  I purchased a pair of pants from this company on July 14th of this year. When the pants arrived they were too small, so I initiated an exchange with the company on August 7. They helped me set up an exchange for the pants, and proceeded to tell me that I would receive a tracking number when the order was placed. I got a notification that the order was placed, but never received a tracking number. I emailed to follow up on this and was told that they would check up on the issue. I have since never heard back, nor received the pants. I've followed up multiple times, and called but I have not heard back.

  Purchased online retail order on 7/22.Received order on 8/14. Immediately dissatisfied with order, poor quality and poorly made. Outreached on 8/14 to ask to initiate return.Company emailed me back on 8/15 advising they would prefer to send me another size. I advised the size was correct, the length and quality were not. I want to return not exchange.Company emailed again on 15th and said they cant cancel order for me. I never asked to cancel. I asked to return.They advised they would not return because item was not damaged. And would give me a 20% discount on any new orders.I advised this does not match their written online return policy. All items unused can be returned in 30 days.I want a complete refund to return the item as their online policy states.They appear to be a scam company and products overseas.

  -Transaction Date: 6/21/23 -Shipment Date: 6/23/23 -Received Product: 7/24/23 -Purchase Total: $59.98 -Product was not as described based off the size chart the company provided on their website. I emailed this as well as photos and they stated they do not accept returns for sale items and offered me an $11.99 refund for the poor quality clothing that I can't even wear or donate because it is paper thin garbage -I requested a 100% refund and provided photos of the sizing chart from their website accompanied by photos of measurements of the product I was sent -My full refund was denied -The pants are actually shorter than the short pants, so no one can really wear this clothing. The long pants are supposed to be 32" but are 27" (short are supposed to be 28")-I am not the only one dealing with this issue, a quick ****** search will prove that -For example: **************************************************************** -Another example: *******************************************************************
