    Had a Problem with my Hot tub temperature, getting extremely hot. I’m talking 106 degrees when I had it set as low as it would go 65 degrees! I called for service, and was told it because it’s so hot outside. I’ve had my tub since 2020 and here it is 2023 never had an issue with Temperature and we’ve had Hot weather! They told me uncover it, like I want bugs leaves, and everything going in my hot tub when I’m not using it. In the past I said it for 102° it stays at 102°. Finally, I had a technician come out and diagnose exactly what I had going on. Temperature was set at 65° and temperature was 102°. Said he would tell the office and they would order parts. This was on July 11, 2023 after three weeks I went down and was told oh the part just came in. This was on a Wednesday I was told he would be there Friday if it did not rain, it did not rain! Not only did it not rain I never received a phone call saying that they would not be there. I had to call just before 5 o’clock to be told oh he got held up and he won’t be there today. Now I’m assuming because it’s 5 o’clock and they are closing, I was not going to get a call. So I was told he would be there Monday between 2:00 and 2:30 , now 4:30 PM came and again no call no show. I was home . So I called down to Mr. Bill’s pools and spas to get the answering machine at 4:30 PM so I left a message, now I don’t know about the rest of you, but my time is valuable and what I’m told someone is going to be at my house for a service call I am there waiting. And when the time comes and goes, and I get no phone call to cancel the appointment or reschedule the appointment I am a little peeved to say the least! Now I spent $15,000 in 2020 which is a good deal of money. It’s a shame you can’t get proper service to go along with that. How do you run a business like that? Leaving your customers in the dark. So here I sit waiting just before 5 PM and I receive a call from the owner saying the technician is still out doing service.

    As soon as the part arrived we called and tried to get there on a Friday but service tech ran out of time, Then on Monday we were there and repaired the issue. That is pretty good service I would say. Also the owner never called you, the service manager called you through the entire time to keep you updated. You review is extremely off and not correct. We have one service tech for Hot Tubs and works until dark 5 days a week to keep up.
