  Sent referral fee of 175 via *** overnight in the form of a money ******* well as a **** fee and ***** *** charge for shipping. Business guaranteed me a loan of ****** and has not full filled that guarantee.

  April 1, 2022 *************************** emailed me @************************ stating his company, "PersonalLoanGuarantee" received the $150 payment and the email was the receipt for the item purchased a list of Loan Referrals to attain funding in the amount of $10,000. According to the company's by-laws Section 15 & 16 which ********************************* *** *************************** both emailed state that if the client (myself) applied for funding within the last *********************************************************************** unable to attain funding from their Loan List provided to the client.On April 3, 2022, I (client) emailed ********************************* *** *************************** the exact lenders that denied me of funding in the last 60 days. I only had 3 Loan Lenders from their list who were applicable. ********************************* *** *************************** have not communicated with me (client). I also asked is their company BBB approved and no communication occurred since that date. I need a complete refund of the $150 since I was not given an alternative Valid Listing when requested on 4/3/22.

  I have startup business with bad personal credit Misleading website says it gives a loan Requests you pay a referral fee Then misleads you sends you a list of all these sites saying you can get loan from these lenders.I got a influx of emails and normally I wouldnt trust an email but through there recommendation (I did) And it became another scam I was in total scammed out of $380 from through trusting a referral And originally $325 referral fee I paid an overnighted to personalloansguaranteed.com company address Im angry and I want resolution They are quick to collect and slow to respond after referral Payment Plus after they do respond they want you to prove your rejections from their referral list of companies they listed in the email sent to you.. to justify the amount they should send back to you . And are extremely slow to respond !I trusted one, almost 2, of the referrals and I was scammed!I lost out on $380 plus a false check of $380 in my account -$380 ( trusting a recommendation) I want financial repair of 380 x2 And original $325 referral fee returned. 380x2= 760 325 plus 760 =****

  I was charged $9.95 verification fee and they asked for my and my daughter DL copy. The reason for my daughter DL copy because I asked her to pay the fee for me.Now they are asking for referral fee and I feel this business is a fraud. I want my $ amount to be refund.

  I was online looking for a loan. Mind you, I'm familiar with online lenders and how they work, and I came across ConsumerEZcredit. This website appeared promising, and I needed a loan immediately, because my Grandma is currently in the hospital and she needs assistance paying medical bills. I found out ConsumerEZCredit works with Personal Loan Guarantee. and I received an e-mail on 01/02/2022, stating I was "Guaranteed approval amount of $3000 with an interest rate of ****%". The e-mail stated I would need to go through several steps of verification, including paying a $9.95 fee. Which at the time, I thought was a little weird, because I have never been asked to pay a fee before. I completed all of the verification steps quickly because I really needed the money. On 01/03/2022, I received an e-mail stating that I needed to pay a "referral fee" of $100 in a cashiers check, money order etc. and sign the attached agreement. The offer in the e-mail stated "The guaranteed amount you chose is $3,000 your referral fee is $100, the Interest rate is 6% and up." The e-mail made it seem as if the company would be funding me the money once the agreement was signed. So I payed $26.00 to have it overnight sent by the post office. On 01/09/2022, I received an e-mail with a link of 21 lender referrals. Which half of them I had previously applied for and was denied. Then I applied for 6 different lenders and I was denied all 6 times. There was 3 or 4 other lenders on the referral list that were listed as "guaranteed credit" however, those were merchandise catalog credit, where you would get $750 to purchase items from their store. The other lenders were considered "hard pulls" on my credit report, and since I was denied 6 times, I didn't want to take the risk of applying to the others and hurting my credit score even more. I attempted to reach out to the business for a resolution, and I was given $10 refund and the agreement was reiterated back to me. Which was not a resolution.

  This company promises to get you a loan as long as you send $100 then send you 20 referrals to lenders and you will absolutely get funded no matter what well I paid they sent referrals but I did not get funding and found out by applying to all those lenders it affects your credit score it drops it a lot all I want is my money back and to report them for fraud

  Personal Loan Guarantee approach me by email about getting a loan for me, I read the documents and everything seem legal and for me to sign up I had to pay them $9.95 as a verification fee, ok I did that, (big mistake) and for the amount that I was approved for is $7500.00 the fee was $125.00 (big mistake #2) so I sent that to the company believing that they would be able to get me approve for the loan amount I was approved for by their company but that wasn't the case all they did was send me a list of companies that kept turning me down and that I already applied to these companies. I could have done that for free without paying for it, but they guaranteed that they would get me that amount, and that didn't happen. They said they would only give me a 50% refund total $62.50. I really would like the other half total $62.50 as they reneged on their services.
