Initially my dad went to the veterinary clinic to set up an appointment for a dental cleaning and extractions the appointment was supposed to be around $120 including the medicine and blood work with appointment 1/30/24. When our dog hunter was inside they come back out telling my dad instructions of the medicine, but at the the same time to sign. She said "pay attention what I'm saying about the medication." While pushing him to sign and he noticed the price was not what was said. The price came out to $242.05. My dad disputed with her, but said he did understand yet they were talking the same language (*******). He noticed he was being taken advantage of, but ended up paying. Then after they had the results of the blood work they told us to come in for more medication and to pay for the dental surgery package. This time I come back to vet van on February 14, 2024 with my dad to make sure that we both hear how much its all going to cost. I even recorded the conversation on my phone with voice memos app that says the location we were at. We were told it was going to cost $950 for the package plus medication and teeth extractions. They told us the low cost is $450 and high cost is $950 total also whatever extractions are not done will be refunded to us. I have it all recorded because I didn't want to have the same issue that happened to my dad intially happen again. February 17, 2024 comes for the dental surgery at 5pm my dad drops off hunter with my brother and mom. He was told to wait for him so he waited in the car and told them he will parked right next to the van in the silver **** escape. Around 8:30pm he was called to pick up hunter and he walked over to the van where he was sprung a bill of $581.95 for teeth extractions even though it was all included. My dad calls me telling me whats transpiring and I told them I was with him the day you guys told us everything that is included in the dental package. They yelled at my dad and threatened to call animal control to take our dog. Second page. The guy I spoke to the phone was a young ******* male that had an attitude that I told him I had the recording of what was said. He told me send the recording so I sent it to my dad so they can hear it. After I sent it he says when I hear it if its true all I'll be able to do is say sorry, but you'll still need to pay. He heard it and started laughing and said "shes right shes right." I know he didn't hear it because she even said the extractions are included. He kept calling the owner because my dad was going to call the police. The owner comes out saying he needs to pay and calls his employee that we spoke to that day to speak to my dad and hands him the phone. Then after talking to the lady the owner snatches the phone from my dad during the middle of the conversation saying I don't ever want to see you around here again and I'm going to call animal control to take your dog if you don't pay. So my dad called the police. The police come and say they can't help over a financial discpute. We never met the veterinarian or even spoke to him. We only ever spoke to the owner of the business and the people that collect the money. They work inside the van and you never see who's truly working on your pet and all after care talk is spoken with the people that collect the money. When I asked for the prescription so I could order they said we have our own pharmacy and only give medication that way. We were forced to buy throught them and when checking out the prices they are over charging double to triple on some medications. When we went to the house to pick up medication theres so many chewy boxes making me assume they order medication through them and resell it at a huge markup. To go back to the situation, the police said to fight it in small claims court and contact BBB. Around 10 we finally left. $581.95 was paid on 2/17/24 which is what we are disputing. $1096.95 was paid 2/14/24. $242.05 was paid on 1/30/24.Business Response

