      I have done business two times and both times they failed.. failed to send flower to a funeral and found out after the funeral our flowers never arrived. Gave another chance and this time I paid ****** for a basket for a bosses gift.. luckily got to see said gift when it arrived and was sickened to see a tiny basket with very little.. not close to an extra large basket and never looked like what pic I was shown. More like a ***** basket. Company did not take ownership and insisted on taking the gift back that had already been given to someone who did not know they screwed up so badly in order to get a 50% refund.. It was not even worth 50%.. sadly they do not care and if you do not see your delivery your are more than likely being screwed. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY.. they do not care.. you can not send them pics of the issue, you can not speak to supervisor..the responses are robotic.. DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. how can they have so many complaints and have a A+ rating? Please explain.. They are ripping people off using special occasions and events and you dont see it in many cases. They should be reviewed. I wish I could share the pics here of what I paid for and what I got.. it is laughable.. but was embarrassing for me with my boss and you can not unfix it really.. it goes beyond getting a refund.. I will make sure everyone knows and can assure they got me 2 times in a row but never again. There will not be a third time.. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AND ANY COMPANIES WHO WORK UNDER THIS BUSINESS.. they told me they are the middleman but you can not get to who fills your order so they can rip you off and there is no one to talk to. Pretty crafty.

      I wish zero stars was an option! I ordered an adorable puppy floral arrangement for my hospitalized 95-yr old grandmother. I spent $85 dollars on this arrangement. The arrangement looked like nothing like the order! When I tried to call for a resolution, I was disconnected after being on hold for 13 minutes. I then went onto the website and initiated a help chat. It took over an hour to reach even a somewhat satisfactory resolution. ******* even called me by the wrong name at one point.

      I had ordered flowers for a special occasion for *** granddaughter who lives out of town and the were originally to be delivered on 10/19 and where never delivered. I paid over $60 to look like someone who missed their granddaughters special occasion. I am so disappointed, they sent them through Fed Ex. Why would you send flowers through Fed Ex? I through they used local florists. SOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED, NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

      I ordered an item and it was *****. Then another order was placed on my behalf without my authorization and charged me *****. Same item different price. I only received a confirmation email for ***** and no confirmation for *****. I called and they stated that they would refund for the unauthorized item. They refunded me the cheaper price and stole/ripped me off $10. This shows you how poor customer service is and how shady this company is. The customers don't mean s*** to this company. They had me on the phone for 20 mins trying to argue with me. I will never order from this company and I will not recommend this company to anyone. If they had a -10 starts that's what they would get.

      Don't bother using 1800Flowers for anything. I ordered in advance for a birthday and anniversary on Oct 3 for a delivery for Oct 14. The flowers were supposed to arrive sometime before 8pm (no clear time) yet there was still no delivery. On the 1800Flowers side, they said delivery was attempted at 6pm however my recipient was home during then and no one showed up on the security cameras. I ended up getting a refund and a $20 off for the next order... like I'm going to use them again. 1800Flowers needs to delivery on their promises and they have missed their *****

      Absolutely horrible. This company should not be in business. They sent me flowers that looked like they were picked from a slowly dying garden. The quantity was insufficient. They attempted to send more flowers another day. This time they were better but again the quantity was not what they advertised. On top of that they charged me a shipping fee, although I already paid for their passport service. I thought they would return my money for the bad flowers, but apparently not. For $58.43 I should have just went to ******* and delivered the flowers myself. I wish I could upload pictures here!

      #ChrisMcCann CEO of #1800flowers was unable to deliver joy, comfort or support with my gift to a newborn baby. I received confirmation that my gift package was delivered only to find out a month later that in fact it was not. I contacted the support team, they guaranteed it would be re-delivered. I received another confirmation of delivery and again, no show. I contacted them again and they acknowledged a delivery problem and guaranteed another delivery. Guess what? It never happened for a third time. They credited me what I paid for the gift and offered me a $20 gift card toward my next purchase. I trusted this company to make me look good as I sent a gift. For a company that is in the business of sending joy, comfort and support, I experienced none of that. What I did experience was an embarrassing runaround that trickled down to the recipient.

      I placed an order for an edible arrangement for my mother In law, whom lost her 102 year old mother. I set up delivery and thought it was set. The delivery driver left in hot sun and didnt call. It melted and ruined the arrangement. I called and complained, and I was told we would be reimbursed and a new arrangement would be sent. Days passed so I called back. They went back on their word and tried to offer a 50% refund. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was basically yelled at by the supervisor. I was so disgusted and disappointed in their service. Something that should have been simple was left with me confused and stressed. I will NEVER recommend 1-800-flowers to anyone. Poor customer service.
