      A month ago I ordered a product from Cognigence, which came. 3 weeks later I get a second shipment, which I did not order. Shipments came from another company (Prestige). Tried to contact both, but: 1. Cognigence is selling its name, their address is listed for sale and shows an empty storefront, does not have a web page, cannot be reached by email, and my calls to their phone *************) result in a very poor connection and are terminated there. 2. Prestige does not exist, but the shipment came from the Cognigence address. So, my attempts to delete my accounts to get a refund for the second shipment failed. I will now notify my bank.

      I ordered a trial of CBD gummies for prostate cancer and being a victim of hit-and-run. I paid for the order (****). My cc was being charged $128.36 and ****** for the gummies and Male VIgor Boost which I did not order. THey charged my card on 9/10, 9/12, 9/26 and 10/25. THe company acknowledged they received my email to stop but since I did not call them they continued to charge. This is ridiculous.

      September 3rd - Received an offer for free sample of Keto ACV Gummies and paid for addition of a bottle of a cleanser which I paid $19.94 including shipment costs. I did not request any Auto refill on the product. September 12, I was charged again for these products at a cost of $118.84 and $117.73 but received no shipment and again in October I was charged $96.45 and $82.31 but received another two bottles. I did not agree to these shipments nor give permission for the company to continue to charge and ship these products to me on a monthly basis. I have reached out several times to stop the shipments and ask them to stop charging my credit card. They are charging a ridiculous amount of money for these products which can be purchased at Wallmart for < $30 USD. This is a SCAM and I would like Cognigence to stop charging me and to refund me the money they have charged me to date.

      On January 3, 2022, ordered what was advertised as a sample bottle of BRAINFOCUS. It was advertised for $39.95. After entering payment information, I was told that my card had been billed $248.46. I immediately called to request that order be canceled. They told me that order was already processed and that I would have to call to get "RMA Number" . After numerous calls I finally given RMA (****** **** *** ****) number to return product. On 1/26/22 I returned product by **** per instructions. Tracking number **** *** **** **** **** verifies that the product arrived on 1/28/22. I have requested refund by email and made numerous calls to no avail. The shipment number that I have is ******9, another number I have is ********* and ********** ***. All I get is a runaround and told that they can't find any order from me and there is nothing that I can do. My credit card was charged $248.46, I returned product that I did not order and am requesting full refund.This product is advertised as being developed by Dr. ******************** who I held in high regard. I have even sent messages to him to bring attention to this matter with no resolve.

      email *********************************** This should be the correct company. Is this who you contacted? I can contact my credit card company to see who the payee was on that transaction.