I will try to address each fabrication. 1) the cost for the bloodwork alone is $120, so there is no way an exam, medicine and other things the vet *** recommend could be known in advance of the exam to be told the cost would "be around $120". The client can decline some or all of the recommendations of the vet, which this client did not at the initial evaluation/exam. Now this client claims that some price was quoted for the initial exam before we even knew what the vet would recommend. If there is a truth to any of this fabrication, this client *** have called before coming for the exam and asked something about a dental surgery and we would have told them bloodwork would first be needed which costs $120 and an exam for $25 but is selectively remembering only the bloodwork price and fabricating that I told him everything including the exam would be around $120. At the exam antibiotics for a big 65 lb dog was also recommended by our veterinarian which this client accepted and is now falsely claiming He noticed he was being taken advantage of, but ended up paying. He could have declined the additional antibiotics but it is disingenuous to accept them and then claim being taken advantage of. For 15 years and ****** clients with ****** calls a year I take all the calls myself so people like this person do not get differing information and make these kind of false accusations due to their honest or dishonest misrepresenting what I tell them.
2) When we quote a surgery or dental surgery we quote the base price and inform them that it *** not be the entire cost, because, again, we do not know what will be needed until the surgery or dental surgery is performed. Sometimes IV catheter and IV fluids are needed, sometimes not, sometimes IV antibiotic *** be needed, sometimes a suturing of the hole left behind after extraction of a large tooth *** be needed, etc. For dentals our base price is $450 but we never, ever give a low and high price, precisely for this reason. We give a pre-estimate. This person has again chosen to take the base price of $450 given for a dental to equate it to a low price. In this case we had given a pre- estimate of $950 in writing on our payment receipt which this person even signed. Because we can not know the difficulty and quantity and type of teeth which *** be needed to extract in a dental surgery at the time of providing the pre-estimate, so we do not give a high price, nor a low price. Some other veterinarians do that but we do not. Again, giving the benefit of any doubt as to why this person is making misrepresentations of conversations and documents, this person *** have gotten such high/low prices from other vets and has possibly chosen to interpret our pre-estimate as a high price and the base $450 as the low price, but we did not use such language, only the term pre-estimate which is on the payment receipt given and signed by this client. On a 65 lb dog when the teeth are big and difficult there were multiple extractions needed and hence there was a balance of $581.95 over the $950 estimate. If the person was intent on not paying past a certain amount or sought a flat price he could have told us at the booking when we provided the $950 pre-estimate and we would have told him we would not book the dental.
3) As for the claim that we said the extractions are included in the pre-estimate, that *** be the case in some dentals. If it is a small animal and few extractions are needed then the $950 *** have covered the extractions or even a refund *** have been necessitated, but this was a big 65 lb dog and once under anesthesia, our vet saw how bad and how many teeth needed extractions and that could not be known in advance which is why we give only a pre-estimate. We gave the extracted teeth to the client so he could see for himself the condition, size, and quantity of the extracted teeth.Nonetheless, this client refused to pay the balance even though at a regular non-low cost veterinarian a big dog with that many extractions would have cost $3000 or more since a basic dental at a regular vet for a small animal costs $1250-$1500. We had to call the police and only then did they pay the balance, after we showed the police that they had signed our pre-surgery policy to pay for all charges which also had stated that there *** be more charges than the pre-estimate given for a surgery. These are some of the difficult people we have to deal with in order to provide low cost veterinary services.Initial Complaint

On 2/3/24, I took my pet to get another opinion about a tooth that is making him bleed. This is the 3rd place I have taken him to for this medical issue. I came across the "Low Cost Vet Mobile" website and wanted to see how much cheaper a surgery would be w/ them. I first called them and they said everything, including appointment scheduling, had to be done through the app. The app, required the pet's information and charged $20 to make an appointment allowing you not to wait when you get to their truck, even though walk-ins are accepted. I payed the $20 to make sure the appointment would be honored. When I got there, my dog was taken 20 minutes after scheduled, and they made me fill out the information again. I was fine until that point. It was cold, and everyone waited outside. Almost immediately, a rough woman came out of the truck. I told her I had an appointment, and that my dog had already done a blood test a month prior so they don't need to do it. She simply waved her hand and said that was old and they would need a new one. I left it like that to see what would happen once they took him in. They took my dog and I realized I wouldn't be able to enter the truck with him. I waited about 12 minutes, and the same rude woman came out and gave me the dog back, and handed over a $149.35 charge for a blood test and related costs (not clear to me). I am sending a picture of my bill because I do not understand it. At first she said we would need an antibiotic, I told her the dog was already prescribed one but she said these were bigger and he would take them much easier. She took my credit card and went inside the van for another 10 minutes. She came back and told me she would not be charging me for the pills b/c the vet told her they were the same ingredients as the one I had at home. This contradiction did not make sense to me and so I asked to speak to the Vet. She said he could not come out, I asked for his name she only knew his first name. Weird..see notesBusiness Response

