  First off we love our bedroom set. BUT I ordered a ******** due to the fact that we have a ******** mattress. Plus we waited for 4months to get the set. My husband was here when the set was delivered. My fault that I didnt check things. They didnt s**** in the legs and it was making loud thuds when you went to lie down I fixed that. The bed frame is way larger than a ******** theres like 4 on each side of the frame. YOU CAN SEE THE ***** AND THROUGH TO THE ******* Ive been in contact with them since January and totally ****** off. Tons of emails, photos phone calls and many rude responses from thier customer service department. They actually told me that since I didnt buy the mattress from them that they dont know if it is actually a ********? I sent them invoices and pictures of the mattress too. They refuse to fix the problem. I have contacted my Credit card company about it and they are investigating the problem. Next step is that I will contact an attorney. false advertising is also part of this complaint.

  To Whom It May Concern:We had been looking for a livingroom set for about 2 years. I was truly hesitant about ordering off line, well I put that to bed due to the price point and no sales hassle. I did reach out to see if Coleman Furniture had a show room which they do not. We went to ****** Furniture and looked at some different couches and chairs took down the model numbers then rushed home to look them up on Coleman website. We were pleasantly surprised to find the couches and chair we wanted. The deliver came from ********, ** which I was surprised the delivery personnel were so nice and respectful to our home. The only pitfall was they neglected to hook up one couch but one worries my husband took care of it no problem. I highly recommend Coleman Furniture and will use them again when we need another piece of furniture. We saved about $3000 by using Coleman Furniture. Thank you to the support staff in answering all my questions, the staff that reached out to schedule the delivery and delivery driver and assistant for you respect during our encounter. The delivery personnel took all the trash with them. Thank you, so very much for this wonderful experience.

  Couch and loveseat appear to be well built, heavy and solid. The cushions are pretty firm but I'm getting comfortable on them. Everything came in great condition and the delivery guys went above and beyond. The set is big and the adjustable headrests are great. I am happy with the purchase. My mom bought a set for twice as much with a chair though and it's not as well built feeling.

  Having had a grueling experience trying to put together a previously ordered file cabinet, I was delighted to pay $30 more than other vendors charged for the identical item to get the "white glove delivery" I saw on your website. I was sooooo disappointed to open my door one mmorning to see your big box standing beside my door. I am so depressed and disappointed I have not even gotten someone to help me bring it ***** is still outside my door.

  I saw a chair at Home Goods that I fell in love with and I needed two couldnt find anywhere. So I went online and Coleman furniture came up and they had exactly what I wanted and at great price. So I ordered and received them within 7 days. I love them!!!

  They kept me updated on the status of the order. The free of charge white glove delivery was unexpected, even though its advertised. The couch we ordered is incredible and came well packaged. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and recommend this company.

  Excellent experience. I found the curio cabinet I wanted and then sought out a company to deliver and assemble it. After checking the BBB's ratings and customer reviews, I chose **********************. There were no surprises. At every step of the purchase...from shipping to delivery to a local site, to arranging installation...the communication was great. The installers even inserted shelves where I wanted them and had me check the entire cabinet when it was finished (after they photographed it). I recommend Coleman Furniture and its white-glove delivery/installation. It was a pleasurable experience.

  Aesthetically pleasing, well built. Informative on order status and delivery. Although longer than desired delivery time, the desk and file cabinet were delivered during the time stated File cabinet drawers are not wide enough for a regular manila folder.

  We ordered a desk and it arrived before schedule and was in excellent condition. It is very attractive and well built. Moreover, it was easy to assemble! I would order again from Coleman.
