On Friday, December 22, 2023, I placed a dinner order totaling $382.56 that was supposed to be delivered on December 25, 2023. It was an order for a Christmas dinner for 6 to be delivered on Christmas. I never received the order. I contacted the restaurant numerous times since. I have yet to speak to a supervisor or to get a refund.Initial Complaint

On 12/21/21. I ordered a $344.29 Christmas Dinner package for 5 people from The Door Restaurant. The package included:1. Pan of ******** snapper fish 2. Pan of ***** chicken 3. Pan of jerk chicken 4. Pan of ***** goat 5. Pan of jerk turkey 6. Pan of steamed vegetables 7. Pan of rice and peas 8. Pan of Mac and cheese 9. 1 smh fruit cake 10. 1 dz vegetables cocktail patties 11. 1 dz corn bread 12. 1 bottle carrot juice 13. 1 bottle sorrel The price includes a $30 delivery fee & $10 tip that I arranged for delivery on 12/24/21.The food was delivered and immediately I noticed that the ******** fish was missing & they sent chicken instead of veg patties. I immediately called the delivery person and reported, he said he would notify the restaurant, and that I should too. I immediately did. First they were trying to insinuate I was lying. Then they promised to send the item as soon as the driver came back. I waited all day and nothing, when I called, the line was always busy. Finally the phone rang @ 8:15pm but no answer. The next morning (Christmas day) i called @ 8am. I spoke to the same lady as before and complained about waiting all day yesterday. She apologized and stated they could not find a driver to bring the ***** *** asked, what about a curtesy phone call to me. She again apologized and put me on hold. She came back to say they didnt have any drivers coming my way today, and I reminded her the *** I paid for delivery and that one of my guest doesnt eat meat, only fish and I needed my complete order. I was put on hold again, then she offered to put it on my next order, which got me furious! I told her I will never order again if thats how you treat your customers. Then she hung up the phone in my face! I called back several times and no answer and no one called back and no delivery. I was so embarrassed as one of my guests from ******* had almost nothing to eat for Christmas dinner. The Door Restaurant just did not Care.
