      for the last year it's been nothing but problems and negative interactions with county waste. I called them in March and advised i was moving in April since then they have been nothing but nasty. I sent in my payment over 3 week s ago and also did a partial payment over the phone, they have sent at least 3 harrassing letter, 25 text messages and emails. it is not my fault the mail has not delivered yet i sent the payment 3 weeks ago and have proof. they have since suspended my account and will not pick up the trash this is not going on three weeks (so since i have not paid for the entire 3 months i now i want a REFUND for every week they have not picked up now at 3 weeks). i know they got the payment because all the calls and messages has stopped since last week and they are playing games and being nasty. req'd a manager and no one calls back.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the concerns raised by the customer. First and foremost, we would like to sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience the customer has experienced. It is never our intention to cause undue stress or come across as unprofessional. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to continuously improving our communication and service. We would like to acknowledge that, based on our internal reports, our representatives have encountered challenges when communicating with Ms. ****. While we understand that disputes can be frustrating, we ask all parties to maintain a respectful dialogue. Our team is dedicated to assisting all customers professionally, and we will continue striving to ensure productive and courteous interactions. According to our records, the customer informed us in February of their intent to move in April. Regarding the payment, we understand that the customer mailed a payment over three weeks ago and also made a partial payment by phone. We recognize that delays in mail delivery can occur. We can confirm that a payment of $65 was posted to the account on April 3, 2025. It is accurate that service was suspended due to a remaining balance on the account. However, now that payment has been received, and considering that service was not provided for approximately three weeks during the suspension period, we agree to review the account and issue a prorated credit or refund for the time service was not rendered, as appropriate. We regret that the customer perceived our communications as harassing. Our system is configured to send automated reminders when an account becomes overdue. However, if the frequency or tone of those messages caused distress, we extend our sincere apologies. Furthermore, we are sorry that the customer’s request for a manager callback was not fulfilled. This is not in line with our service standards, and we will address this internally to prevent similar issues moving forward. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Sincerely,

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  Well, I agree with the three week refund due to the suspension. I solely disagree with being combative when calling I always start out professionally and appropriate with the staff and your staff is rude. They say things in a tone that’s very condescending well in any event, I did send payment way early and my service was still discontinued and it was done out of here retaliation because if I made a partial payment that partial payment is still cover enough for the time to pick up the trash so in any event, I’m just happy to say as of April 30, 2025. I will be done with County ways and I hope to never have to use their service again. Please issue my refund as appropriate for the last three weeks thank you   Well, in any event, I never want things to come to this, but it seems more and more agencies are adapting into a very negative poor Customer Service. Since Covid people are short, rude and very dry and very condescending was speaking to them whether you’re a service provider or on providing service we should always treat people like humans and not that their belief you because you’re a bill collector..   Regards,  ******* ****

      Company is requiring me to pay for services that weren’t rendered. My driveway wasn’t plowed for the garbage to be picked up & I was billed anyway, plus fees also went up. I have called in the past to tell them I am now widowed & wouldn’t need garbage removed every week, but bi-weekly. They were charging me more than half of the regular bill amount.

      This is all online billing.  I pay each month (usually about the 3rd of the month), via ***** (also online payment).  The billing was for $34.60, which was a verbal (phone call) with County Waste.  It was agreed I pay that amount for two (bi-weekly) pickups per month.  That amount was paid last month, but then snow storms made it impossible to get the garbage to the street because of too much snow.  Then I still received an online bill for a raise in price of $40.12.  There wasn’t garbage picked up for a whole month.  There is no contract, only verbal.  I use ***** online to automatically have bills come out of my account.  Therefore, I can’t figure out how to meet your requirements.

      Dumpster from county waste was supposed to be picked up 2 weeks ago. I ended my contract. Company is retaliating now refusing to pick up trash. Every time u call they keep postponing it. A raccoon jumped out of dumpster today and almost got me. I notified Saratoga dept of health and Malta code enforcement.

