LIARS! I regret wasting my time getting thus insurance company. Trying to cancel had been a headache! I would not contact them. STILL trying to cancel after WEEKS of trying! Also they don't want to cancel and give you a hard time for even trying to cancel. Will not go through them again.

This is a big BUYER BEWARE. I think this is the biggest scam CLAIMING to be Health Insurance that there is. Honestly if I could give a negative rating or no rating at all, I would. I also think any person claiming to be an 'insurance agent' and sells you on this plan should be prosecuted for misrepresentation. This 'agent' told me about this plan, highly recommended for daughter, who rarely went to the Dr. only for preventative care usually, it included Dental and Vision. she wears contacts, it was needed. She also need nationwide, as she is a travel nurse. preemptive physical lab work, they covered $16.96 of a $99.72 bill. Turns out prescriptions, you have to jump through hoops to get them low cost (better at ********* Her dental cleaning, not covered, out of pocked $120.00. She broke her finger, needed x-rays and office visits. Not covered, fought it and they covered $200.00 she paid $2,529.03, along with paying over $3,500 in premiums. Wish I knew enough to check them out prior to dealing with all this. she is not with a reputable well known insurance company.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I have been trying for weeks to cancel this pathetic excuse for insurance. They let you believe this is the best thing for you and its a darn discount plan and try to cancel it....you will get to leave messages on 6 different phone numbers that no one answers but robots.. This is a scam and I will do everything in my power to stop this company from existing.. in my life! People be ware!! I will probably have to go to my bank and be inconvenienced and either pay or close my account. I would like some help. I would love to get my money back since i called them a week after they took my money and told them to cancel it and surprisingly, got hung up on. I am furious!! **** scammers is all they are...buck up and cancel my plan and give my money back...... NOW!!

My sister signed up for health insurance and was told she could cancel within the first 30 days and get a full refund. When she tried to cancel 5 days later they said she need proof that she had other health insurance coverage because we live in **********. This was never disclosed to her. We ended contacting the credit card company to dispute charges. Now we have to wait and see what happens. The Better Business Bureau should go after them.

Horrible, I wish I had read these reviews before i got Scammed. Unbelievable that people would do this to others.*********************** was our agent. What a con artist- sure sounded like a reputable person.Out of a ****** bill they paid ***** for in network dr. I called claims, they said thats all that was allowed. Called member benefits, they said I needed to call claims and tell them to apply my 70% network benefits. Called claims and they referred me to member benefits. Getting the picture. The "prescription card" is totally bogus. Again pharmacies dont accept it. So I called again, and you have to download a prescription app that Im sure they get kickbacks on. And they give you a coupon code to use. Ive reported them to the state insurance fraud division

I cannot describe how frustrating this has been. 7 days ago I signed up online to get insurance so I could see a doctor about a condition that was getting severely painful. I thought I was signing up for insurance and instead I was given a National Congress for Employers Health Discount Program card and a NCE GapAfford Plus ** discount card. I paid $280 to get signed up for insurance and I was promised that everything except pregnancy and substance abuse treatment would be covered. Urgent care did not recognize this NCE card and said it was taking nothing off the price, it would be $150 up front. I paid it because the pain was unbearable. I couldn't sit or lay in any position. I couldn't move my joints without my skin cracking and bleeding. The doctor said it would take time to get me in with a specialist but he would help me with steroid rx ointment as much as possible. I go to pick up the ointment from ********* and the ointment is $151. Pharmacist told me to call insurance because something isn't right. I paid the $151 out of desperation hoping I could somehow get it back. I call insurance and explain everything and the man tells me the other rep put me on the wrong plan and he would fix it. I paid ANOTHER $280 and he canceled the first one. I was promised this medication was on their list and would cost me zero to little out of pocket. My skin was so bad I used the entire tube in one application, so I call urgent care and explain that my insurance should go through now and ask the Dr to send in another **. This might be shocking but I went to get the ** and there was no change to the price at all. It took me calling in 4 times to finally get this canceled. Everyone is nice and makes promises until you call to cancel. I'm seeing bad reviews from 2016 with the same situation I had and it breaks my heart knowing some people will not realize until it's too late.

Total scam. Literally hung up on me after I wanted to cancel and refused to refund me despite telling me I would be able to be refunded within 30 days.
