On February 17th I searched FWD website for "Oilcloth". The picture on the website shows long rolls of shiny fabric The website does mention that it is on a canvas material, but that means nothing if it has an oilcloth coating and shine on one side. I ordered the product. What I received is a very heavy canvas fabric with a ***** coating of a thin rubber type material that is not even close to "Oilcloth", it does not have a shine. I cannot use the cloth form my project, it is of no use to me. I contacted FWD by email and phone, and received an email stating that, not only will I have to pay for the return postage, but I will only receive $9.28 for a refund. Their reasoning is that the discription says "Canvas." Canvas can be coated in oilcloth. The word canvas did not tell me the cloth does not have a shine.