Serving low income folks has this kind of challenges. This person seem sot want to complain about the way we operate, but she comes to us. If she did not like the way we provide our services (waiting outside, not speaking directly with our vets, waiting 20 minutes for us to finish what we are doing to see her appointment) she can go to other vets. If she does not like our prices, likewise. That is what a "normal" person would do. As for her telling us that she had done bloodwork elsewhere, without providing the blood test that is useless as the veterinary guidelines require RECORDS, not someone claiming something. She did not bring the blood test so we MUST do new bloodwork. Some of these low income folks even come to us claiming they know what is wrong with their pet and want to dictate to a medical professional what they want done, effectively trying to practice medicine without a license. We ignore these type of uneducated people and refuse to service them ever again. No wonder this person has been to 3 previous veterinarians for the same issue !Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:First of all, your response is written in such a low-class manner--your words are as ghetto as how your truck looks. With that strange process of taking the pet into the truck and not allowing customers to know what is going on, my guess is that you have a ***** business happening; who knows if you really diagnose ************* and then you come back with this "don't ask me attitude." The low class attendant that serviced us that morning certainly exemplified this. I hope this gets posted on BBB so people can see what you call them, basically ignorant "low income folks." We went in to save some money and get a second opinion, but this won't happen a second time. You're talking about experts? Your attendant did not even know the "veterinarians" first name, despite having worked for them for a couple of years. Your business didn't even have a license, like most legitimate vets would. I am going to show you how "uneducated" I am by taking my time and going further to report you with the right government agencies. Not just here in BBB, which is pretty light for you. I will make sure that I get your vets name and license number, if there even is one. You are so crooked that two weeks after seeing you, you still haven't uploaded the "bloodwork" you did on my pet to your app/service platform yet. You are so ignorant and I see how much you care for your work when you don't realize we sent you all my pets most recent bloodwork records to the bogus email you asked us to forward it to minutes before our appointment. This shows you don't know what you are doing. Get your business straight if you're gonna rip people off. These "low-income folks" are the ones that you rob with your low-class service. It is no wonder they have to tell you what to do because you don't even know what is going on.
Keep living from your P.O box. My receipt doesn't even show you have a merchant ID. Thank God I went to three vets before you because I can recognize what a legitimate one looks like.
Sincerely,

The initial appt 7/14/23 was fine. However, we were called today because apparently we missed our echocardiogram appt. He called me twice. First, he gave me bloodwork results, then called back about a missed appt. Whoever I spoke to on the phone (I'm assuming ***************************) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He claimed to have called allegedly 2-3 days ago. My call log shows no calls since our initial appt 7/14/23 and they only have my cell phone number. He kept referring to a card they gave me, thinking it would say the date and time he stated. However, it says TBD and that we'll receive a call. Again, I never received any calls. He stated that we needed to pay a $250 cancellation fee, which was confusing to me because we thought they did it already. They gave us medication. He continued to be rude and I told him that's not how you speak to people. He got frustrated, and hung up in my face. I called again, and he said we were banned and can't come back. He has numerous complaints about the way he speaks to people over the phone. Called a third time, and my mother spoke to him. We told him what the appt card says and he made excuses as to why our card didn't have the correct date/time, claimed the employee who gave the card was new, and realized it wasn't our fault BUT proceeded to make it seem as though I accused him of being rude and unprofessional for no reason. He spoke to me as if I was incompetent and even to my mother that way. That was our reason for being banned because he claimed to have spoken in a normal tone, which is false. Also, they do not open on Mondays, so why would our appt be on Monday? He also told my mother that they don't make calls, but told me he called 2-3 days ago. Then he said he'd call on Sunday or the end of the week to reschedule my dog's appt, but I do not trust them with my dog at all. For senior bloodwork, a physical exam, the echo, & the potential cancellation fee, the total is $950. Without it, $700.Business Response

Yes, she stood up the Echo appointment, but when she claimed she was given incorrect information about when the Echo would be, which we corroborated since it was given by a new employee till under training, we agreed to reschedule it without charging the $250 cancellation fee. We are used to everyone who does not like something calling us "rude" because we enforce signed contracts such as the $250 cancellation fee and ban people who refuse to own up to signed agreements they have made. This person has no reason to be mad since we verified her claim and have rescheduled the echo, ,but if she does not how up again, we will definitely assess the $250 cancellation fee she signed and agreed to.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:They are scammers. The administrator was rude over the phone and does not know how to communicate like a MATURE adult. Hes easily frustrated and annoyed. Therefore, we are going with someone else. You cant be unprofessional, then backtrack. We disputed the charges with our bank, and if they try to charge the cancellation fee, it will be disputed as well. No services were rendered. You cant force me to schedule an appointment and get serviced. YOU ARE A ****. We do not need professional liars caring for our animal. *** never went to a vet where we couldnt go inside with our pet. Thats very shady. We caught you in a lie. You claimed that you do not make phone calls, but claimed to have called me 2-3 days prior. Then claimed that youd call me on Sunday. Were fine, well go to his primary vet where they know how to be caring, patient, reliable, and professional. It wasnt that we had an issue with the contract. We can pay that, but even in your response, youre trying to force us to take your services which can clearly be used against you. We do not have money issues if thats what you were assuming. This is where being rude and unprofessional lands you because I told you thats not how you speak to people, and you got frustrated, hung up, then banned us when I was trying to explain the card we were given said TBD for time/date. You were upset that I accused you of being what you are and demanded money youre not owed. We were overcharged for medication as well. We were refused a prescription and told we had to buy it from them or their online pharmacy. Professional vets know that you cant do that, and we can get it for a lower price. THAT IS ILLEGAL, but your entire business seems illegal. They made it seem like we were going to wait for it to be shipped, but we could walk into pet companies within the city to get the medicine at a lower price. It says that theyll try to price match with online pharmacies in the email they sent and on the site. We will be disputing that as well. Also, we dont know if you did his bloodwork because we have no visible results. Were supposed to trust you and your word? You could say you did anything. You couldve just shaved his arm. Its fine though. Were disputing everything, the cancellation fee will be disputed, and the attorney general will be looking into this as well. There is no reason your business is closed with the sign attached, but you have a van parked outside. Thats sketchy all in itself. They also tell people you must pay $20 for an appointment, but the people who booked said their appointments were cancelled and they werent given refunds. All in all, you claim youre against animal abuse and neglect when your reviews show who you really are as a business and a business owner.
Professionalism, accountability, and patience will get you a LONG WAY as a business. Do better.
In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,
******* ******

