I inquired about auto transport online, after which I was contacted by **** from Amerifreight Auto Logistics. The terms included insurance coverage for my vehicle of up to $200,000. I was not notified about the shipment specifics until the day before, only because **** wanted to try and sway me to ship a day before for their convenience. After declining, I got assigned a driver for that date and time I originally had. During none of that time was I provided with a Bill of Lading nor information that Amerifreight was not the shipping company. I found that out the day of shipping when WR Transport showed up to pick up my car. At pickup, the driver was not able fit into the driver seat of my car to drive it up the trailer ramp due to items in the back seat. It was suggested to move things out of the vehicle, but the driver did not advise if that should be done. I asked if it was advisable for me to drive my vehicle up the trailer ramp with his direction and he said yes. As I was driving up the ramp after the driver told me to continue forward, my car made a forceful impact with the trailer and the bumper was damaged. I was told my both the driver, the dispatcher, and the Amerifreight representative that my insurance coverage that came with my service purchase would cover the damages. Since delivering my vehicle, I have contacted Amerifreight asking for the insurance policy and have yet to receive an actual policy where I am the holder and can file a claim. **** instead gave me the transport company WR Transports auto policy, where I am not an insured. What they are trying to do is have WR Transport file a claim and then simultaneously dispute it as not at fault so that my car does not get fixed. I believe I have been scammed by illegitimate companies with illegal business practices. It has been nearly 2 months and a claim is filed from ************, but all parties are refusing to repair my vehicle, although it was stated that insurance was included in my purchase.

Customer has signed paperwork with ******************** which clearly states that AmeriFreight is broker and third party and the carrier company will be different so carrier will provide the BOL
Also driver was ready to load the car on trailer but customer said i will not handover to him and i will load by myself on trailer. Also everything clearly states on contract that Amerifreight is not responsible for insurance . I am attaching the contract signed by customer and snapshot of clause in paper work

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have already attached the same contract, so I know what it says, but my point still stands that I was not notified of who the carrier would be until day of. Additionally, the person who contacted me for service stated that insurance was included in Amerifreights service, which I also attached. Furthermore, I was not provided an actual full copy ***, which is a violation of law. Sending a screenshot of a picture of a page in the *** only after I try to file an insurance claim is not providing a ***. I to this day do not have a full copy of my ***. On top of all of that, you all are lying and misconstruing the turn of events. I did not refuse to turn over my keys. That is a blatant lie. The driver could not fit into my vehicle nor did he provide and real solution to get the car up the ramp, so I asked him if it would be okay for me to do it, and he said okay, yeah. He was directing me up the ramp and failed to signal me to stop, and that is how the car got damaged. I despise unlawful and untrustworthy companies that attempt to disgrace a customers character due to their own lack of integrity. I would like an actual resolution that ends in the damages to my vehicle being fixed.

The driver told the same that vehicle was forcefully loaded on trailer . As already states in contract and we explained that for the insurance carrier is responsible not the broker
We are pushing the carrier as well to resolve it but he is not responding as he is saying that car was loaded by customer forcefully

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Well the driver is lying. And you all still are liable as you are the brokerage company that decided to work with a company that has no integrity. Both the driver and the dispatcher even assured me after that I could file an insurance claim and everything would be taken care of. For them to blatantly lie and for you to be the brokers that put me in that situation makes this your responsibility regardless. Also, as we speak, I still do not have a BOL. Please fix your mistakes.

On Oct *******, I contracted with Amerifreight Transport to deliver from ********, ** to ********* for ***** for pickup on Oct 29 and delivery on Nov 2. $200 upfront fee was paid to Amerifreight upon signing of contract. It was also stipulated that Amerifreight will compensate $50/day for car rental if delivery is delayed after Nov 6. The agreement also stipulated we would pay driver $850 and Amerifreight would pay driver $100 upon delivery. The car was picked up on Nov 30. Delivery finally occurred on Nov 6 (2 days delay). The driver was not able to get $100 payment from Amerifreight and said that either they drop the car off at car impound or that we pay the entire $950. We are not able to contact Amerifreight to resolve this dispute. I am requesting that they compensate me for the 2 day delivery delay ($100 compensation) and the $100 I paid driver for Amerifreight. This seems to be a scam where the initial $800 agreed amount was raised to $1050 then now I had to pay an additional $100.

Customer has used the service; He agreed and signed the contract. The car has deliverer 2days later and everyone can understand its transport service so time will be up and down and now customer is asking to pay $100 as compensation amount. I am attaching the Signed paperwork. Customer is trying to get the service in free of cost
    Please look into this matter

Amerifreight Auto Logistics Corp did not pay the driver $100 as agreed per contract between driver and Amerifreight and we were forced to pay driver in order for me to have car released.  Per the attached email, Amerifreight committed to paying $50/day for any delay after Nov 4.

