this company sent me product NOT ORDERED i called to stop it email as well it is a big BLACK HOLE the phone number does not connect you and email is horrible they said OH we will not send it they DID and i refused at door with POSTMAN july 2024 it is SEPTEMBER with no credit they lied and said OH we did not send it they DID but i refused it i will NOT pay for this bad product that NEVER worked that my **** asked me to try horrible companyBonafide Health, LLC Response

Hi ******, we're so sorry for any difficulty you encountered when contacting our ************* team. Our toll-free phone line is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Upon reviewing your conversation history with us, we could not find a record of a phone call from you, though we see that you did communicate with our team via email.
We see that a Clairvee 3-Month Plan subscription was started on April 15th, 2024 and canceled from your end on July 15th, 2024; however, the second order had already been processed by the time the subscription was canceled. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel orders that have already been processed, which is why it was still fulfilled and shipped.
We also see that a member of our team provided instructions for returning the order according to our policy (*****************************************************); however, because the order was not returned in this manner, we received no notification from the mail carrier that the delivery was refused or returned to our facility. Consequently, we could not issue a refund, though our team has since been able to make an exception and process one. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear back in your bank account, so please be on the lookout.
Finally, we're sorry to hear that ******** didn't work for you (though as a quick reminder, we do recommend taking this product consecutively for at least six months for optimal results). If there's anything else we can do for you, please let us know.Review from Maria G

First I was really excited because I was going to try something that I thought it was going to change the difficulties I was having, I had a doctors appointment and my doctor recommended me to use this company for my problem. I bought 3 months supply and after 3 month I havent seen any change in my life. When I went on my banks I notice there was a charge in my account, which I never authorized supposedly I had subscribed once you purchase something with them. Which I didnt. I called to report it and they said they couldnt give my money because I had subscribed. Explain that I never did that and they said they know the website is tricky, we have hear of this complains before. Theres nothing I can do. No refund issue.. I didnt order and doesnt work. It should be taken out of doctors offices and should be investigated.Bonafide Health, LLC Response

Upon reviewing your order history with us, it appears you initially ordered a Ristela 3-Month Plan subscription on June 5th, 2024, not a one-time purchase. We can confirm that this subscription has been canceled, so moving forward, you should not receive any more products from us.
Per our return policy (*****************************************************), we can accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days from the order shipment date of any first-time orders and within 14 days from the order shipment date of any recurring orders (refills). We see that a member of our ************* team offered to help initiate the return process and waive the return shipping fee for you, but this did not provide a satisfactory resolution. Following that conversation, our team was able to make an exception to the standard policy and issue a refund for the order without the physical return.
Last but not least, we're so sorry to hear that ******* didn't provide the results you were hoping for. While clinical studies show that women saw increased physical arousal by month two, with further improvements over time, we understand that every woman is different and Ristela may not work for everyone. I have been using the products for just about 3 weeks now and I do think they are helping me. However, take heed of the other reviews here. This company has unethical business practices in the way their information is designed on both the mobile and desktop versions of their site. It is difficult to see how to cancel a subscription, and because the way the links are structured you have to cancel one product at a time, I discovered that -- once I canceled one of two products -- the screen design suddenly changed and there was no longer a link to cancel the second product. Also, the reason I was on the site to begin with? I did a one time order, or so I thought. A few weeks later, among the many annoying marketing emails I was receiving, I got a message about subscribing. So, I did so, and even added a third product to try. Unbeknownst to me, I was already subscribed (shady trick from my first order - when I used the coupon code it switched me to a subscription but that was not clear to see or understand.) Many of our coupon codes are only applicable to our subscription plans (Monthly or 3-Month), and our system does not have the capability to automatically switch an order from a one-time purchase to a subscription plan. If a customer tries to apply a coupon code to a one-time order, they will receive an error message.
That said, we see that you have contacted our ************* team and can confirm that your duplicate subscription has been canceled. Per your request, you have also been unsubscribed from our marketing emails.

