  This jewelery is complete junk!! And they will only refund in a gift card! Which is crazy, cause they are legitimately selling trash!!

  42 complaints closed in last 3 years 15 complaints closed in last 12 months Thats a lot , I just placed an order ugh I dont even want to get sensitive about the personal gift this I Was suppose to be :( regardless the complaints dont lie and the numbers is a lot for me

  I ordered a ring from this company I ordered a size 9 ring its supposed to be a monogram ring with my initials I get the ring it looks nothing like I expected granted then when I try it on it does not fit any of my fingers but the ring finger barely I reach out to them they tell me I cant get a refund and they can give me a credit because the ring was specifically made for me or what about the size so I send it back they tell me they can only go up one size what? What about the **** size ordered a 9? Its nowhere near that size so the send it back saying they resized it tried it on still fits the same so Im stuck with a ring I cant fit and that is not what I asked for dont order from them that was their mistake of making the wrong size just return my money and you can have this ring back

  The quality of their jewelry is terrible. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I have returned my order and Im being told that I will receive a gift card for the store. I have expressed several times that I do not wish to make another purchase because the quality is so bad and they keep sending me the same message in emails saying that their jewelry is custom made and I cant get a refund. I ordered 2 gothic letter pendants that they could very well sell if they wanted to, theres nothing custom about my purchase. Buyer beware the gothic pendants are not as they appear on the website, I purchased an N and a T and I cannot tell what the letters are that I received. They are essentially stealing from customers by refusing to issue refunds especially when customers refuse to do further business with them.

  Beware. This is NOT real gold. They sell plated jewelry. They constantly have "sales" to draw you in, but in reality, they're selling you overpriced fake jewelry.

  This company is horrible!!!!! I waited for my chain being a cancer patient to wear in the hospital only to get sent the wrong item!!!! My children ordered me a sterling silver necklace with their names and I was sent a yellow gold necklace (which I hate yellow gold)! Their solution was send it back then! I will never send back anything that has my 3 childrens names on it!!!!! I would never order nor recommend this company!!!!!!!!!

  1 star only because they made me choose a starI ordered a necklace filed a report the day it was to be delivered and almost 2 months later received notice I filed claim to late. I had been corresponding for the entire time

  Received broken necklace contact seven times through emails and social media. No one never respond unprofessional and poor customer service theyre just out for your money. I will not support this company when you try to support your own kind. This is what happened they play in your face and take your money. If I could give negative I I would.. yet your open 24 hours. This black own black is a joke..
