    I mailed 3 laundry cards with a low balance remaining in order to receive in exchange a "code" to be able to transfer their balance over to one card that I have. I sent by mail these 3 laundry cards to the attention of *********************** on June 28th, to date, July 18th, ***********************, **************** **********************, insists they have not received the envelope. I sent the following cards with a low balance: Card #******* *** - Value: $2.35 Card #******* *** - Value: $1.60 Card #******* *** - Value: $2.50, Total: $6.45 I haven't received refund I have had recurring problems with ******************************* due to the fact that they refuse to refund monies when machines malfunction because of "excessive" ******************** requested. The **************** are computer generated. Sometimes these machines stop at mid-cycle, lock up, then I call building maintenance who will turn off the machine by unplugging it, wait a few minutes, then plug it back on. Once you do this, the computer glitch is sometimes resolved. However, this problem means I've had to pay twice for one load since the machine was turned off then I have to repay in order to start a new cycle. Hercules sends mechanic, they won't find anything wrong, but I still lost money on cycles. Also a lot of the washers have black mold in the detergent/softener drawers or the front panel is completely missing. I've reported these problems many times before but Hercules refuses to refund monies & properly fix machines. I reported a dryer which didn't start after paying for the cycle, reported problem asked for refund, a week later used same dryer, same problem occurred. ******************************* insist I often report "excessive" issues & request "excessive" refunds they have decided to ignore my requests. However, if Hercules maintained the machines on a weekly basis, I would not need to report any issues. Please Hercules send me a code for my Card #******* *** in the total of $6.45 which is the total value of the 3 cards I sent you

    I have been a tenant at **************************************** for over 3 year. The Hercules washing machine are complete filthy, smelling like mildew and with pet hair in each washing. I have call Hercules and the build manager several times and nothing have been done AT ALL. The building staff have informed me that Hercules suppose to come wash and clean the machine EVERY Thursday and they have not been here to service or clean the washers and dried in over a year !! This is completed disgusting and again all infectious diseases training Ive taken all my life. Its a pandemic for crying out loud. There are children and infants in this building who have allergies and allergic to pets and their hair. Someone needs to do something IMMEDIATELY!!

    The level of competency with the female reps that answer the phone is a disgrace. I received a call yesterday on my vm saying to call them about my clothes being stuck in the washer machine. I called about that problem months ago. I recently called about losing 20 dollars in the card machine and a rep asked for the number of the card machine for which there is not any. Then she just hung up the phone. Im not sure where the CONSTANT disconnect is- I do want to know why that is my problem. Rarely do I get a rep who knows what they are doing. I also know that I am still waiting for that 20 dollars that I lost back which I should have received by now.
