This company is absolutely not reputable. First, they asked for a copy of my ID card when I tried to purchase online, which felt intrusive to me and excessive to confirm a purchase. Then, once I'd successfully ordered the furniture, I fairly quickly received a shipping confirmation with about a 2-week delivery timeframe. Having heard nothing after 2 weeks, I reached out to Coleman and was informed that they were not able to track it for me and would attempt to reach out to the manufacturer (?). I then stated that I would like to cancel the order and was informed of a restocking fee, which I accepted. The individual told me that he would do so and send a confirmation of cancellation in ***** hours. After 48 hours with no further communication, I reached out again in hopes of a resolution but got a different answer - the second ****** I spoke to told me that they were "calculating" the restock fee, which I'd already been specifically informed of, and that it could take 2-7 business days to receive a cancellation. 30 seconds later, he corrected himself and said 3-7 business days - indicating a lack of any policy or standards for cancellations. A manager finally emailed me and offered a paltry $50 discount on my $2700 furniture set if I didn't cancel - indicating that my original cancellation request had never been honored. When I insisted on cancelling, I finally received a cancellation receipt within a few hours. Overall, the lackluster customer service, lack of communication, and refusal to accept my cancellation - and a not-insubstantial restocking fee - has left a bad taste in my mouth and I cannot recommend buying from Coleman.Coleman Furniture Response

Very happy with my purchase! I ordered two dining room chairs and they came when promised, were easy to put together, are solid/good quality and look great! I was hesitant to order from an online store with a few poor ratings, but I was trying to match some existing chairs purchased from a friend and this is where I found my exact match, so I took the opportunity. I was pleased with the tracking notifications, and the arrival (even earlier than expected!) I'm very happy about my order.Review from Kim B

This company is not reputable. I ordered some furniture from them and for two weeks now I have been told that it has shipped and it has not. When you call them they tell you that Federal Express is not updating their tracking. Federal Express tells me that Coleman furniture is not being truthful. I will not ever order from them again. My products have not shipped but if I cancel I have to pay shipping fees and a restock. I think this is a scam to make moneyColeman Furniture Response

One of my clients highly recommended Coleman. I was very nervous to buy a couch online, but when I saw they carried a lot of common brands I figured Id give it a try. She told me about their free delivery, and that it could be returned if we didnt like it. We purchased it at the end of 2020 and it didnt get delivered til almost a year later. I understand it was Covid and things were different l, but besides your regular automated emails I didnt receive any kind of update on when Id be getting my couch. Again, everything was weird then so I delt with it. Fast forward about 3 years since delivery and my husband goes to put the power recliner down. We hear a very loud bang and the back of it drops. He flipped it over to look and we can seee the whole motor is off and a metal piece is bent. I messaged Coleman and they said sorry your manufacturer warranty from ****** is done. Call a local furniture repair person. She said she could help and find me one and send a number of one in **************** in ********. I asked her if they had any warrenty and she said yes, but you didnt purchase it. I go to look through purchasing something to see where I missed this and its a little thing that says add $99 warranty to your cart. Yes j understand I could of looked into the details of it then but it wasnt really advertised. I also didnt think a couch would break in 3 years after buying it and waiting a year for it and Id just be out luck. The customer service was so poor. A motor shouldnt break after 3 years (especially on the love seat we dont use often at all) and you just.l be out of luck. I bought a dishwasher 4 years ago from ****** and the motor went out and they came right out in fixed it. ****** learned I will NEVER buy from Coleman again. I will post this wherever I can to let people know because buying things online can be tricky so its good to know what youre getting into.Coleman Furniture Response

Ordering a couch online can always be risky but the couch I ordered came in EXACTLY how I expected it! Its a modular sectional and I love that I can rearrange it depending on the night. A slight funky smell but Im assuming its because of the box it was delivered in. I had home delivery and installation and it was quick and easy!Review from Najm M

Ordered a dining room set it was delivered damaged and have been through the wringer with this company DONT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. Final was able to get a furniture technician here and he told me the furniture couldnt be repaired and that my dining room table bench had water damage. I received a email a few days later asking me to send more pictures of the damage when the technician just came and took pictures and wrote a report on the condition of the dining room set. This company should be shut down immediately
