      Absolutely Disgusting Behavior Avoid at All Costs This was the most traumatic and unprofessional experience Ive ever had. The owner is not only extremely unprofessional and nasty, but also racist and completely heartless. My dog has his regular veterinary and we have NEVER had any issues with them. Being the vets in ************ are expensive. I brought my neighbor to low cost vet mobile for an emergency surgery for her dying dog. Over the phone, we were quoted a price of ***** and told to arrive at 8AM. We drove over an hour to get there, desperate to save our pets life. After waiting SIX HOURS to be seen (not being acknowledged until 2PM), we were suddenly told the price was $1,000 more because the owner mistakenly claimed 25.1kg was 25lbsa completely false and misleading excuse to overcharge us.We were told to pay the full amount upfront ($3,200) to hold our dogs place for surgery later that evening, but we would have to take the dog back home and wait for a phone call. We paid, drove back home, and waited anxiously. Around 8PM, concerned that we hadnt heard anything, we called. The owner was instantly rude, aggressive, and verbally abusive. When I calmly explained how unfair and distressing this was for our dog and for us, he exploded, screamed at us, said he wasn't doing the surgery anymore and that we should go elsewhere.The most horrifying part? He told us, I hope your dog dies and a nuclear bomb explodes on you guys, and then hung uprefusing to refund our money even after canceling the surgery.He stole $3,200 from us and left our dog in critical condition with no care, no compassion, and no integrity.This man should not be allowed near animals or people. If you care about your pet or your sanity, do not go here.

      It amazes us the level of deranged people who are in society such as this one, having no connection to the truth nor normal behavior in life. This person made a cold call to us asking for the cost for a surgery, which is based, upon other things, the weight of the animal. When asked for that, she answered "25" so we quoted her the estimate price for 25 lb dog. When she arrived at our Vet Mobile it turned out to be 25 kg, which is about 60 lbs, so she was then given the correct price. She paid the proper fee and was told we would do the surgery that evening, but not knowing exactly what time, was advised she could wait for hours or wait at home and would be called as to when to come by. She chose the latter. She called a few hours later and was advised, again, we would call when the time came for surgery. She would pause for 10 seconds before answering, every very single back and forth during the conversation. Now she began lie after lie, claiming she was initially misquoted the price, that she was told surgery would be done at a time she decided, even after knowing that she had given us the wrong weight and knowing that she does not decide the time for surgery. It became obvious that she was pausing for 10 seconds every answer to think of a new lie. We told another family member that we would only do the surgery if she was not involved, since she had paid for it. The family member understood and was "normal." At night we sent an email to the family member expressing hope that they got the emergency surgery done elsewhere as the dog may not last long without the surgery. This person has changed all the facts to suit her need for revenge. We provide low cost veterinary services for ********** folks but some, fortunately very few, go thru life by trying to lie their way thru life's obstacles. This is one such person.

      This guy are scammers they kill my cat I took my cat over there because it couldnt pee they charge me 3000 thousand dollar I my cat died the next that I picked up

      This person brought a 13 year old cat urinary blockage with hundreds of bladder stones which had accumulated over many years. We unblocked the cat and then performed the surgery and removed many of the stones, but there were so many that some did not come out as he re-blocked after going home. We re-unblocked the cat twice more for free as we felt bad for the cat since he could not pay. We sent the cat home urinating fine with an empty bladder. This person called that that the cat dies the next morning, but as we giving him the likely reasons such long term urinary blockage can cause death, even after unblocking and urinating again, since the cat was no longer blocked, he started accusing us of "killing" his cat. Some low income people behave inappropriately so we ended the conversation and banned him. Now he will not know why long term urinary blockage, even after being resolved, on a 13 year old animal can kill.

      My cat had cancer and it was pretty apparent from the blood work that he had a malignant tumour that was spreading really quick up his nose into his brain, but because these vets wanted to charge me extra they just lied to me and said its a fungal infection and kept me coming back to pay them more money, finally I was tired of their bs and went to an actual vet, yes I paid over 2K, but I got to actually speak with a human being that understood both my attachment to my pet and was kind to me and to my pet in his last days alive. I now understand that its better to pay a little extra to get amazing service instead of paying small money many many times and getting scammed! I dont think this is a veterinary clinic as a matter of fact this has to be the biggest scam in ***! Please do not go here! Save yourself the trauma!

