich for a refund or make a new one. I was told by the two employees that was working to leave the sandwich and call back tomorrow and speak with Mary. The next day I called back and because I didn’t give Tony my real name he proceeded to yell and say why do I have to lie to him- just put the manager on the phone. Well low and behold Mary who was just as nasty as Tony told me I was not getting a refund. Then I contacted the corporate office left a message with Barb who said she would speak with the owner and call me back the following Monday. Didn’t hear anything from Barb so I called her on Tuesday and left a message. I later received a call back from Carl P******* who was as rude as he is on tv. He told me I wouldn’t be getting my money back and I can come and get the sub that I left last Thursday per the instructions of his employees. I told him what world is he living in that you can take someone money because he was Carl P******* and not return anything for my money.
