    Very uncomfortable aircratts with barely enough corridor space .The toilets are the size of matchbox and I am not sure how persons who are overweight manage to comfortably use the facilities. As part of their cost cutting, BW 610 Caribbean Airlines offered a small snack on the 6 hour flight from ****** to ******* on March 23. The petite portion of scrambled eggs and two tiny pieces of fried plantain tasted like sawdust. Thank God I brought a sandwich to eat on the plane.Sitting in the middle seats is horribly uncomfortable with the passengers on each side falling asleep on me.What an uncomfortable, disappointing experience.

    I booked a flight with Caribbean airline. While checking in they asked if I wanted an upgrade to sit in a row by myself for 51 US. I was hesitant but decided to accept. I chose a seat in the exit row. When I arrived at the airport the flight attendant that attended to me said thats not happening. He indicated I would get a seat with a space between another passenger and myself. When I got on the aircraft I was move from exit row due to a band on my left hand. The row was not empty as promised. I was relocated to another seat where my hand was squished and in unbearable pain for the entire 6 hours. The flight attendant seemed upset that I spoke to other passengers about the dishonesty and awful treatment. She the came to intimidate me and said she would write a report. I travelled before with this airline and received excellent service. Firstly Caribbean airlines did a Bait and Switch on me. Then the attendant got upset when I spoke about the treatment.

    The flight we were booked for left early and they made no attempt to help us out after we were abandoned in the ********************. None of the staff even came back inside after the flight left. We tried calling the office. One answered. This airline is terrible. If they are this negligent about basic schedules and customers service, I can't imagine that the rest of the airline is any better. Don't fly on this airline

    I travelled with caribbean airlines june 26th to ******** it was fine July 8th i was scheduled to arrive at *** 530 am so I could get to work My flight was cancelled luggage busted up .Try to communicate with the airline never once return call or email .I lost up to $337.48 for that Monday 8th ******* reimbursement watso ever , no courtesy call or email rude and not very professional

    Caribbean Airlines is a very bad and poor quality airline. **************** doesn't exist - still waiting basic acknowledgement of a damaged suitcase claim.

    I changed my flex economy flight entitling me to a 50% refund. There was additional charges involved in changing the flight as well. It has been 4 months and Caribbean Airlines will not refund me as per their written policy. I am appalled at the level of audacity they have to have a policy in writing and not abide by it. I will be disputing the charges with my bank.

    I travel to ****** every year pass few years caribbean airline keep changing my flight. And I'm not happy about that people have plans already arranged book our Vacation. Cutting short our days with love one's. That's not right what caribbean airline is doing to everyone. And they're doing this because we can only fly to ****** with them. Last year they did it and this year too ,now my sister is going they changed hers too this is stupid. Next year I will go from ********** I wish another plane will go to ****** ????

    I purchase an airline ticket from Caribbean Airlines on April 27, 2022 for $669.42, but cancelled the ticket for a full refund on August 17, 2022, after they bumped me 2 times to different travel dates. I was told that it would take 3 to 6 months to get my refund and that the money would go back to my card. The money has not been returned to my card.On February 15, 2023, I reach out to Caribbean Airlines via their online chat, to check on the status of my refund, and was informed that the money was released, however the card number that they stated was not mine. I informed them of this and was told that I should call the help desk.I called the Caribbean Airlines help desk the same day and was told that the money was released to my credit card, and would take 17 days to be processed, to which I had 10 more days to go. I ask the representative to verify that the money would be going back to my card, clarifying ending number of thhe card, to which she confirmed. However, 17 days came and went, and the money was not returned.On February 27, 2023, I called back, the representative told me that there was no evidence in the system to suggest that the money was released, and that she would send an email to her supervisor to inquire about the transaction and call me back the next day. The next day came and went, I did not receive any calls.On March 7, 2023, I called again and explained the situation, the representative told me that the money was already released, however the card number that she stated was not mine. She then tried to get through to their payment processing department but was unsuccessful. She said that she would file a claim dispute, stating that the payment information was incorrect, and would call me back the next day. The next day came and went, no one called me. I have sent emails, no answer. It's almost a year and still I can't get back my money. Caribbean Airlines is a criminal organization that rips off hard working people.

    Back in May 2022 I booked a round trip with my wife to ******* from ********. We were supposed to fly there 01.20.23, and come back 01.25.23. I paid $629.32 for roundtrip tickets for both of **. So I planed my vocation long time ago. October 11th I received an email, saying, that my returning flight was canceled, and the date was changed to the next day. When I called them, and told, that I have to be at work on the 26th, they said that they can not do anything: the flight was cancelled. So I told them, that I want to cancel this trip, and I want my money back. It was not my fault, that they canceled flight. 10.14.22 When I sent email to customer service, about my refund, - there was no answer. Next email I send 10.18.22, - no answer. And only 11.08.22 they send me an answer, saying, that I can expect my refund 10.15.2023. Which is 1 year. It is not couple dollars, it is big money for me, and I need money now.

    Caribbean Airlines is a terrible airline with very poor customer service and internal operating procedures. Moreover, it seems as though they lack empathy and professionalism on many levels. I am surprised that a company that has been operating for many years does not have proper systems in place and also does not train their staff appropriately. I was double charged for seat selections and proceeded to fill in the online form, email and call. I found their responsiveness unsatisfactory, to say the least. I then went through my credit card company and disputed the charges. The credit card company issued a temporary refund to me while they follow up with Caribbean Airlines. I believe the airline has 30 days to respond. If they do not respond within that time, the credit card company with take the money from Caribbean Airlines. My refund will only be reversed if Caribbean Airlines can prove that I was rightfully (double) charged, which they cannot claim since it was their error and I have proof of their error.
