  Extremely disappointed with this retailer. Reached out to customer support in regards to a pair of leggings that I purchased in a size small/medium but arrived much bigger. The leggings were literally falling off of me. Submitted pictures to them and its been a month and no action has been taken. It’s incredible how they refuse to hold themselves accountable. They asked for a picture of the sizing tag inside the leggings but these leggings doesn’t have a tag (which as a seller you should know that or maybe make an adjustment to include them) and they have the nerve to say they can’t help because there’s no size tag? Um sounds like a business issue that THEY need to fix… please dont spend a dime with these people.

  I placed an order 6/23 it states my order was ship straight after on 6/24 however ever since then it is now 7/15 there has been no movement on my order. I emailed and text them ohhhh the respond takes forever and one states its the post office and the other states the items are out of stock. Regardless of what the issue is there is no update coming from their end. NEVER EVER AGAIN AND I WILL NOT BE REFERRING THIS SITE. YOU GUYS ****. AND I WILL ALSO PUT THIS ON THE INSTAGRAM PAGE.

  Purchased item on June 10, 2024, requested refund 2 days later. Company responds 7 days later only to find that item has to be returned in 7. I did my due diligence in returning item. They intentionally waited me out only to deny my request for a refund. What a scam company.

  If I could give this scam of a company less than 1 star I would. I went out on a limb and spent money with this company for a dress for my birthday. The dress that I bought was also worn by a curvy model on the website. It says she was a M. I guarantee you this dress was not actually a M that she was wearing. The dress is so small it wont even go over your head. A 10 year old who hasnt even gone through puberty wouldn't be able to fit this dress. I contacted the company attempting to get an exchange because I cant even get the dress on. Its passed the event I needed it for but still was willing to just ask for a bigger size instead of asking for a full refund since I didnt need it anymore. The person who returned my email did not care, was rude, and unwilling to help. This company is stealing money from customers but wont even do the bare minimum of exchanging. Because they said they gave a small discount at checkout. Do not shop here. You can find the exact same item at multiple different shops on instagram for less money and probably way better customer service. This is not a business you want to spend money with. As well as the quality being cheap. Just another person trying to hustle people out of money with a fake business. Real business owners dont sell cheap clothing and than refuse to accommodate their customers when its not even making them lose money.

  Order two pieces and only received one item. Ive dmed, emailed, no responses. Yet the page is active on social media and still ignoring customers? First and last time shopping with them.

  Overpriced. Material is cheap. If you want to wait longer than Aliexpress, Dhgate, and Temu as far as shipping goes then do it. They take at least a month before they process to ship. This was a third time shopping with them, so there were tries as far as being optimistic but Im good.

  Ordered a pair on jeans and a shirt from them in august of 2020 and still havent received it yet Ive sent numerous of emails to Dms even made comments on there post a few times until I got blocked for telling the truth to them just for them to say theyll get back with me and never did. I have screenshots of the package literally saying its at the post office still and its *************************************************************************************************************************************************
