      Products were purchased one one-time basis on-line in August, 2022 and paid for. I have no intention of continuing to use the product. I did NOT sign any form requesting an on-going participation. Yet in September a second shipment of the same products appeared unsolicited or requested in my *********** box with an unauthorized subsequent charge for both on my credit card. Calls placed to telephone numbers listed on the charges and placed to the business (Cognigence Products) get an answering service which announces a short waiting time or offers the choice to be called back by pressing # 3 which generates no response at all. Sham! Abusive!

      I did not keep the original order # as I had no intention of re-ordering.  However, I am attaching a scan of the envelope in which the product was delivered which should be sufficient information for the company.

      The company has sent me product 3 times without any invoice # or order # or any other way of identification. So I can not respond to their answer, because I have never been given any.

      This company continues to bill my credit card for at least the last six months. I did not agree to a subscription. I intended for this to be a one time purchase. The actual products are unusable due to health issues that I have. I have sent an email request twice to the email listed on the product to request cancellation with no response and I received another shipment of the product today despite my request to stop billing me and sending me products. This is a very sneaky business practice. The company literally doesnt respond to any communication sent requesting cancellation. I have no idea how much they are even charging to my credit card, but I am requesting a copy of my bank statement today to ascertain the amount charged monthly for subscriptions. I would like my money refunded.

      The company Cognigence Products whose mailing address is *****************************************************, and whose customer support number is ************, is part a bad business practices. I accepted their offer to try a bottle of their product, Focus Nootropic, for "free" for **** s/h. The reason for the complaint is I never received any welcoming e-mail and no email or phone call to tell me they were going to put me on automatic autoship. My credit card was charged ***** on June 25th 2022 and ****** on July 24th 2022. What triggered to look into this was that on July 29th 2022 I checked my mail and a bottle of Focus Nootropic had been delivered to me with no invoice. I had to do an internet search to finally find their contact number on the BBB web-site. I called customer service and asked what email they had on file for me, ********************************* was verified. With a search no emails or invoices had ever been sent to me. So I got one extra bottle sent to me at the end of July 2022, that I did not order, and what was the ****** for. These people are scammers with very questionable business practices. I have reported the incident to my cc company and customer service says I will get a refund but I will have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee of $9.99. So no permission to put me on autoship, no emails and no invoices and unwanted product with accessive and unapproved charges to my credit card.

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

      We went ahead and issued a full refund for the last order in July without the need to return the products. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

      Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

      I ordered what I was led to believe a one time purchase of supplements for $4.95. I was charged $19.99 on 1-20/2022 and then $104.85 on 1-31-22. I sent two emails immediately after receiving the verification email to cancel any auto-ship orders. I called the company but they would not refund the $104.85 as they said I had already opened the product. This is a blatant scam as there was no verbiage to be found on their website regarding any type of membership and future charges. I want the funds refunded ($104.85 + $19.99) and I want to return the product. Thank you.
