I called to place a PPE order and the Sales Support team helped me out, finding everything I needed. The order was delivered in a timely manner and all the items I need were in stock. Highly recommend. Manny B****** in the LaPorte office was big help!

I called Northern Safety to get information on some reflective shirts for our over 1000 employees, for 2023. The Customer Service Agent, as I was explaining the details, under her breath said "Shut the F*** UP IDIOT, Idiot, Idiot" I was not sure if that was her or not, so I paused. She asked a question, and as I was answering, AGAIN, under her breath I hear, "Shut the F*** Up, Shut the F*** UP Already", like 4 times. I was in such shock, I just hung up. It is crazy to me that a person would even act this way, especially to a potential $20,000-$25,000 yearly budgeted, new uniform client, per year. You can say we will not be going with them...UNBELIEVABLE.Review from Doug A

I ordered a generator in Oct 2021 and today, May 2022, I had to cancel that order because I never received it. I never received any updates. Customer service is a '0', but had to give 1* because that is as low as I could rate. Avoid this company.Northern Safety Co. Inc. Response

We at NSI can't apologize enough for the delay on this ******* portable generator on behalf of our vendor. Due to the Global Pandemic and the Supply Chain disruptions, ******* has seen much longer than expected lead times on parts. We sincerely apologize for not tracking on the severe lead time with this order. We will review our processes as a result of this instance. Thank you for your feedback. Super helpful! I called their toll-free # because I couldn't make it out before 5PM and Lashawn hooked me up. Definitely recommend, great customer service.
