    ******* was fantastic! She was incredibly responsive, provided detailed answers to all my questions, and offered thoughtful design guidance that made the experience feel very personalized. She kept me updated on sales and the process every step of the way. ******* was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy her work and helping me.

    I haven't received my cabinets yet so this review is just about my experience with RTA Store. At first, there was some confusion about my designer and she actually didn't show up to my first TWO design calls. Luckily, the owner emailed regarding a different issue and provided her email address. I reached out to her directly and she connected me with a different designer, ****, who has been wonderful. Very responsive and has great suggestions. She was also quick to provide my design. I'm definitely not looking forward to assembling the cabinets and this is my first time I've gone with an RTA option, but the savings can't be beat. In fact, *** literally beat the price plus more to make sure they earned my business. Great work! I can't wait to receive my cabinets.

    The RTA Store was a truly great experience. The significant number of options were great for me to be sure I got the exact kitchen I wanted. I have to say the best part of the process is the $129 *************** upgrade. This gave me unlimited contact with *** ***** my designer. She was amazing. I could always schedule a same-day call, her attention to detail was significant, and she was very kind and responsive. Every single little change in design, cabinet, etc. she did quickly and accurately. You even get your $129 back in a special discount when you order! Using this company gave me a value alternative that saved me well over $25,000 from custom cabinets. I would highly recommend The RTA Store and *** their designer.

    Absolute fantastic experience! Fast responses to emails and quick corrections to the 3D renderings. Detailed plans make verifying orders simple. Took all the worries out about ordering cabinets online. Already putting together another order. Found my go to cabinet store, even though they are literally all the way across the country.

    **** was amazing! She was very responsive and creative. She had great suggestions on how our space could be best used and she is quite knowledgeable in design and space planning. I plan on using her for the design of our coffee bar and hallway storage spaces. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend her services!
