  Ok 5 months ago I drop my car off to Jaguar They gave me a loaner car my daughter which is all my insurance drove the loaner car and someone hit her the car is gone she got hurt no loaner they fix my car they hade it 3 weeks the next day I get the car it brake down I pay for tow No reimbursement they have my car for another two weeks no loaner so I had to pay for a rental car Said I need a new engine had my car for like three weeks I get the car back two days later the car breaks down again I had to pay for another tow no reimbursement they have my car another two or three weeks no loaner so I have to pay for a rental car they said So they tell me that they have to put a new engine in the car they hold the car for say another three weeks I get the car back the next day the car breaks down again Nother tow truck Nother week to have in my car now to keep my car for like a month and a half now rental car breaking my pockets they dont give me no loaner because of the accident that my daughter had which somebody totaled her out so in time they got paid for the car being totaled so now they have my car for a month and a half I get my car back today after a month and a half and the car breaks down in the middle of a main street this is ridiculous Im not just losing out of work Im losing out of paying for tow trucks and loans Im like six $7000 in all this

  ****************** brought in his vehicle for an engine light concern, which his purchased from another dealer (not JLR Huntington).   We diagnosed his vehicle and found one of his injectors to be seized.   During that repair ********************** daughter was driving our loaner vehicle and involved in an accident that was deemed a total loss to our loaner vehicle.   Due to the total loss of our vehicle, our insurance company will not allow us to give a loaner vehicle to that customer anymore as they will not cover any damage or a loss going forward.  We disclosed that to ****************** and shared with him that going forward we would not be able to provide him with a loaner vehicle when his vehicle is here for service.

  He choose to bring his vehicle here for service a few more times and all of his repairs were done at no cost to him under his warranty coverage, but he was responsible for all rental car expenses.     

  JLR Huntington is not responsible for ********************** rental expenses which were his choice to rent a vehicle.
