    I purchase a vehicle and after the first day had a knock in engine and transmission is slipping along with unadjusted headlights, I took it back the day after it spent week in shop said nothing wrong but fixed the headlight however it still had noise i took it back again they replaced rack and pinion the starter and plastic pieces for the valves however still fixed nothing with engine and transmission.they say nothing is wrong with it and when I told them their is and I would take it to ford they refused and told me warranty is up so they don’t have to fix it

BBB spoke to the customer and the following was relayed: The vehicle was repaired last week and at first was running better. It now has the same problems and the rough idling is worse than before the repair.  Regards,  ****** ****