I am not asking for a refund.  As Amerifreight stated, the car was delivered but after we paid Amerifreight's portion of the agreed fee to driver.  All I requested is the $200 ($100 for fee to driver and $100 for 2 days delay) as stated in the contract and email from Amerifreight.  Amerifreight all along had stated that they guaranteed customer satisfaction, but was not willing to pay the driver.

on 9/27/2024 i contracted with Amerifrieght Auto Logistics to pick up a 1965 Jeep in an enclosed trailer for $1200 and paid a $300.15 deposit on my credit card. The trailer that showed up was NOT an enclosed trailer but an open car hauler. the Jeep would not fit on it and the driver left. Then they told me it would be over $2000 to transport the car. I told them that this wasn't what I contracted and they said they would refund the deposit. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.I THINK THIS WAS A ************** THEY SENT AN OPEN TRAILER THAT YOU CAN RENT FOR HALF THE PRICE OF ENCLOSED AND ONCE ON THE **** FROM THE SELLER I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

Everything was on track, we assigned a carrier, and he went for pick up as well, but Customer has contract with us for enclosed trailer and we assigned the same. But due to some issue Driver went with open trailer and customer was not agreed for pick up. We agreed with his point and we try to sent the new driver and already he breeched our contract as he was working with another company. Still we agreed for refund and already did this but due to some technical glitch it is not being credited we are trying to resolve it ASAP

Accepted offer from company to transport a car on 8/2. Called 8/14 to make sure we were still on schedule. **** ******* lied said yes and that he would provide driver details on 8/15. On 8/15 and 8/16 he claimed he was working on the shipment, had a driver ready for pick up. Then said he was negotiating the price when he originally claimed the offer was accepted for the original price.I am not asking to pay you more , i just gave you an information is what he texted but then said the driver wanted $250 more! I agreed because I needed the car shipped. On 8/16 he claims he talked to ***** drivers. Lies of course because he said the driver would accept the extra $250 now he does have a driver again! Lied again and said a driver was coming 8/17, 8/18 and I took off work 8/19 because he lied again and said the driver would be there by 2. I finally asked for a refund and called another company. He sent a bogus email and said I would have my money in ***** hours. Its past the 48 hours and I have not received my money. Here is the deceptive and despicable practice. The new company I contracted with saw the original posting and informed me that the posting NEVER LEFT THE BOARD FROM THE ORIGINAL 8/2 post date. THIS **** NEVER HAD ANY DRIVERS!! And refuses to refund my money back. I have informed my bank to let them no the funds were taken but no service was received nor was there any intention to provide the agreed upon ********** NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Customer has signed the paperwork with us for shipment, The day of pick-up driver has cancelled the load and again assign the new driver with bit high price
Customer was agreed on that so she signed new paper work, The Driver again no show up and after that i make commitment that if i will failed to arrange the driver till next day will refund your deposit. The next day driver called and again cancel the load so at same time i agreed for refund and even send an email for cancellation and refund in next ***** business hours, customer reply on the same email as well and after same day she put the dispute. As she has already put the dispute, so she got money from bank there is no refund from our side because the money has already debited from our bank as when she makes the dispute, and we have already paid fee for that as well.
I am attaching all the documents and the snapshot with the customer conversation. Customer is trying to get the money double

He is a ****. The order was never picked up by ANY DRIVER. He still said my refund would be offered within ***** hours and it is well beyond the 48 hours. Another lie, another deceptive business practice. The company who I contracted with verified that the job was posted since 8/2. The procedure is to provide the drivers name and phone number. He could never produce that information even though he claimed he talked/texted the man and acquired his insurance information. I called the ***********  in the (probably fake) text message he sent to me and no answer. I also emailed them to see if they actually ever agreed to the job but havent heard back. The attached email says my money would be refunded. GIVE ME MY MONEY!

She has already received the money from her bank , why she is asking for refund again. After multiple attempted to providing the driver we agreed for refund to her and send her an email for same and she acknowledged the same as well , in meantime she put the dispute about this transaction, and she already got this money bank or else she can check with her bank about the same. Attached conversation and dispute notification says that she already put the dispute to get the money back so why refund again. All attached file says everything clear about this case, Dispute notice/Text with customer.

He is an indian scammer with another business called move cars. He did not follow the protocol like the other companies and was angry he got caught. The **** NEVER HAD A DRIVER UP TO THE VERY END SO OF COURSE I WOULD FILE A COMPLAINT AND REPORT HIM TO THE BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK! He does not want to admit that he never had a driver and just wanted to scam me out of more money. **** ********, which is not your real name, wait for the **************************** complaint for both of your fake companies so they can shut you down and you can go scam in your country instead of hard working Americans.
