A very unprofessional person. With in 1 hour of project completion he was spewing allegations of being ripped of, threatening to come rip out the work done. With in 4 hours of work complete he was threatening charges of theft of services, liens, foreclosure and jail for non-payment. He was told time and again that the payment would come as soon as an opportunity of time to do the transaction was available. Within 5 hours of the completion of work threatening and demeaning texts and audio files were sent to anyone that he deemed tied to the property that the work was performed. Mike refused to have a voice conversation, would not answer calls, instead sending audio file messages laced with profanity and threats of all of the above as well as the statement of "you don't know who you are messing with" No willingness at all for a two way conversation except through nasty text messages. At 8 hours of completing work he was posting on local message boards (Social Media) a picture and warning of do not do business with this person with allegations of con artist, rip off artists, slum lords etc. These messages were then shared by multiple people that belonged to the page. Within 10 hours of completing work he was paid in full. There was absolutely no communication or implied contract requiring payment within one hour of completing services. I have never in my life experienced this kind of behavior from any contractor, service provider, supplier etc.. Beware
