            I inquired if they were directly in network for my daughters(*******************************) insurance before even setting up the first appointment. They looked over her insurance information and got back to us stating they were direct in network provider. My daughter then set up her first cleaning and xray appointment. They stated she needed 3 cavities filled and her out of pocket was $100. We made the appointment and had the work done, paying the copay on site as they make you pay in full before services are rendered. A few weeks later she is still in pain and goes back to be told her insurance didnt cover the work and gave her a $900 bill. We called only to be then told they are not in network. I explained prior to service they said they were in network and then they backtracked stating they are. I asked for a manger to call me and never got the call. I then get a statement a few weeks later and I again call first to be told they are in network and my insurance denied the fillings saying it was too soon. My daughter hadnt been to a dentist in years so this was false. My insurance stated they are not in network. Then the woman backtracked and said they take the insurance but are not directly in network and offered to reduce to $600. Had we went to an in network dentist (which we were told they were prior to service) the total copay would have been about $100 total which she paid. I explained this and she said she was sorry. I then stated that we would not be paying this and that they lied to get her business and had we been told they were not in network we would have gone to a different provider. Apparently on ****** reviews they have done this to other patients as well.