      We do not know which this case is since the name nor email does not come up in our records. But bloodwork cannot show cancer, only a biopsy can, but some people get mad at the vet because it is a life ending issue and then fabricate medical knowledge to try to find fault. Generally speaking it is proper to treat nose bleeds for infections first as 90% are due to infections and if not successful them move on to doing a nasal swab or biopsy. This person, if even a customer of ours, does not give enough info for us to look at the records. Whether the next step of nasal swab or biopsy was done with us at another vet does not change the process nor the result.

      The worst place ever . The manger need to be replaced immediately, his employee was rude and very unprofessional .He was on the phone majority of the time. ******* to whomever he was on the phone with while people are waiting. I ask him his name and he stated That he was a black man. Who want to go to an establishment that is prejudice. Even though its low cost its not worth the service you receive. So, please be aware of low cost vets. Are you really getting good service? Thats the question you have to ask yourself . This business has been around for ten years . Why they rating so low. You can see for yourself and read how the manager reply to certain race in a unprofessional manner. Would you bring your child to a place to a hostile environment. Another employee wanted to come out and answer my question. The employee was so aggressive and demanded her not to come out . He was aggressive to everyone Go to yelp for more reviews .       This person asked whether she could wait in her car, and our manager said yes. Then she asked another question which our manager answered to which she replied that he was being rude, just for answering her questions. This is the type of bizarre people we get sometimes. When she started accusing simple answers being given to her questions as "rude" then we knew that we had a personality issue person which we refuse to service. Our manager told her we would not see her pet and so now the online revenge mode is in play by this person. The reason we are the busiest vet practice in perhaps the country is because we refuse to service anyone who behaves inappropriately, abnormally, thus allowing ** to spend our time helping normal folks' pets rather then wasting our valuable time. Now this person has to go and spend 3-4 x our prices at the regular vets.

Despite arriving first, I was overlooked as other customers were attended to before me. When I inquired about the delay, a staff member, whom I later identified in a photo submitted to ******* responded dismissively, saying, "when we get ready." This lack of urgency and empathy in an emergency situation was highly distressing.Furthermore, during this interaction, the staff member pointed out his race in a context where it was irrelevant, stating he was "a black man." This comment was not only unprofessional but also seemed inappropriate and racially insensitive.       **** who is the administrator has the most disgusting attitude! Very rude and arrogant! I would not recommend this place anymore to anyone! Take your pet somewhere else so you and your pet are provided with the correct service! I have been using their services for years, and due to GARO and his mannerism, I would say F this place. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star, it would have been 0 if that was an option!

      We do not want customers who violate the Code of Conduct listed on our website. Since we have ****** customers who love our service, we can only deduce that this person violated our Code of Conduct and we refused to provide services. Whatever this person's issue is, which is not stated, we are very pleased that this person will not return back to us. We only help people who behave appropriately. Consequently, we have to reject approximately 2 % of folks who need our services.

      Well- Id like to say THANK YOU to the Low Cost Vet Mobile operation/vet/staff. Myself, coming from a background of animal rescue for 15+ years before moving to *** 8 years agoI understand how even the absolute biggest and most devoted animal lovers may come across as short or rude to some humans. I have two 13 year old dogs that I rescued as weeks old pups, they became permanent family members. After my own unexpected battle with cancer at age 38, finances changed and if it were not for the decent hearted people at Low Cost Vet, I am not sure how I would be able to financially handle the ever growing medical costs for my senior girls. They are there FOR THE ANIMALS. Sorry if some dont like the straight to the point disposition of the clinic but they have to be clear quick and efficient to be able to help as many animals in need as possible. Their prices ARE absolutely 1/3 or less of even the ********************** Without them its heartbreaking to think how many beloved family members would suffer and not get treatment they need. We as pet families need to appreciate the service and do our part to help this practice function as effectively as possible- that means we show up on time, understand that we may have to wait, BE KIND and respectful of the staff, put our egos to the side and realize that every bit of time we hold these people up complaining about nonsense is time they could have been helping another animal in need. They are good to my girls. They were clear with me. Just 1 test that I called 20+ places to price and could not find for less than $1100, they did for under $400 and the results were quick, clear, and I had a treatment plan in action within a couple of days. Im grateful, humbled even.I dont care if you dont chit chat with me about the weather,or if you yell at someone for knocking on your door that clearly states Do NOT knock on door, if you do- no serviceyou will scare the animals. Just take care of my babies- and they have.
