    I ordered furniture at the beginning of January. Was told to expect shipment by the 16th. I was then told one item in my order had to be a special order. I said fine but that I wanted the other items when they arrive. Now its February 5th and Im still without a living room or a bedroom. If I hadnt already paid for this very expensive items I would cancel and never use them again. My furniture is at the local delivery center and its being held there until an accent chair arrives so they can deliver all items together several phone calls and emails later, I still dont have anywhere to sit or sleep. And cant order anything else in the meantime bc theres no room for an extra couch! The frustration this process has given me. Its unreal. The incompetence is mind blowing.

    We had a large sectional delivered and the delivery team was outstanding! They were very respectful and made sure we were happy with placement and offered to adjust if needed. Order was delivered as promised and we were kept up to date on delivery.

    They don't honor their warranty and blame it on the manufacturer with their cheap a** broken down furniture. Three months after purchasing a three seat reclining sofa...FROM COLEMAN FURNITURE AND NOT DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER, parts from the left seat started failing to the floor causing the seat to sag. When I contacted COLEMAN FURNITURE with pictures and videos, their response was...the manufacturer said it was NORMAL operation. Give me a break! What's normal about parts falling out of the sofa. The when I pushed back, COLEMAN FURNITURE said that the manufacturer will give up to a $125 credit towards having an independent furniture repair professional inspect and repair the item. They made the recommendation to a company they have used in the past so I went with it. The technician showed up, inspected the sofa and reinstalled the spring clamps that fell out. Then that company proceeded to charge me extra for 10 mins of work which I disputed but that's another story. When I submitted the $125 receipt and technician's report to COLEMAN FURNITURE, they said that the manufacturer wants this and this and that on the technician report including the amount paid like if the receipt from the company was not good enough. Unreasonable ask! I cannot dictate to a company that I do not work at or own when to put on their report. I asked anyway and I also asked COLEMAN FURNITURE to try as well. Few weeks later, no updated technician report and still no refund. I purchased this sofa from COLEMAN FURNITURE and not directly from the manufacturer so they are responsible for ensuring that I am reimbursed as originally agreed on by COLEMAN FURNITURE. What a bunch of incompetent losers with no common sense to know that I cannot ask for customized reports from other companies. Firstly, honor the warranty you claim to provide after someone purchases an item from COLEMAN FURNITURE. Secondly, don't ask me for anything other than what was provided to me by the repair company.

    I went to ******** Furniture and found a sofa I loved. I then went online to see if I found it cheaper. I did But the cheaper prices came with constant errors. First My delivery men begged to help me slide my sofa over. Then they delivered the wrong back piece. I was left with the piece they brought since I had a party and didn't want my furniture to look like it had a hole in it. I called customer service and was shipped out another after complaining and received the delivery about 3 days later. Iusses again. The delivery housed only one part of the need. Called customer service again. No one understands why, no compensation, and I have to continuously wait for a callback. The easiest thing they could do was send the replacement. I had to not only waste time calling them about their error. I then had to wait for calls back and emails, and then still mistakes made. The store is closed on weekends so if the issue is on a Wednesday forget any recovery until the following week. I had customer service **** act as if I was the issue because I was upset and then NO Compensation for their constant issues. Won 't use them again and if you are smart Go to Ashleys and pay the upcharge

    installation and product are great, only down side was the drawers are not wide enough to have manilla folders in them for filing. So that was a tad annoying, but the quality, workmanship, and appearance are exactly what I was looking for. Love the large top surface area.

    Hard to determine color and quality from a picture (which did not do it justice at all!). My dining room set and buffet are stunning and so incredibly solid. Cushions are super comfortable and supportive. So pleased with set up as well. Team came in and assembled everything - and then removed all boxes, etc. - very efficient! I am so pleased with my purchase . and everything was delivered in time for Christmas dinner!

    We absolutely love our chairstand. It arrived in perfect condition and it's very nice. The drawer slides out easily, the cabinet door opens and closes easily. There is plenty of storage room. Ordering the chairstand was easy, payment transaction was smooth and I would buy from them again.
