            Today I received a call from my lender telling me I was 5 days LATE on my loan payment. I promptly checked my bank account and confirmed the money was taken out by ****** ******* ******** and for whatever reason my account is still LATE. Ive attempted to call, text, and email but to no response today. Will have to try again tomorrow… The money was taken out of my account on the 12th of april. My BILL was due on the 18th. There is absolutely NO reason why this should be late and giving me a delinquency notice from my Lender. 6 days LATE is absolutely unacceptable when Colonial Transfer HAS my money. I have proof of it leaving my account. Ridiculous that theres no online login portal for Colonial Transfer so that I could confirm this myself.. but I will try again tomorrow! Also while investigating this, ive noticed that EVEN THOUGH im making biweekly payments in order to lessen the blow to my wallet, the payments are NOT being applied to my loan biweekly. my interest rate is INSANE and the biweekly payments were supposed to be a huge help to me but of course they arent. They have my bank info (not card info, as i was worried there could be issues going down that route as for whatever reason my card info loves to get stolen so i have to replace it frequently) My credit score has NOT yet been affected and i expect to have some late fees here eventually

            I would give this company a ZERO rating if possible. When we got our 5th wheel, they made it sound like we HAD to go through them. So we did, then a payment didn't get taken out, nothing was said to the customer ME, that there was an issue with their systems. Then we started getting calls about the loan company not getting payments. When I asked Colonial Transfer about this..."oh we paid it and we can't talk to the loan people about anything". Plus after talking with the loan people, they don't send my payments weekly, only monthly, so not saving NEARLY as much on interest with them. That was it. I will say yes it was an error on the loan peoples side of things, but the fact that they were SOOOO unhelpful was the final straw for me. Then when I cancel, $399 admin fee (nothing in the contract about that), $70 in debit fees AND $50 to cancel. Over $500 in "fees" and I only had them for 6 months. On top of all that.....my dealer doesn't know who they are and my loan people let me know we definitely didn't have to use them. I will be informing my dealer about them and warning anyone else what a scam it is.