Fraudulent business practices - they didn't cancel my subscription despite my request when moving, made over $500 in unauthorized charges on my credit card over a 1-year period even though they were charging a credit card linked to the wrong address (unauthorized charges) and supposedly sent unwanted/unordered products to my former address (new home buyer denied receiving). Refused to refund money though the credit charges charges were not authorized/not even linked to correct billing address). I spoke to 2 different people for nearly an hour on the phone. I wanted to warn others as the Ob/***'s really push this product as the company gives them free samples to get costumers hooked kind like pharmaceutical company (do they get kick-backs for recommending/).. They offer a discount if you subscribe then increase prices they automatically charge & make it very difficult to cancel the subscription. Poor business practice. The products are no better than what you buy in stores for 1/2 the price. My credit card company indicated that ethically the online companies are supposed to reauthorize credit cards each time they bill you. When I moved, the change in address should would have blocked the credit card charges as the billing address had changed. Ethical companies reach out to you to obtain the new billing address per charge authorization. I would have reconfirmed my **************************** with the product.Bonafide Health, LLC Response

Regarding the concern with your credit card: we recommend that you contact your bank directly to inquire about your concerns about authorized payments despite a billing address change as we are not in control of how your bank processes moves.
Additionally, we have no record of a request to cancel in our system. We would love to investigate this further and see that a member of our ************* team asked you to forward it to us, but we have not heard back from you. That said, we can confirm that your subscription has been canceled and your most recent order was refunded.
Customers do always have the ability to cancel their subscriptions directly within their Bonafide account - step-by-step instructions can be found in our *********** here (************************************************************************************************************************).

I HAVE TO AGREE WITH ************ 1/23/24 AND ****** 4/17/24 BUYER BEWARE!!!!THE BBB NEEDS TO CHECK INTO THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PLACE ANYWHERE ON WEBSITE TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION, DO NOT NOTIFY YOU WHEN THEY ARE ABOUT TO SEND OUT SUBSCRIPTION SO YOU COULD CANCEL. NOW I TRULY BELIEVE THE PRODUCTS THEY SALE ARE BOGUS AND NOT OF QUALITY IF YOU MAKE IT THIS HARD AND DECEIVE PEOPLE. MAYBE WITH ENOUGH BAD REVIEW PEOPLE WILL STOP BUYING THE PRODUCTS THEY SALE. LEGIT HONEST COMPANIES MAKE RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND BEING ABLE TO LEAVE REVIEWS SIMPLE! ALL I WANT TO DO IS CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE. Deceiving and spammy company. I canceled my subscription because the product didn't work for me. They had already charged my card and shipped out 3 months' worth, which I was able to return for a refund. But then 3 months later they charged my card again and sent out more product. Buyer beware!! Agree with 2 other customers, you get no reminder when your auto ship is shipping and don't have time to cancel if needed. MIne processed at 1:52 AM and boom shipped and too late to cancel. I did chat with someone who was nice but said there's no way I can cancel it was already shipped, I can return but I am out $7 return shipping. Even ******** spotify, ****** play, give you a reminder if you are on a free week trial so that you can cancel in time....unacceptable from a company with such an expensive product. It gives the impression they prefer you end up with a shipment you didn't want and just keep it to avoid the hassle of return. Also - website lists 5 star reviews...however I looked all over and there is no place on their site to leave a review. This is why I am leaving one here. Website deceiving. Thought I was ordering 2 product bundle but when I looked at charges, I was only charged for 1 product (and not the main product I wanted) and was offered to bundle with product I wanted. Then find out Ive got 2 products that werent my main product pick but according to customer service cant cancel (had just ordered). Ive tried Bonafide for a few months. The products are expensive but seemed to promise to fix all the feminine issues I was having - so they seemed worth it. After trying them for about 6 months I decided there had no change - which was disappointing and decided to no longer use the products. I forgot that I had auto ship set up (you get a discount doing it that way) and was auto charged at 2:30 am for the shipment. I called the next morning and was told there was nothing they could do as the order had already processed but that once I receive it I can return it for a full refund. This was frustrating because I called within less than 12 hrs of the order processing but there was still nothing they could do. Once I received the order, I followed the return process, I do not have a printer and **** could not print the return label they provided so I had to call Bonafide back and hope they could send a QR code. Luckily, they could - I also asked the rep on the phone to make sure that all future auto ships were cancelled , she confirmed that they were. Fast forward to do day, I am once again being charged an auto ship at 230 in the morning and catching it within 12 hrs only to be told its too late to cancel. I logged into my account to see that only 1/4 products were actually cancelled. I an incredibly frustrated with Bonafide. Not only did they not cancel my auto shipments when I requested this, their products do not work and you have to complete multiple steps to return products. This company repeatedly sent, and charged me for, products I did not purchase. My attempts to cancel via their website and by email were ignored. The only solution is to cancel my debit card, creating other problems. I understand about recurring charges and subscriptions, but this company goes far beyond that. They add on expensive products in either a sneaky or unauthorized manner, and then will refuse to recognize any attempt to cancel.
