1 starI have worked with 2 ******** providers of Diabetic pump supplies. In fact, the customer service for BLN has improved over 2 years. Due to the frequent ordering, shipping and receiving delays, I was able to work with an "inside manager" who always got the process completed in a timely basis and with excellent communication. Thank you. Now due to " a change in BLN's phone system" or "change in the warehouse location & supply availability", I have not been able to contact this admin person directly. Other concerns include; the usual shipping date has changed from the beginning of the month ( 2nd to the 8th) now to around the 20th); I have called 8 times regarding this months supply order, so I would not be out of supplies--today. Box was delivered today--with 3 of the 4 items in the box. FRUSTRATIONS ABOUND! Problems to improve CUSTOMER SERVICE and Review rating include: 1) assess, reassess, and train all internal and external companies to PREVENT any order, shipping or insufficient warehouse supply orders so that PRESCRIBED MEDICAL TREATMENT SUPPLIES CAN BE OBTAINED IN A TIMELY MANNER 2) provide accurate and CONSISTENT follow up communication between internal & external departments ( ie shipping dates reported are ACTUAL DATES-NOT DELAYED 2-3 DAYS) so that PRESCRIBED MEDICAL TREATMENT SUPPLIES CAN BE OBTAINED IN A TIMELY MANNER.3) train and provide more managers/administrators who have the authority and take responsibility and have oversight to provide PRESCRIBED MEDICAL TREATMENT SUPPLIES IN A TIMELY MANNER 4) UPDATE YOUR IT SYSTEM so communication between departments is nearly immediate and can be confirmed with customer service reps and delays do to occur SO PRESCRIBED TREATMENT SUPPLIES ARE RECEIVED WITHIN A TIMELY MANNERReview fromParis W

1 starTHIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! They are UNRELIABLE anytime it's time for me to get my supplies it's a problem. I been waiting for my supplies for a month now and everyday I call they have a different story. I can't go outside because i have no supplies. I put in the order before i ran out and now it's a month later and still no supplies. been using this company for 10 yrs and it's been a problem every since. I stayed with them so long because i don't really know who else to get my supplies from. THEY DON'T DESERVE NO STARS AT ALL. I pray something can be done about this. 1 starThis company is a joke! And doesnt need to receive any STARS!! My husband called *** they said with both of his insurances he would not have a bill then he received over $250 bill called BLN and said it was his ******** deductible. His deductible should have been already met and if not his secondary should have picked up. Then he called to get supplies because their website would not let him place his order. Then it took over a week to arrive. The next time he called billing about a bill and he needed to order his supplies and the billing lady said she could place the order. He called a week later to see why his supplies hadnt arrive and of course the order wasnt placed. Over 2 weeks on receiving that order. Then he got a text saying to renew his order, done all the questions on ******** and placed the order. A week later no supplies, called and they had rejected the order. If they needed anything why did they wait a week after the order was placed which was the ******** questions that he answered online. But they didnt text to say they needed him to contact them just rejected the order. Its not worth the constant hassle of not receiving the supplies on time, customer service and billing do not place the order half the time, even finishing the online order but still not receiving the supplies. This company is a joke, rip off, and someone could have died without their supplies. If they say theyll express or overnight the supplies they lie it will take exactly a week to 10 days. Better Living Now is a nightmare of a company to deal with. They have the absolute worst customer service and now want me to pay for sensors I never received. I can go on and on with the problems. It has been a lot of aggravation dealing with these people. ***'T EVEN THINK about using this company for anything. I wish I could let more people know about how horrible they are before they get sucked into the same boat. They are charging people over $333.00 for a sensor that you can get from a pharmacy for $24.00. THIS IS A SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Better Living Now Inc.

The facts of this matter are outlined below. For any questions, please reach out to us directly.************* has a balance due of $667.72 for dates of service 2/3/2023 and 3/3/2023. ************* emailed a refill request on 1/10/23 and that order was delivered 2/3/23. ************* did not call Better Living Now to advise the order was not received. ************* next emailed a refill request on 2/27/23 and that order was delivered 3/3/2023. ************* did not advise Better Living Now that the order was not received. ************* emailed a 3rd refill request on 3/27/23. That order was delivered 3/31/23. ************* then reached out to advise he would be returning this order as he did not want to incur further out of pocket costs. The supplies returned were from Date of Service 3/31/2023 and have been properly credited back to the insurance carrier.Our Payment Collections team explained to ************* that the balance due was applied to his insurance plan deductible. The last email received on 5/10/23 from ************* stated that he was going to pay the balance in full.DOUGLAS W

A service was provided and if you are unable to pay the balance of $667.72 in full, a six month payment plan of $112.00 per month can be set up. I will pay for one of the sensors I never received and you can write off the second one. I dont usually do this but I have to this time. **************** is not the problem here but shipping my order is a big problem. I called every month to re order my Libre sensor and the last 2 time was a big disappointment. First time they forgot my order. I waited for a week and a half before I realized it didnt come in. So I called the company and the representative couldnt answer why my order wasnt place. She stated that she didnt know why and gave me an excuse to why it wasnt shipped. Mind you I called on Feb. 13th and she told me it wasnt due until the 15th. The second time the representative told me that when I placed my order again on the 13th of March, she told me that it wasnt due until the 17th and that the company has to verify the prescription with the doctor before sending it out. All Im saying is PLEASE DO BETTER!!!Better Living Now Inc.

Good morning,We apologize for any negative experience you may have had and want to clarify the timeline of your two most recent orders as outlined in your complaint.Medicaid allows us to ship out your supplies in 30 day supply increments, every 30 days, no grace ****** allowed. They also require you, the member, then place the order and do not allow auto shipping.Your February order was placed on 2/11/2023 and was due to ship 2/16/2023. The order did ship a day late on 2/17/2023 and we do apologize for any difficulties this may have caused.Your March order was placed on 3/13/2023 and was due to ship 3/19/2023 which was a Sunday. My wife has had to have a particular type of drainage containers. There were 2 separate orders that was places by my wife and I was in the room when she told the customer service Rep that she needed the Rocket brand ****** for her port that she had placed. They keep sending her the Pleurx ******. On each instant they said the would get her the right order.Needless to say each time they sent her the Pleurx ******., this does not work with the port she had placed.Only the Rocket ******.My wife contacted Better Living Now and informed them.they sent the wrong bottles again.The customer service rep said they would ship.it overbite.However they did not,and her my wife sits with a bloated stomach and no way to drain it.Somebody need to lose their job over this,because this is not what I consider,"Paying attention to the customer."Having been in the corporate world for 28 years,this is neglect and absolute incompetence on behalf of those working there. Please insure that this is addressed,and that we or no one else has to suffer,because someone doesn't know how to do their job.Better Living Now Inc.