Date of transaction: April 8th, 2023 Amount paid to business: $20 Purchase : an appointment for my pet to be seen Nature of dispute: When I called to complain about my last visit with the ending result being a confirmation of the appointment for the day not shown on the app, I was met with an attitude by man who answered the phone named ****. He proceeded with interrupting me and not listening to the nature of my call, which to give a reason to why I needed a confirmation, since it is not shown on the app. I was met with arrogance, constant interruptions and ultimately he hung up on me and sent me an email that my behavior was bizarre. I believe I was not given a chance to voice my grievances about a last visit and achieve a confirmation. I felt high anxiety in bringing my animal for a service since I was met with hostility. I tried to resolve the issue and explain I did not understand why he was not letting me speak and he proceeded to tell me he "doesn't have time." I did not meet him with hostility back and was confused as to why I was being treated like that. I wrote to the email provided in the low cost website and as seen in the screenshots. The following happened and I would like it rectified:1. I was not hostile and was calm in my tone but was met with hostility. (if I was hostile I would expect for the customer service to know to diffuse the situation)2. No apology was given when I explained what could of been the miscommunication or misunderstanding 3. I was told what I had to say (my complain) was nonsense.4. The Low cost vet has responded not only to me with disrespect, they have insulted people online calling them stupid and mentally challenge. (If more screen shots are needed please reach out to me so I can provide them.)5. Have issued me a warning on account that I broke a rule of conduct which I did not. 6. On their webpage, they write a condescending message to people who will be using their services whom some may be under-educated.Business Response

This person calls and tell us that when she last came she had an appointment and had to wait 6 hours, and wanted to find out if that would happen again. When we asked about the details, since it is impossible for an appointment to have to wait 6 hours, she wanted to continue to speak instead of answer and questions so we could hep her. When we checked her record we saw that she had come to us more than one year ago and when we told her why would she wait 6 hours and not complain at the time one year ago, she said it was not 6 hours, it was 6 PM. She was calling about an event which never occurred more than ONE year later. We gave her a warning that bizarre behavior is not acceptable at our medical practice. She continued tirade of with emails even after we told her to read our Code of Conduct which prohibits such behavior, and then admitted that she had left and was not present when her appointment came up. This person wasted hours of our time for no reason. We still did not ban her, trying to give her another chance. But as we know from experience people do not change and do not usually learn from their mistakes in life. Now she files a BBB complaint when there is nothing to complain about.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me and the matter has not been resolved. They claim that they were trying to help but never let me finish any of my sentences. When I waited initially it was in June 2022, approximately 10 months ago. I did not call to have that resolved but more as to why I needed a confirmation. I neither received an apology for cutting me off and being disrespectful. I was not calling to waste anyones time but to ensure my time was not wasted. I had made the complain in person when it happened and they took care of me three hours later. There is no acknowledgement that there is a lack of good customer service still.

