I made an appointment on the phone with ****, regarding my recall letter I received in the mail back frame of car, i was told appt. Will be about 1 hour & 1/2 my appointment was scheduled fo 7/15/23 at 10am. I received a confirmation text the night prior stating my appointment would be from ****pm. I get to my appointment and they're telling me they don't do that work on a Saturday. What are you talking about "I said". I went to speak to someone else in the service area and they're telling me oh it takes longer than the time I was told. I'm glad i did not get my car worked on here. Everything happens for a reason. I would not recommend ever! Lack of professionalism!

On 06/30/2023 I tried to take over someone else's lease who wanted out. We arrived at the dealership and after filling out initial paperwork thinking we're transferring the lease, I realized that the paperwork is not for a lease. I was told that I cannot simply take over the lease (would have to go through the *************** directly), but we could still proceed if we buy out the lease at the current purchase price in the lease. I agreed, the calculations were done and the buyout cost was $21,995 based on lease period remaining. I was told I would also have to pay the $1,995 dealer fee for the transfer and the sales tax which I also agreed. I was quoted an out the door price of about $26,000 all together by the salesperson. While I am at fault for not fully reviewing the contract before I signed. The Finance Manager used my "bad" credit and loan approval interest rates to distract from the fact that the actual OTD price is going up due to warranties or hidden fees while saying these items are "Included in your purchase cost" completely omitting that the purchase price is increasing. Upon signing, the actual vehicle price on the contract was set at $28,840 with a sales tax of $2,175.65 bringing the total OTD to $31,015.65. However, unironically, these warranties, Honda Care ($2,500) and Trax ($1,500) are the only two warranty items itemized on the contract and not included in total purchase price. With Honda *********** the total ended up being $34,953.15. I went back for clarification after my fianc read the contract and realized what they did. Of course, no one remembers what I was told by the salesperson except that I agreed to all these warranties in the finance office and even an additional $2,000 (on top of $1,995) for certification fee to have an 182 point inspection to certify the vehicle.I hope this helps someone else financing a car as these dealers seem to love to hide things in the loan. They managed to ******* about $5,000 additional in my loan.

We left a deposit down to start the process to buy a CRV a week and a half an ago. From what was said we can back out of the process and we will get our deposit back with no problem. The dealer said they will contact us every Monday to give us an update. The first Monday goes by and we get no call. So we call dealer and find out the person we were dealing with is no longer working there. Another day goes buy and no answer on what is going on. We decide to pull from this whole process and ask for our deposit back on Wednesday and they agreed. As of today we still have not been been refunded our money on our credit card. We keep calling and get the run around. The fact that we now have to file a dispute with our credit card is ridiculous. This is bad business. For them to say they have people in line to buy cars is outrageous and yet they cant refund a deposit. My next call will be to a lawyer.

On April 29th I printed and took a ad of trucar.com on a used certified Car Hillside Honda listed for $19,932, I was told the car was available, made a down payment of $500,00 and told the salesman *************************************** I would be back with my husband on May 6, 2023 with the certified check to purchase the car, i called ********* on May 4th and told him my Insurance would email the paperwork for Insurance at that point not a word was said to be about the car, however when we got there on Saturday with the certified check and I did not see the car I asked ********* where is my car he told me his Manager *************** wants to see me at this point I am wondering what for, however *** proceeded to tell me they check the car and the air condition hose was defected so they could not sell me the car but they had a car with less milege costing $1,242.00 more for me to purchase, I totally refused stating my budget did not allowed that and I actually saw that car when I was searching and did not choose that car, I asked why did not one contacted me from Saturday to let me know he proceeded to lie and tell me check my call log ********* tried to call me, however the only call from ********* was Saturday morning to confirm my appointment at 3PM., even when I called ********* on Thursday to let him know about the Insurance he never mentioned the car was no longer available If the car was defected how did it pass inspection, they clearly lied, someone came in without the trucar ad and they hiked up the price and sold the car, this was an inconvenience for me without a car to return the check to the bank, please, please people be aware of these scammers, my deposit was a contract and they had no right to sell that car a hose could of been replaced if he had said the condenser or something other but the fact that the car passed inspection proved *** is a LIAR SHAME ON THEM.

On Sept 26 2021, I purchased a Honda HRV from Hillside Honda . When we agree to a purchase price, the finance manager *******************, gave us an option to take the total protection plan for the car. I refused the protection plan, ************** tone changed and he told us we must take it or else he will not be able to proceed with the sale, the charge was $3000. During the time, he had told us if anytime we returned the car or something happened to the car, we will get the money back. In July 2022, I changed my mind to return the car, I reached out to the the protection company, they told me a such a plan does not exist. That made me realized that something is wrong. I went back to Hillside Honda to speak to them to get a refund, they refused to acknowledge that they sold me the protection plan, and refused to help. ********** was very aggressive and his manager did not come to assist us. I have audio proof and witness as welI. I am filing this complaint against the the dealership because this is wrongdoing, especially to conduct business like this. It caused me emotionally and mentally pain, because that is theft, and not willing to oblige or acknowledge their malpractice. The dealership has sold the protection plan to many others as well. I am seeking justice for myself and others.
