            I have tried to contact Ancient Treasures both by leaving a message on their call center. I also sent a email. NO response! All I want is exchange of the product that was not what I expected. I'm 72 years old and Hate chasing people. My time could be spent on happy things. Thank you

            11/14/2023 $31.99 The description of the necklace/item pictured and the advertisement of the necklace was the same size as a pendant that measured 4cm. However, when the necklace arrived the pendant was larger than my palm. I asked for a refund/exchanged was told had to pay for shipping. This was not an issue initially because the company listed as **** and the credit card charge was out of **********. Shipping within the ** is much cheaper. The address provided by ****** was for *****. The shipping cost ranges any where from over $20 with no tracking with **** to $178.00 with **** The necklace was $31.99, I am not going to invest another minimum $20 to bring the total to $51.99 for an exchange or refund. The companies response customer pays for shipping to whatever address the employee provides. Order ##******AnT
