  Supposedly a Heather L*** called from Orien. This company has been calling me, my children and I assume anyone associated on the internet and due to my age close to 80 and live alone far from family, they became alarmed that I may be in physical harm or worse.! No identitying information is left and they are asking for my location. This illegal predatory behavior must cease. I live below the poverty line for my state and only income is social security.

On December 23, 2021, we sent a letter to the consumer regarding an account in our office.  Since we did not hear back from the consumer, we left a voice mail to confirm location information.  On December 29,2021, we received a BBB Complaint and immediately ceased communication. We never had the opportunity to speak with the consumer, the first notice to stop communication was through the BBB.  All collections effort have been ceased at Orion Capital Solutions.  . At Orion Capital Solutions, LLC we adhere to the FDCPA and take pride in consumer satisfaction, we will continue our efforts to train our staff to make every consumer experience a more positive one.   Keep getting voicemails asking for a location without any identifying information and calling my family requesting the same. Refuses to identify when I pick up. Keeps harassing family AFTER TOLD TO STOP for location information.

  On 12/6/2021, I received a voicemail on my phone from a number that attempted to make itself look like it was coming from the same area code as my phone number. (Joke's on them as I haven't lived in that area that the area code services any longer so this was definitely out of place.) They stated in the voicemail that they were looking to speak with me as a reference for my husband and were trying to collect a work number and location. They left the number 888-441-7563 and the name Andy. After speaking to my husband, he then called them on his personal phone and they did not want to speak with him at first as his phone number did not match the number they called. Finally, they did transfer him to Andy who allegedly is attempting to collect on a debt that we do not believe is credible. I pulled up BBB during their phone call and my husband pointed out to Andy that multiple people (84 at the time of our call) had complained about the exact same issue on BBB and that the company response is a canned response that simply changes the date. My husband requested that they put something in writing to him to allow us to investigate the issue rather than just taking their word over the phone. The attached document that was sent via email still gives no details as to what specifically they are referring to. Clearly this company is walking a very fine line when it comes to fair debt collection and they know that based on their responses here.

On December 6, 2021 we left a message at phone number ending in 8136 in hopes of obtaining or confirming location information for a consumer we were trying to reach.  We received a BBB complaint on December 13, 2021 immediately removed the number ending in 8136 and no further attempts will be made to this phone number. .   I have received multiple voicemails from a number that does not add up to what they have provided in the voicemail. They provide zero identification of who they are, and why they are calling. I do not live in New York and I will not answer any phone call that I do not know or recognize as a normal number. Continuing to leave voicemails and then asking about my location is probably the most bizarre thing I've ever encountered. If the business wants to properly identify themselves, they can send me an email, as I'm sure they have it. If they've tried, great, send me another one. Stop calling my number and leaving shady voicemails.

  Got a call from Amanda wanting to know my location as if she was going to hunt me down .. she was very rude and threatening about the way she was threatening to get debt settled .. she needs to be retrained and learn how to listen to a person explain the allegations before posting idle threats

  Today, someone named Misty called and left messages on my phone. They also called my relative trying to locate or find information about someone else. These calls need to stop. They didn't even leave any information as to what they need or who they are trying to locate. When I google the number, it comes back to Orion Capital Solutions. I have no idea who they are, The calls need to stop ASAP..

  The company keeps leaving a voice mail concerning me that they needed my location. They give no identifying information. Just commands. Then proceeded to call my parents and sisters whom I do not live with. They are making it seem like I have a warrant out for my arrest or something. The They were very concerned. They cannot do this! This is extremely wrong of them. I work and cannot have my phone on me. I am so upset about them doing this to me or my family.

  I have never heard of this company or received any mail or info from them. They reached out to multiple family members and friends I don’t even speak to anymore trying to “confirm my location”. Super scary, super predatory, and this is not okay!!!!! You cannot call random people alarming them! All my info is available online, my address, phone number. It doesn’t take much effort to do a little digging and contact the right person you were looking for?! I looked at my credit report, my previous debts, and nothing comes up for your companies name. This is scam. This is scary. And you cannot do this to random people? I do not want anyone associated with me to be contacted by this business again!!!!!