The customer has requested the removal of a dumpster, which is still at their location. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, particularly the distress caused by the raccoon incident. Upon reviewing the account, we show that the dumpster was removed, and the account has been closed completely. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we regret that this situation was not handled more e??iciently.       On 12/01/2024 I paid County Waste $183.11 for services from 12/01/24- 03/01/25 via auto pay. (due date 12/15/2024). On 12/03/24 I cancelled services and requested a refund. I was told it would take 4 weeks. The 4 weeks past and I contacted them to inquire about my refund (after receiving another bill for $167). I was then told it would be 6-8 weeks. I asked to speak with the billing department and was told they had no way to reach them in Texas !!!!! I don't know anything about business operations but this seems ludicrous. The service representative was short and not at all helpful. He did not have a supervisor for me to speak with. I am asking for your assistance in obtaining my balance owed $167 as I no longer trust this company to do what they say.

      am writing to formally lodge a complaint against County Waste for their repeated failure to deliver the services they have promised and their lack of responsiveness to customer concerns. For several weeks now, County Waste has failed to pick up my garbage on the set schedule. Specifically, during the month of December, I was informed that I would be charged for six pickups; however, they only performed two. Despite acknowledging this, the company still intends to bill me for the full six pickups, stating that they drove to my home six times to pick up my garbage and it was not outside, when in fact they DID NOT even make the attempt. Additionally, I have an unresolved claim regarding my garbage shed, which was damaged by the garbage truck driver on several occasions to the point where it is now unrepairable. I have called County Waste more than a dozen times to address this issue, but management has failed to return any of my calls. Their lack of responsiveness and refusal to take accountability is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer service at County Waste appears to disregard the concerns of its customers entirely. Their inability to resolve these ongoing issues has caused me considerable frustration, and I feel I have exhausted all efforts to resolve the matter directly with the company. I would never recommend this company or their "services" to anyone.

      We moved to an apartment in February and County Waste was supposed to send a refund by March for any balance due us, as of right now, we are still waiting for that refund check. I have been told that I should check with apartment manager or the post office even though we have no problem receiving other mail addressed to us. At this point, I don't believe that we were ever issued a refund check.

      I signed up for a residential garbage service a few months ago. Within the first four weeks, they missed two weeks. Every time you call they say they’re shortstaffed. Not acceptable. So I canceled my service and was told I would get a refund as I had prepaid. They issued me a partial refund and when I called, they said it would take another 6 to 8 weeks to receive the remaining refund. Upon looking on their ****** reviews, I see that they have been taking money for services and not rendering it for several people. So I’m not the only one. Not only did they take money and not provide a service that they’re messing around with the refund. Unacceptable all-around as a business. I have never filed one of these complaints before, but I want on record and I want others to know to stay away from this company

      I am writing in response to Ms ******** complaint. We have issued a refund of $58.32 to Ms. ********. Unfortunately, since this payment was made via a checking account, all refund checks are processed by our corporate office which takes a few weeks. If the payment was made via credit card a refund could have been processed immediately. We have requested that the refund is expedited, we understand that this is an inconvenience, we are kindly asking that Ms.******** bear with us for a little bit longer, we have no intention on keeping her money.       On 6/28/24 I sent service request #******* to have my broken garbage can replaced. I was told that it would be replaced in 2-3 weeks. On 7/15/24 I sent service request #******* to have my broken garbage can replaced. I was told that it would be replaced in 3-4 weeks. On 8/2/24 I sent service request #******* to have my broken garbage can replaced. I was told that it would be replaced in 3-4 weeks. The claim that they are low in stock, but this has gone on too long. In my case the wheels fell off making moving the garbage can very unmanageable. Also, I would think a repair would be quite simple making the need for a replacement unnecessary.

      I have tried to prevent filing a BBB complaint, but this company is terrible. They fly through the neighborhood, knocking down 50% of the trash cans, they don’t fully empty the trash cans, so as they are lowering them back onto the street garbage and/or recycling flys everywhere, I separate my bins as far away from each other as far as I can, but they always pick up the bins and then drop them right in front of my driveway, so I can’t pull in without moving them, and their trucks are leaking hazmat fluid all over the roads. Somehow their competitors do not do any of the above.

      Discontinued garbage collection after 20 years on April 4 2024. Called three different times to have trash containers picked up to no avail. These have been in front of my house since April 4th. I move them twice a week so my grass does not die where they are sitting They are an eye sore to myself and my neighbors. PS never late with payment
