Requested a cancellation of order due to needing to find updated address for package. Was told “oh, too late we already shipped your package” after only 10 minutes within the order being placed. After rerouting the package back to the vendor, I was told oh, we can’t refund your item. The package was never even seen and I’m supposed to pay for their terrible service. No.Business response

This customer was refunded for this product.The customers issue with shipping is understandable, however, we work to provide prompt service in getting items shipped out, and as such, our warehouse often has things ready and waiting to be picked-up during the same day and leave for the night. As such, despite when the customer sent us a request to cancel, it took our support team a pretty reasonable 3 hours to get back to them, at which time the warehouse team was off for the day.The customer re-routed the package back to us, however, we are not able to accept returns for edible items. As such, we offered the customer a gift card since we had to eat both shipping and product costs, before refunding.Initial Complaint

I ordered through them on February 8th,2024. I paid for 2-4 business day shipping. It should have been here by 02/14/2024, but the order hasn't even been fulfilled or even shipped. I have emailed them twice already and both times have not gotten a response. I just want my money back, because it looks like I am not going to receive my items.Initial Complaint

This business has no way to contact the company and appeal for assistance. I received a package from this company as harassment. The company does not have means of contacting them to assist in uncovering the identity of the harasser. What this company is doing is facilitating harassment and harm.Initial Complaint

I received a very inappropriate package from this company to my business. On the company's website it says they send anonymous packages but in their terms in conditions it says that it cannot be sent to a business. If it is sent to a business, it will breach the contract. They sent it to my business address and now now myself and my employer are very anxious not knowing if it is an inappropriate customer. I need to know who the sender is so I can let them go as a customer. Safety is our #1 priority. I feel violated and need to file a police report if I cannot get information needed. Things have changed in today's society and there I am deeply concerned, not to mention our people are scared.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on February 11th and paid for 2 day shipping. After not receiving my order I reached out to the business multiple times without response. Finally on February 23rd they responded and said there was a delay and my product would ship in 2 days. I still have not received it and have not been able to get ahold of the company. They collected my money for the order and I have asked for a refund multiple times.Business response

I ordered gifts on 2/4 for Valentine's Day. To date, the main gift still has not shipped. Item shows available for shipping, not backordered. When I ordered it said it would be delivered within a few days. I have sent many emails, most have gone unanswered. I would like a refund or the gift ASAP. Again, this was a Valentines Day gift which obviously the holiday was ruined for my Fiance not getting her gift.Initial Complaint

DicksByMail.com shipped an anonymous, obscene, and threatening package to me in May 2022. The order number is #******. I have requested the name of the sender multiple times, so that I may address the harassment with that person and get closure for the anxiety this incident has caused. September 8th, 2022 30.77 The company hasn't responded to emails on incorrect, and damaged item. Shipping was delayed after a week of package sitting in transit pick up from facility. Just a poor customer service or no customer service. First 2 pictures are of my purchase and incorrect item. 3rd pictures is what was ordered.
