    This business is a fraud. They do not answer emails and their phone is disconnected. The took $150 from me. I will need to dispute with my credit card company.

    This company sucks. I have not received my order. I have emailed them It comes back as an invalid email address. I tried calling their number. It is not their number the place is a fraud.

    I placed an order November 25th, 2022 and haven’t received any item or update thus far. I emailed the company at ****@ ********.world and haven’t received any update besides they can’t find my order or any information. I will dispute it with my bank, but this is very disappointing that no one is genuine in this world.

    Same thing happened as everyone else. I ordered, got a weird confirmation but no tracking. Followed up on email a few times to no response, phone was turned off and they didn't respond to my DMs on social. I am currently on the phone with my card getting the charge disputed. They used to be a okay a few years, not sure what happened now.

    I ordered two life jackets for our french bulldogs. I emailed after the confirmation and the summary did not include any tracking information or expected delivery date. I followed up to get the tracking information and was told it would generate any moment and not to worry. I followed up again when the tracking info did not generate and was told the items were on their way. The reply asked me to wait 5-7 business days. After not getting the items I finally asked for a refund. They said sure, and the accounting department would issue the refund. I followed up again when I didn't get a refund. They said to wait 10-15 business days. I did wait and still nothing. So I sent 3 more emails asking for a status update. They have stopped replying. Now I am disputing it with my credit card. I think this is a SCAM and would never order from them again.

    Same thing happened as the other reviews here. I ordered on July 21, 2022 and never received my items. Multiple email communications told me the items were coming and not to worry, then they said that it was lost in transit and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. Supposedly I would get refunded in 10-15 days. I filed a disputed transaction claim with my credit card. What a scam.

    As with some of the other reviews here, I was also told that my items (ordered in April 2022) were lost in transit, and that I would be receiving the items within 10 - 15 days. Of course, I was told this on June 1st, almost three more months ago, and it is clear that my items are never going to be delivered. Total scam.

    Absolutely horrible company. I ordered in March only to be told my order was lost in transit. I requested a refund in July and was told it was rake 10 to 15 day. As of this day I have not received the item or the refund. To1tal SCAM!! Do not order from this company
