    We ordered an expensive bedroom set from Coleman Furniture because their website stated delivery in 34 weeks, which suited our timeline. Unfortunately, our experience turned into a 5-month ordeal.The first delivery (after about a month) arrived with a badly damaged dresser and missing hardware to assemble the bed. We declined to accept the broken pieces, and the entire set was taken back. When I contacted Coleman Furniture to cancel the order, I was told that by clicking purchase, I had agreed to their terms and conditions, which allow extended resolution times and offer no compensation for delays. They also said canceling would result in a 15-20% fee, even though the furniture had never been successfully delivered.Another two months passed (three months total), and a second delivery attempt was made again without hardware and with more broken bed parts. The damaged pieces were taken back, and the rest of the furniture was left unassembled in our bedroom for two more months. During this time, we had to purchase another bedroom set (which we hadnt planned to buy) just to accommodate our relatives who were visiting during the holidays.Finally, five months after the original purchase, Coleman attempted a third delivery. Hardware was shipped separately, and although we paid for white glove delivery, we were expected to assemble the bed ourselves. Eventually, the bed rails were replaced and the bed was put together but the entire process was exhausting.This was one of the worst customer service experiences weve ever had. The delays caused both financial strain and unnecessary stress. I recommend reading Coleman Furnitures terms carefully before ordering and being prepared for long delays and limited support if anything goes wrong.

    Love the chairs I ordered. My only complaint is the delivery took to long. Almost a month is not acceptable when delivering from ************** to *********. You would think it was coming from *****. Other than that, I am very pleased with my purchase. I would buy again but I do suggest you find a better option on delivery.

    The curio cabinet was exactly what we expected, arrived in great condition, and the delivery crew was very professional, friendly, and helpful. We were looking for an exact replacement. Coleman was able to provide it at a better price than most.

    The couch is large, comfortable and a huge cloud. Has been holding up well with our cats. **************** is also easy to get ahold of for any questions. Got our couch delivered a week after we ordered it!

    I was hesitant to purchase sight unseen, but not only was the furniture exactly as it looked in the photo, the quality was what I was hoping for, and the communication was stellar. Frequent updates on the status of the order helped put my mind at ease, and the notice the day before provided not just a 4-hour window, but my place in the delivery queue, allowing me to even better estimate delivery time. Thank you for a seamless process from order through delivery.

    Ordering from Coleman Furniture was easy and efficient. My nightstands arrived in short order, well packaged and only needed the legs screwed in. They are beautiful and well made. i am very happy with the whole experience with Coleman Furniture.

    This is a horrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They use 3rd party shipping companies and have no ability to control when and how the product is delivered. On their website it said the furniture would arrive in 5 weeks. My furniture has sat in a warehouse for 6-7 weeks. In addition, they used a trucking company that is 4 hours away from my house which makes no sense. When asked to intervene and get the shipment date moved up or at least put on the schedule they had no answers. I have been extremely disappointed with Coleman and will never buy from them again or recommend to friends. I still don't have my furniture (5 weeks has turned into *****) and when I asked to cancel the order they told me they would have to charge me for the cancellation because it had already shipped to the trucking company. I explained to them that the trucking company, though not affiliated with Coleman is a reflection on their business. Again, they have no answers and can only say it is out of our hands. This is not the right way to do business!!!! Think twice before ordering. Other companies carry their products - I made a mistake in trusting them!

    This was my second sofa purchase from Coleman furniture and I have been completely satisfied both times. The website is easy to use and order from, communication along the process is great, and the delivery services are ace.
