      I wish I could give zero stars. Read some of the negative reviews on their site. It is unethical to run a company the way they do. They take your money and either dont send your item or send you whatever random stuff they want and then expect YOU to send it back, paying out of your own pocket, to rectify their mistake.Customer service is a joke. Its now been over two months of trying to resolve my order issue with them over email to no avail. I asked for a similar item to exchange and kept getting offered different products (why am I explaining the difference between nylon and cotton rope leashes TO THE COMPANY THAT MAKES THEM??). Now I asked for a return and requested a prepaid shipping label and confirmation that I wouldnt be charged the 15% restocking fee nope. 30 emails later and they wont answer my direct questions. And no, they wont give me a prepaid shipping label.Hilariously, when looking up Found My Animal customer service phone number on the internet, I managed to get the number of the owner. Did she care at all? ****. She just said to keep emailing customer service and then ghosted me.This company is a joke. The owner could care less. They will take your money and maybe youll get what you ordered, but probably not. And good luck if you have any order issues. Take your business literally anywhere else.

      I purchased a lot of products from them. One was defective and I emailed them multiple times to let them know the clasp had broken, and asked for help on how to get it off my dog's collar. I would've paid to ship it back to them and paid again to ship it back to me if they would've just answered me and repaired it, but they never respond. So I'm filing a complaint with the attorney general of New York and also with my credit card company for fraud.

      I wanted to support a local, small business with a good mission. Instead, I've found them to be predatory in their business approach: It's impossible to get a refund even for items that don't fit my dog. Buyer beware.

      They shipped an order 3 days after I cancelled my order. I sent the items back immediately via **** m, they claimed they didnt receive the return and wont refund the charges.

      I regret not reading the negative reviews before purchasing from Found My Animal. We bought a leash and collar on August 1st, but when they finally arrived, the colors were drastically different from what was shown on their website. Instead of the lavender/light purple we ordered, we received a robust magenta pink. Despite the company's explanation that each piece is handmade and may vary, the color difference was unacceptable. After a lengthy back-and-forth with customer service via their website chat (the only available contact method), they finally allowed us to exchange the items. However, we were responsible for the shipping and restocking fees, even though it was their mistake.We returned the items, but ***** notified us that the package was undeliverable, despite using the exact address the company had used. Since August 19th, we've tried to contact Found My Animal through their chat but received no response, despite their active social media presence. We wanted to support an independent company, expecting better customer service, especially given the high price of their products. Unfortunately, this experience has been the opposite, and I regret the purchase. ***** this company; there are better independent businesses that truly care about their customers.

      Battled back and forth for months for returns and refund of my items. Even though I have mailed the items as requested, I have not received my refund. Horrible customer service, seems very scam-like and terribly disappointed with the entire experience.

      Horrible business that only cares about money. I asked to return my order (as they said they allow on their website) and I was told no. This is after months of waiting for my order to be sent to me also. It was a real slap in the face when they were sending out emails saying they guarantee delivery within a week of ordering when mine hadn't even shipped yet 6 weeks later.DO NOT BUY. I will be making sure no one I knows supports this business.

      *** spent over a month waiting for my order and it seems theyre no longer answering my emails. They told me they were slightly behind in production, but gave no indication of when to expect my order. I wanted to support their purported mission but it seems like they dont actually care to fulfill orders or communicate with customer once they have your money.