I went to this low cost mobile vet thinking this Dr would help my pet but that did not happen! He gave my pet medicine used it all n no improvement whatsoever (eye infection) ! Spoke to the person on the phone he had a bad attitude bout bringing her in for a revisit at $0 ( which says it on the receipt) he argues with me n told me to bring my dog somewhere else cause theres a charge for a revisit n hung up on me! I would like my money back so I can go to a real vet that would be able to cure my pet!! They gave him all kinds of medicine which I used diligently n absolutely no results eyes still have pus in them! I also paid way less at a vet I took my pet to 7 months ago but he moved out of state! N they call this a low cost vet Terrible!Business Response

This person fabricated that revisits are free. WE proved to her that they are not free. Next she said there has been no improvement on the eye so we told her it is too soon since the medication is not yet finished and that once finished if there is no improvement by then to revisit. Then she said she wanted her money back, at which time we realized that she is trying to get free services with disingenuous reasons. Everyone knows there are no guarantees in medicine of any outcome and you do not get money back even if treatment is not successful. We banned this person from any future services and will not respond to any future complaints.Initial Complaint

This mobile vet is stealing pet owners money and not providing the service paid for! I scheduled an appointment for and ultrasound for my pet I was told the appointment was at 6:30 very last minute. Rush hour was terrible and still managed to arrive at 6:40 for the 6:30 appt after letting them know I was driving a far distance of over an hour! And no one was there when i arrived. It was all planned! There is no way you shut down shop in 10 minutes! Especially after calling and when finally answers say they were doing ultra sounds but in his reply said they left! Now he replies to a ****** review with insults when he already got the money i paid for the ultra sound! This business is affiliated with the mayor ******** of *** to help animals! This is the only reason i trusted going there and such a far distance to help my sick dog! Then calls back to call me a loser and say i am banned! After i called so many times and was hung up on numerous times with no response on the correct address to go when I was not told the ultra sound would be at a different location! Then tells me were waiting here where are you but then never gives me the correct address of the location i was never told to go to. The person in charge is extremely unprofessional and rude! Maybe because it is low cost they think they can treat people this way! There is no other location listed on their site as to where they provide the ultra sounds. They take your money and run! I want full compensation of $411 for no service being provided. They also charge a 3 percent fee for using your card!Business Response

This person made an appointment for an ultrasound with a specialist veterinarian and was informed at the time to call at 1 PM to be advised what time to arrive. When she called at 1 PM she was advised that the specialist does not wait and to be here no later than 6:15 PM, and she was also reminded that it would be during rush hour and to account for such. At 6:18 PM when she had not shown we called her and she said "I'm on my way." We told her again that the specialist arrived at 6:15 as scheduled and since she is not here is now leaving. She arrived at 6:45 PM but at the wrong address. Had she arrived at 6:15 she would have had enough time to come to the correct location since they are only 3 blocks apart, but that the specialist vet had left half an hour ago, when she was supposed to arrive. She began cursing on the phone and we hung up. Her friend called and she also began cursing at us. Our client had pre signed and agreed to a $250 cancellation fee (which the specialist charges if stood up) which now applied since she did not appear at the appointed time. She next posted a fake ****** review, to which we responded with these facts and the next day (today) she deleted the fake review as she realized the we take fake reviews very seriously and that our reply showed her to be disingenuous.Customer Answer

Better Business Bureau: I am attaching documentation that shows I never signed anything regarding any fees etc. I was never given the correct address even when I arrived to the original location. I asked numerous times and he never bothered to give it to me. Why would i play these games when my pet was sick. This person chose to play games with my pets life. He is a thief and I have proof he has done this to any other people. I will attach the proof of both as stated above. He told me the appt was at 6:30 Pm not 6:15pm and We spoke at 3:38 to confirm the final appt time. ********* review is still posted. I did not write a "fake" review. How it would be "fake" is beyond me. But you can just see for yourself based on other people and their experiences with this vet. I expect a full refund especially since he made it impossible to actually find the location he claims to have been at when that was never given the day before and never mentioned during the numerous conversations we had during the day, nor on the phone when he constantly hung up on me and I provided the pictures of how many times I called. Already gave the true details. This person is banned for total, complete, untruthful fabrications as we detailed previously. The reason we are the busiest and most popular one exam room veterinary service in the tri-state, perhaps even the country, is because we refuse to service people who lie, fabricate "alterative facts," do not follow simple instructions and then claim they were not told, and people with personality or behavioral or psychological disorders. By refusing to have such people as clients it opens our time to be able to see many more animals belonging to "normal" people. That is how we solved the problem of those types of people. It is a win-win for everyone except the animals belonging to such disturbed people.Customer Answer

