    ZERO STARS!I had to send them the following:Please send this information directly to your top supervisor! Id like to CANCEL MY ORDER. Because of waiting in good faith for your company to do its job, I was in dire need of catheters and your company has done absolutely nothing to accommodate me. I got catheters, after much phone calling and research, over-the-counter at full price without a prescription or insurance.Your company is awful. Your terrible customer service didnt even have the capability to give me any information about whether the correct item would be ordered, nor were they able to connect me to anyone who could! The first order you would have sent-WITHOUT EVEN HAVING THE PRESCRIPTION was the completely wrong thing even though I described what I needed in much detail with specific item numbers. All of this happened after 180 Medical, with whom I have had years of excellent service (with amazing, personal customer service!) had forwarded the prescription and all necessary information to your company. They also told me that you would be in touch, back when I had what I thought would be a plentiful supply. Luckily they called me to see if you had called me so as to get my catheters on time. They are wonderful. Your company has no personal service nor the correct information to help me when I need catheters to SURVIVE without going to the emergency room!I even called Coloplast who makes the catheters I use and they told me who and where to contact to get what I needed. I finally got them on AMAZON! of all places, the next day!!I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau and will never be using your company again.Disgusted,

    Wish I could leave a 0! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Breast pump was ordered at the end of March/beginning of April, it's the middle of May and still no breast pump. I emailed the company everyday, called every day and someone would say that they would get back to me-nobody ever did. Then they told me the item was shipping out on 5/1. I asked for a tracking number and they went radio silent. Took a week of emailing to get a tracking number that then said the item was delivered in the beginning of May but was returned and sent to ************. Told me I'd have to file a claim with **** When I expressed how upset I was and displeased with the service, the woman on the phone told me its not her fault and that she hates working there! I was shocked that she was speaking to me with no empathy and making the situation about herself. WON'T EVER USE AGAIN AND LOOKING FOR HELP ELSEWHERE.

    Leaving the company after 3 yrs. Talked to ****** and they gave me 4 other referrals. This is ************* ever. Person could die as sensors arrive late or not at all. All agents so thick accented can't understand them and they just pass the buck. Recently bought out by ****** and and is worst than ever. Contact ****** if you have the Libre sensors and they can give you other people to order thru that takes care of ******** and insurances. I'd give BLN a -10 if possible

    Incredibly poor customer service, with quite possibly worse communication. Holding hostage medical equipment, a breast pump no less, is asinine when any error committed, or by omission, is the responsibility of the State-contracted company. The monopoly they have over this service is worse than playing the game and landing on Boardwalk. Terrible.

    This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have type 1 diabetes and rely on getting my dexcom supplies. I cant understand how a company can stay in business with the customer service they provide. Im on ******** and have to answer the questions that are obligated by better living now to ask me, so going on line and reordering the product is not working. I have left messages after messages and no one calls me back. I can only say that if youre looking for a provider to service you for your Dexcom supplies do not choose this company. They are the worst!

    I cannot contact them, They do not answer the phone nor respond to messages I leave. I can't get a refill for my CGM. Their communication has always been terrible. It took months to actually get them to explain what my ******** and Medigap would cover. I have initiated having my prescription sent to a different supplier.

    If I could give this company a minus 10 stars, I would do so!! I have tried to get my supplies from them for over a year. The first two months they were in time. Ever since then, they have been late EVERY time. I have had to get on the phone with my insurance company and/or my doctor and/or them every time. I have been doing the job they are supposed to do. The patient is not supposed to have to be making contacts. That is their job. Every month it is an excuse as to the lateness of supplies. But of course it is NEVER their fault. I had to use expired sensors. And that is a big no no. I would never recommend this company even to my worse enemy. Rating: Minus 10 F minus, minus, minus ************ doesnt care about their customers or the critical needs of diabetics. They shouldnt even be in business!!!*******************************

    Script for durable medical supplies sent in mid ******* ******* said it wasn't received, sent in again early September. They waited til the 28th to submit to insurance for prior authorization. Insurance approved the very next day. Better living now Said it wasn't approved yet and could take 3 WEEKS. It was already approved. Early October I contacted insurance for approval numbers and info. I contacted company AGAIN with information. They got back with the excuse insurance approved it for the year ****.. what???? It is now November 2. He still has not received his durable equiptment he needed since AUGUST. I can't believe this company even has a business like this, people need trust stuff to live and it's a dangerous game they are playing.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter has yet to have gotten her diabetes supplies. every day I would talk to a new customer service person for them to tell me a different story such as they got the prescription from the doctor and then the following customer service which they know we never got it the runaround that a customer would get is mine boggling it is a complete nightmare dealing with this company do business with this company at your own risk.
