As all the complaints for this company state - they are not a lender, make you pay $9.95 - then a finders fee of $75 or more - and no one gets their loan. I want my $9.95 back - I was ripped off. Having read the other complaints no way am I sending a finders fee. I just got ripped of $9.95 by these crooks. I want my money back!Customer response

On Feb 3, 2023 I tried to borrow $5,000 from the website Personal Loan Guarantee so for a $100 dollar charge they GUARANTEED a loan in that amount would be approved. They sent me 20 links for loan websites to apply. I started through the list and got to the 10th one and didnt get any approvals so I asked for my $100 back. The company said they needed proof and I was never informed of that in the beginning. Some of the loan sites wanted you to sign up for your credit score and charge you. Then you would go to another website and the same thing again to join and check your credit scores. You could not use the same password information you already created. This is false advertising and I felt like I have been scammed. I would like to have my $100 refund pleaseCustomer response

This company charged me $9.99 for proof of identity stating that was this the only fee for my 100% approval loan. Then they they said I had a guarantee approval of $2500 so I asked for the amount and they said I was guaranteed and was approved as long as I pay the referral fee for the amount of the loan and it is guaranteed. So I emailed again and they stated yes loan was guaranteed . I mailed them the money and they certainly cashed it right away. . They have my ID social security number and banking information and they sent my application to over 500 different "lenders" that all ran my credit but all those "lenders" are not lenders but even more referral companies that say your pre approved for money but they aren't lenders they just send your information to random other referral companies that have confusing emails that lie about your approval. They are a scam and a bunch of crooks. The same referral list they send is the same companies you get on line that run your info through over **** lenders with no success. They need yo be stopped. There are dishonest and need to be stopped and shut down.Initial Complaint

Last week, I was searching for ways to find loans for less-than-perfect credit, that werent Payday Loans. I stumbled upon what I thought was some hope, via *****************. I filled out the identity page, paid the ****, then was directed to personal loan guarantee, who then stated that I qualified for a loan of up to $35,000, with an APR of about 4%. I was directed to pay $250 for a network of lenders that lend primarily to those with non perfect credit. I sent the $250 money order. Then, I received an email with the link to the network of ******** was furious!! I had ALREADY APPLIED TO MOST OF THEM, AND ALREADY HAD ACCOUNTS WITH SOME OF THE LENDERS! Just know, that this network of lenders can be found on credit bureau sites, such as Transunion, Experian, Equifax, and other credit monitoring sites. I, nor anyone else, should have to pay for them! I went ahead, and applied to the lenders sites listed, that I had not applied to before, and of course, I WAS DECLINED! My score is below 600no ones going to give me more than $1000-2500, if Im remotely lucky! And, it will be a high interest loan! When I contacted the company and asked for a refund, I was told to MAIL MY PROOF! I had already explained to them, that I had the cards, had already applied, and then reapplied to these lenders again, and wasnt approved! I did take screen shots of some of the declined decisions, and have adverse reaction letters as well!! I wanted this to be a positive experience- and I should not have to be writing this complaint! I want others in my situation to be aware of this company and steer clear if your credit score is below 600! No ones going to give you the money you want or hoped for, with that score, and if you do get any kind of loan, it wont be the amount of your paycheck, and the interest rate will be sky high!Customer response

They have given me an unsatisfactory answer, telling me that their so-called refund department received correspondence/information/request about my refund, and thats all she ***************************, probably not her real name, knew, and could tell me. I responded with, Nice Stalling Tactic, and reminded her of all the negative reviews her company has on here, and that Im probably going to have to take her to small claims court to get my money. This company is a SCAM! Dont believe or trust these people! Id like to find out the real names of these people, take them to small claims court, as it only cost $15 to file in Suffolk County, **.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Personal Loans and Credit regarding complaint ID ********.NOT AS OF LATE. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND, AFTER I PROVED THAT I DESERVED ONE! This is not a bbb.org accredited business, nor do they want to deal with The Better Business Bureau, which is Not Ethical! This company, Personal Loan Guarantee, does NOT WISH TO RESOLVE THIS, AND HAS EVERY INTENTION OF UPSETTING AND SCAMMING THE CUSTOMER. MY INTENTION IS TO DO MORE RESEARCH AND FILE A SMALL CLAIMS CASE. AFTER ALL, I BELIEVE ITS ONLY $15-$30 to file in the county of this so-called scamming operation!!!!

This company charged me $9.99 for proof of identity stating that was th only fee for my 100% approval loan. Then they said I could ask for as much as I want up to 99 999 so i asked for **** and was approved as long as I pay a additional 100 for the referral. So I emailed them and told them to take it out of the loan but they said they couldn't. I mailed them the money and they said they never received it and that I would need to start the **************** again and pay more that was the last of all my funds that I had to overdraw my account for and now I'm negative. They have my ID social security number and banking information and they sent my application to 500 different "lenders" that all ran my credit and dropped my credit from 720 to 540 but all those "lenders" are not lenders but even more referral companies that say your pre approved for money but they aren't lenders they just send your information to random other referral companies that have confusing emails that lie about your approval.Customer response

Today nov10th just as i see alot of other people have the same issue..the company is stealing peoples money promising them a loan..i paid referel fees and fees for the loan and im getting the run around and sent everywhere except where the loan is..they false advertise which is illegal *** theres no other way to put it otger then they are pldin out robbing people..ive never received my loan and every **** i can comminucate with them they just ask for money....sadly ??Customer response

On or about 9/28/22, I applied for a loan online with *************************. We exchanged several emails as I wanted clarification on their guardian and I also explained my financial situation. According to the info on their website, they guarantee approval of the loan. I applied for a $10,000 loan and I sent them a $150 cashiers check for referral fee as instructed in their email. These people sent me a list consisting of twenty loan company websites that basically came off of ******* I had already to, and been rejected, all twenty of the companies on their list PRIOR to contacting personal **** *************. I notified them of this and requested either a full refund, of my $150 fee in addition to the overnight postal fees or a $10k loan approval as they guaranteed. I didnt receive an response for almost 24 hours. I notified them that I would notify Bbb in addition to informing my sssiciates via social media just for starters. I received an email stating they would refund half of my money as a compromise and I declined and request a call from the management team which never occurred. I informed them I would expose their company as a fraud and scam and requested a call from a manager again which never occurred. Personal **** ************* is a fraud and a complete rip-off! They did nothing more than copy names and websites of companies any can on ******* They do not help or assist clients in ANY way as far as obtaining an approved loan. They are CROOKS and I want others to beware of their fraudulent practices!!!Customer response

Personal loan guarantee contacted me saying they could 100% guarantee me that I was approved for a loan of $3500 they said there would be a verification fee of **** and a referral fee of $100 I paid both fees along with $8.95 to the post office to priority ship the money order and agreement to them. They claimed that they only received the agreement no money order I contacted the post office and had to spend another $14 for them to investigate what happened and the company personal loan guarantee cashed the money order and didnt send me anything no referral link or anything they still claim they cant find the money order. All I want is my money back at this point because its becoming clear they are a scamInitial Complaint

Personal Loan Guarantee approach me by email on 7/13/22 about getting a loan for me, I read the documents and everything seem legal and for me to sign up I had to pay them $9.95 as a verification fee, ok I did that, (big mistake) and for the amount that I was approved for is $6,300 the fee was $125.00 (big mistake #2) .Now they are asking for referral fee. I was charged $9.95 verification fee and they asked for my DL copy. ConsumerEZcredit. This website appeared promising, and I needed a loan immediately! I feel this business is a fraud. I want my $9.95to be refund.