Echo ultrasound for my dog $415/Dental Surgery for my dog $875 Im filing this complaint due loss of funds which I am fully intitled to. I went to Low Cost Vet for a echo ultrasound to get the go-ahead to undergo Dental Surgery for my dog. They preformed the procedure no problems, after I was told to go ahead and scheduled the Dental ************** will take care of the swollen tooth mass he had in his right cheek. This vet did not give any other information. I went ahead and paid the $875 for the Surgery... It wasn't until days later he asked for blood work, I emailed him a physical exam done by another vet closer to where I live. Low Cost Vet then advise my dog to be on a kidney med: Azoyl , & then also stated he needed to be on five heart meds a month before they would schedule the surgery. My dog died June 21th, a 15 year old cocker spaniel. I called Low Cost Vet to inquire on getting my funds returned fully for the ******************** that wasn't used. Low Cost Vet proceeded to say he died from not having heart meds & didn't seem interested in addressing my concerns. I told them I wanted my money back because my dog died, and the surgery was never scheduled, they took my money without even doing their own checklist. They didn't ask me if my dog was on his heart meds, they just took my money and said someone will call and schedule the surgery. This business isn't Informative as they should be in planning care, I spoke with them and they start arguing with me back and forth about cancelation fees etc. and then they hung up the phone on me. Low Cost Vet was very rude and unprofessional to myself as the customer I was very disappointed by their actions. Before Low Cost Vet hung up the line I was trying to tell them I shouldn't be charged a cancelation fee since the surgery was never scheduled, they had my money for weeks waiting for my dog to have one month worth of heart meds in his system and my dog passed away even before that could happen.Business Response

Customer brought her dog for an exam on 4/22/22. Our veterinarian recommended a dental, but an echocardiogram of the heart first due to abnormal heart sounds. Echo was performed 7 days later on 4/29/22, and 5 different heart medications were prescribed. One month later, on 5/20/22 customer came and booked the dentistry..... still not having ordered any of the heart medications. She was informed that bloodwork was also needed prior to dental and that the heart medications would have to be given one month prior to the dental. She asked if bloodwork done at another vet could be used, and the answer was yes. Cust signed our cancellation agreement, agreeing to a $250 fee for cancelling after booking the dental.
On May 21, 22 she sent bloodwork done at another vet which showed beginning kidney disease. She was informed her pet also needed kidney medicine for one month prior to dental. On June 8, 22, five weeks after being told her pet needed the heart medications, customer finally ordered the heart medications but not the kidney medicine. On June 22, ********************************************************************************* 2nd week of July when the one month of heart meds would have been given based on her late June 8 2022 order date, and to ask why she did not order the kidney medicine and to come by personally to get the kidney medicine. Customer informed us that her pet had died, and we explained to her that waiting one month for a 15 yr old animal to get needed heart meds is like a 95 yr old person waiting to start needed heart meds for 6 months, and that is likely the reason the heart gave out. Customer asked for refund of the dental payment, to which we agreed, minus the $250 cancellation fee she had agreed to with her signature. Cust said she would got to court.
Totally unreasonable customer, not following timely instructions and then expecting her signed agreement to pay a cancellation fee to be ignored.

After giving Banfield his results they declined because he was high risk. I went back to Low cost on 5/22/22 to pay for the dental $875.50Business Response

1) at initial visit our vet recommended pre anesthesia bloodwork which she declined. She did the echocardiogram.
2) the echo revealed heart disease and she was told the dog needed 5 heart meds for one month prior to the dental (in addition to the bloodwork which she had declined at the first visit)
2)our website clearly states that animals over 5 yrs old need bloodwork prior to surgery, which this person did not abide by and came and booked a dental surgery without having done the bloodwork.
2)One month later she emailed bloodwork done at another vet. Upon seeing that we recommended an additional medicine for kidney disease.
3) one month after that (2 months after the initial visit) she finally ordered the heart meds online.
3) her dog died before she even received the heart meds due to her tardiness for one month in not ordering the heart meds it in a timely manner.
4) she canceled the dental, for which she had signed and agreed to our $250 cancellation fee.
5) Now she will probably try to dispute her credit card for the heart meds but *** regulation prohibit the return of medicines once they reach the consumer, so she will lose that dispute.
This person did EVERYTHIG wrong. Some people should not have pets if they cannot follow simple medical instructions and protocols.
We have the documents proving every single detail above, which can be downloaded by this person from our free App. This person is acting in bad faith and relying on turning documentable facts into a he said/she said. She is banned and we will no longer respond to any further attempts at misrepresenting the documentable facts. All this person had to do was follow simple medical instructions to get the heart meds when advised to right after the Echo and do, which is a medical requirement prior to anesthesia, especially on an older pet with heart disease. She caused the pet's death and is arguing to not be charged a cancellation fee when we have her signed agreement accepting the cancellation fee. Unbelievable !
