      ****** ! Ordered flowers on my shared credit card. They were never delivered. We spent over 6 hours over a period of 2 days trying to get a resolution. We never did receive a solution. A very deceitful company. We had to block them from using our credit card. It has been a horrible experience!

      Order flowers rush delivery. Flowers were never delivered. *00 Flowers says they were. Four chat sessions. Some disconnected without resolve. They only want to give discount on next order. Four phone calls. Two disconnected without resolved. They keep pushing discount on next order. Finally, after hours, I may get money back. But have to wait for an email in one to 7 ******** getting a lot of unwanted email from them. They will not remove me from email per phone agent. Advice, do not do business with them, and certainly do not count on 800 Flowers if you want to send flowers that are important.

      Ordered an extra-large flower arrangement for a friend that had surgery. Luckily I asked her to send me a picture and it looked nothing like the picture on the site. Most of the flowers were different (instead of lilys they used gerber daisies). The arrangement was at least 1/2 the size it should have been. It was supposed to be in a large vase and instead if was in a little box. It was embarrassing that she recieved it and of course because she is such a nice lady told me how pretty they were (which was not the case).

      They promise local florists, but my order came from a completely different state. They told me they would be delivered on the 9th, my wife's birthday, but was instead delivered on the 10th. The flowers were dry, wilting, and didn't even have water in the vase. When I initially called and told them what ***** tracking showed about the delivery date, they insisted it was wrong. When I called after they refunded only the shipping and said the flowers would arrive. They did, but if I hadn't went and got flowers from an actual local florist my wife would have been very disappointed on her birthday. Terrible service, and will never use them again. I was lied to from the beginning with zero accountability. Now I'm out almost a hundred dollars for a disappointment on a broken promise.

      Order process was quick and easy, cost was high but expected to pay for convenience. Paid extra for confirmed same day delivery (order was placed at 8:20 am), also listed that the address was a business. Location is *******, not a small or remote town.Order was NOT fulfilled or delivered as ordered.EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

      Ordered anniversary flowers to be delivered to my wife. This service contracts to a local florist. The florist marked the delivery complete though it was not. This service refused to give me the shop name so I could follow up. Absolutely never using them again.

      They charge extra for a delivery on a certain date then 2 hours before the end of the promised time they finally tell you sorry we cant make it. I asked for a refund. They want to deliver it later and give a ***** credit for your next order. I tell them no I want my money back. They short me 2.00. After a week of asking for the full refund they now tell me its too late and I have to wait another 45 days for my 2.00 but wait, I can get another ***** credit for a future order.

      I ordered a birthday bouquet for my sister and when it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture on your website really disappointed it looked like they just went in the backyard and pick flowers and grass I dont want my money back. I just wanted to make sure that other people dont go through what we went through because one thing you cant get back is the time especially when you cant go out and get another bouquet in time for the birthday.

      Friends ordered a small flower arrangement to thank us for something. Unfortunately, they ordered it from 1-800-Flowers. It was the worst looking arrangement that I have ever received. It was half dead and not at all attractive. I feel terrible that our friends spent good money for such a disappointing product. I will NEVER order from this company! They should be ashamed to ship something of such poor quality!

      This company really needs to be investigated. They're scamming customers. What you order isn't what you receive. They then offer a replacement that never comes, customer service is terrible. The flower arrangement looks nothing like the picture on their website not to mention that the flowers are pretty much already dead.
