    I ordered a expensive birthday gift from a luxury clothing store on jan 2 with **** tracking number.....***************************. The shipment keeps moving around within the same business partner Fast Track Express. I just want to know if I will be receiving the gift or if this company is legit???

    I ordered a package and its been sitting at your facility since January 5th. That is too long to not be shipped out.

    On Dec 26 I received notification of a label created for a package being handled by Fast Track Express. On Dec 29 the package arrived at their facility, and has continually gone from Arriving and Departing at their Jamaica ** facility. The last update was on Jan 11, with no updates since. We're fast approaching one month of no actual movement, and **** has not received the package.

    Ordered a Christmas gift on November 21st 2023 from jojojos.co. Order has been stuck in a "arrived from" or "departed to" Fast Track Express in *******. Last "update" was on January 8th ****. Attempted to call phone number listed on BBB only to hear recording that phone number no longer in service. Very saddened to not receive this gift for my husband. **** Tracking # **************************

    I made an order on DHGate for a purse on Oct. 21st, 2023, and in the beginning the seller was great. She unfortunately told me the bag I ordered was damaged in a typhoon so I had to choose another bag. So I did around the beginning of November, but I noticed the tracking information went cold for days with no updates. So I contacted the seller to ask her whats going on with the package, and she assured me that it was coming. Fast forward a few more weeks and its still isnt here, and I asked again whats going on. Finally I get the real tracking information with **** but it states that its being shipped through a partner called Fask Track Express. Again, I notice that the package goes cold yet again, and I then ask the seller if the package is even coming because its now January and its not in my possession. She again reassures me that its coming and that I need to be patient. Its currently Jan. 16th and the package hasnt moved since Jan. 8th. Im assuming that the shipping company has lost my package and is giving me the runaround about the process. At this point, I just want my purse that I ordered, so I want a replacement of the bag.

    My package arrived in ***************** via Fast Track Express. Over a week ago, it departed their facility in ** to be taken to **** for final delivery m. It still has not arrived to them. There is a post office minutes from this facility and minutes from anywhere else in *******. I do NOT understand why this company is holding my package for weeks and not handing over to post office. Its absolutely unacceptable. **** is all over this country; not handing the package over to them is criminal. I will never use this company again. At worst, a total sham/fraud. At best, a terrible company with horrific customer service who cares nothing about its customers. DELIVER MY PACKAGE

    I've been wating on a package from ***** since November 2023. It's been tracked to the fast track shipping partner since November and it updates every week, but still at the facility. This is unacceptable. I ordered some items for Christmas and have not received it. As of January 11, ****. The package is still at the fast track facility as **** awaits the shipment. Trying to contact the company is to no avail. This is very upsetting. How are they in business? How are they allowed to do this when people are expecting their shipments. Your Attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    I Ordered A Coat From DHGATE By Cy_trend_shop communication is horrible then it says my package was On Its Way to **** Departed Shipping Partner Facility, **** Awaiting Item JAMAICA, ** ***** December 22, 2023, 6:46 am its still not here and I made that order In November its snowing I need my coat !
