5 starsAs a service contract provider, we work with repair facilities across the countryand this one stood out. One of our mutual customers recently brought their vehicle in for repairs, and the team here completed the job quickly and efficiently. The customer was back on the road in less than 7 days. 1 starRed alert: ***** this dealership. These people have no regard for your financial well-being. My wife and i have been loyal customers for over 20 years with this dealership. originally, we had nothing but praises for them because of the good and legitimate deals we have gotten throughout the years. until our most recent transactions. ****** **** (Sales manager) and *** ********* ( also a sales manager) who were new to us. They are liars and con artists. They took advantage of our trust because of our past experiences with this dealership and put us in a Finacial hardship situation. This is unbelievable. How do you take customers who have had several deals over the years and out of nowhere decide to con them. I don't see the reason in that. We thought they would want us to keep coming back as we've been doing and didn't have to worry about being conned. But it happened and now we have deal with overpriced cars. So please, do yourselves a favor avoid them. If they did this to loyal customers of several transactions over the years, they would do this to anybody .Review fromFred U

1 starI want to file a complaint against the dealership Garden City Nissan located at ******************************************On Wednesday, May 8, 2024 I negotiated successfully with the sales person for a 2021 ***** Blazer. The issue is that the car is an LT ***** but the dealership was Falsely advertising the car as an LT2 trim which was a higher level, and thus would cost more. My fair and reasonable offer that was accepted by the salesman was subsequently refused by his manager who continued to deny my offer stating the car was an LT2 trim. After several minutes of arguing with the manager about the vehicle price, he continued to show me comparable LT2 car prices, while I showed him LT1 prices. I saw we were getting nowhere, so I left. This dealership continues to falsely market this vehicle as an LT2 to inflate the selling price to unsuspecting customers to make it appear as an attractive selling price.. Attached is my which includes the Carfax from the dealership showing car is an LT1 trim. In addition, included is a listing on Edmunds.com showing the same car as an LT2 trim. Also included is an initial invoice from the dealer showing it listed as an LT1 trim.I am seeking unspecified damages for their false advertising, wasting my time and transportation cost, and refusing to negotiate fairly when a reasonable offer was made.Review fromAndrew M

1 starFinance manager lied and said a pre-authorized auto loan from **** of America couldn't be used. **** of America was adamant that Nissan of Garden City is on their list of authorized dealerships and that Nissan of G.C should have used the pre-approval certificate. 3% difference in loans, now. ~$4500 EXTRA in loan payments.Review fromBe F

1 starThis dealership is a complete scammmmmmmm! I was told one price for my car which is the basic of all basic and in the end the car ended up being more. I could have gotten the next car up. The car only had key not even a remote. For this car to be a **** I feel ripped off. I came with a loan from my bank. He acted like he can get a better deal ran the credit again didn't even consent with me that he was running it to come back with a higher interest rate so save $20. The original payment through my bank was $520 he came back with Nissan talking about $499. As he would say he saved me $1500. I could have stayed with the loan I originally came with from my credit union. This is my 2nd car with Nissan the 1st is paid off you would think I would have been treated better but no. I am a senior citizen and I feel completely scammed. He told me he looked out for me he could have put that money in his pocket for his kids, he could have because nothing on this car is worth it. For a **** it's only key no remote. He told me to go have a starter put in. Who say that, that should have been the option given for the price I'm paying. You see one price on they site oh he told me I have a versa S plus. The plus is CarPlay, I am 83yrs old with a flip phone I can't use that if I wanted to. He said I have navigation only way to use that is by plugging in a smartphone in which I don't have. I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever purchase a car here. They aren't here to help and get you in a good car. They in it for the money and to get cars off they lot.Review fromJay L

1 starplaying games from the min i walked in to the store. I was buying a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder and after we both agreed with the car price, then the sale person brings his manager and the manager starts adding **** dollars dealer prepare fee, and another ******************************************************************************************************************* for another $449 for total protection fee, and i had enough, i asked what is this, he couldn't explain to me what is the total protection is about, the best part is he told me the ** DMW website is down for few days, he can't register my car, and ask me to come back tomorrow, but still telling me to get the bank certified check for the down payment. on the second day, when i called them to pick up my car, then the sale person told me the engine has problem, they can't sell me the car anymore.i am not 5 year old, i used to own two maixma, i just this dealer is a scam and playing too much games.Review fromJacqueline L

1 starNissan of Garden City dealership has scammers for sales representatives. After they were negligent and didnt close out my former car account they won't return my calls. I've called consumer afters, finance, etc and all said to contact the dealership to fix the issue. They promised up to six months of payments (I have the letters sent) and if I turned in my car for another. But instead of keeping their word they tried to bully me an kept my credit card so I couldn't leave the dealership. In exhaustion from being up all night with a sick child I repeatedly asked for my credit card which eventually they did return but only after bringing out another man. I was a female alone and still don't know why it took 3 men to return my credit card. This is the scam as the sales representative says they have to show a credit card to the manager for good faith that you want to get a car. An this is where I acknowledge not following my intuition. I should've left and not looked back instead I agreed if they kept their word of lowering my monthly payments in a new car and paid off remaining lease balance I'd start a new lease.I kept my end of the deal but instead they left the old account open and didn't close it out. I was initially told by customer service it takes a few days but after a week I called and was reassured it would be resolved. A month later Iearned that it would impact my credit score.I have excellent credit and was told today that because the account was never properly closed by the dealership never submitting the payoff amount that it would impact my credit score. The representative added that it was possible a letter from the delearship would help not decrease my score when it showed up as an account that goes to collections.A loyal customer for almost a decade and this is the thanks I get. I've always paid on time, this is my fourth car from this dealership and my 3 year leases are always returned with less than 15K miles.Review fromLisa A

1 starI visited Nissan of Garden City two days ago to return my end of lease vehicle and Finance a new car. They refused to give me a quote, demanding running my credit. Waited five hrs, sales person quote was different to the sticker price, claimed I hv to pay DMV fees and taxes, ok I understand. They called my Insurance got the stickers, DmV, didn't hv chance to clean my car, rushed took the license plate off, drove the new vehicle out of the showroom meanwhile I didn't see my contract yet. All said and done, called to sign the contract, vehicle listed ******* morr than sticker price. Con artist ********************* added Maintenance package ******* without my consent. 23, ****** vehicle cost me ****** to Finance. What a scam, disrespectful, so unfair. I told the salesman ****** this is not normal, something is not right and here it is. Never experienced this, I dealt with ******** Nissan for yrs, never had an issue but unfortunately they took over ******* So sad and unfair with the current inflation. Someone needs to stop this at this dealer. I would like my loan to be adjusted for ******* less that I was scammed for. I reported the issue to Consumer affairs as well.Review fromLatesha G

1 starThe sales people here are liars. I told them several times over I only want a price and to not check my ************* sales guy says hes only collecting info to check with Nissan, not a credit check. Next thing I know a Sales Manager says theyve already ran my credit and they do not give estimates, they only deal with actual numbers. Avoid this dealership altogether their business practices are malicious and deceitful.Review fromamara r

1 starManagement is terrible. It took 2 months to pay off my 10 day payoff quote which caused me to be late on a loan I have never been late on. Also I have had the car for 3 months and my registration has still not been done and my temp tags are expired. By far this is THE WORST dealership I have ever dealt with.
