My whole family, including my husband just received calls today from a number associated with this business. They were trying to get “location information” for me. I have no idea what this is about but I do not appreciate anyone reaching out to my family AT ALL. I would like ALL CALLS TO ME AND MY FAMILY TO STOP.

Since our office did not hear from the consumer our office attempted to confirm location information. Our office received the BBB complaint on 6/13/2022 we immediately ceased all communications. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1692 Section 805 A States a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt at any unusual time or place or a time or place known or which should be known to be inconvenient to the Consumer 15 USC 1692 Section 805 A Section 3 States at the consumer’s place of employment if the debt collector knows or has reason to know that the consumer’s employer prohibits the consumer from receiving such communication. 15 USC 1692 Section 806 Section 5 Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number.Business response

Upon notification of the compliant, we reviewed the account and all calls regarding the consumer.
On April 22, 2022, and May 26, 2022 we sent a notice to the consumer regarding an account in our office. There have been no messages left for the consumer from our office. On 6/3/2022 we received an email from the consumer requesting validation of debt, our office immediately requested the documents from our client. The validation was sent to the consumer on 6/3/2022. Orion Capital Solutions does not report accounts to the credit bureaus, this account has been closed in our office and all communications have been ceased.

This company is calling distant relatives that have the same last name that I haven't spoken to in years. This company needs to stop calling anyone they have associated with me and threatening action in order to get "location" information. They called me and never mentioned a company or who debt was with - couldn't give ME any information on what they were supposedly collecting for. Wanted a random amount and refused to mail any details. Total scam. Cease all communication - text, email, phone calls- with me or anyone you have in your file that may have any connection with me.. or even just share the last name. This company is calling my family members, whose #’s I never gave them, and asking for information about me. I have not received mail or correspondence from them, yet they keep calling family members asking information about me, which is harassment. They have been calling family members all over the country and asking for information about me. I have tried calling once and the person was rude and insisted I provide them with all my information BEFORE they tell me what this is about, which I’m not about to give out.I would like ALL communications to CEASE immediately upon receipt, to myself and ALL family members. On April 9, 2022, we sent a notice to the consumer regarding an account in our office. Since we did not hear from the consumer, we attempted to confirm location information for the consumer. On May 12, 2022 we spoke to a person that did want to verify, unfortunately we are unable to disclose any information if we are unable to verify that we are speaking to the correct person. Our office received the BBB complaint on May 12, 2022 and immediately ceased communication.

This company keeps leaving my daughter threatening voicemails about trying to find my location. My daughter got scared for me saying who is trying to locate you. If it’s a debt I owe, you should be contacting me. Not my family. You legally cannot even contact my family for a debt I owe. In the voicemails, you don’t even state where you’re calling from. You only state that you’re looking for me. Please stop calling my daughter and leaving these threatening voicemails.Business response

On February 3, 2022, we received an email requesting our office not to contact a specific phone number. That number was removed and has not been called again. We attempted to confirm location for the consumer. On April 6th, 2022 we received a second email from the consumer, that requesting our office to cease all communications, at that time we ceased all communications with the consumer. We have not made any other attempts to contact the consumer or to confirm location information after April 6, 2022. This account has been closed in our office. This company keeps calling myself and my family members stating they need to verify my location. They even called a stranger that I don’t even know giving them personal information about me. They did this by calling a phone number that was associated with me over 10 years ago! The last time they called from a local number saying they were from the hope company. A company that I have never heard of. They have no right to call family members, ex-family members, or strangers and give them my personal information. Upon notification of the compliant, we reviewed the account and all calls regarding the consumer. On April 21, 2022, our office tried to contact the consumer and confirm location information. The consumer called in to office, requested the validation of debt, an agent offered the consumer a settlement offer. We requested the validation of debt and it was mailed to the consumer on 4/21/2022. We received the BBB complaint on 4/21/2022 and immediately ceased communication. On April 18, 2022, we received a BBB complaint, at that time we ceased all communications with the consumer. We apologize for the inconvenience when the consumer tried to call into our office, I was unable to locate any incoming from the phone number provided.
