  No idea what there calling for they won’t give me information over the phone . They proceeded to harass me for weeks and now there harass my family who is sick with COVID

Upon notification of the compliant, we reviewed the account and all calls regarding the consumer. On October 18, 2021 we sent a notice to the consumer regarding an account in our office. Since we did not hear from the consumer, we made attempts to confirm location information for the consumer. Our office never had the opportunity to discuss any information with the consumer regarding the account.  We received a BBB complaint on November 3, 2021 and immediately ceased communication. At Orion Capital Solutions, LLC we adhere to the FDCPA and take pride in consumer satisfaction, we will continue our efforts to train our staff to make every consumer experience a more positive one.   Just in the last couple of weeks, someone named Bianca has called and left messages on my brothers phone trying to locate or find information on me and it needs to stop. When I google the number, it comes back to Orion Capital Solutions. I have no idea who they are, I have never gotten anything from them and when I tried to call, they hang up on me. The calls need to stop to me and to my family members.

  Upon notification of the compliant, we reviewed the account and all calls regarding the consumer. 
  On July 30, 2021 and September 2, 2021 we sent a notice to the consumer regarding an account in our office. Since we did not hear from the consumer, we made attempts to confirm location information for the consumer.   Our office never had the opportunity to discuss any information with the consumer regarding the account.  We received a BBB complaint on October 18, 2021 and immediately ceased communication.

  Have received multiple calls. They do not leave any proper identification in messages and that seem to be quite predatory. They have placed multiple calls and frankly it is quite annoying and the tone of the messages sounds quite rude. Do not contact me or anyone associated with me again.

Since we did not hear from the consumer, we made attempts to confirm location information for the consumer.   Our office never had the opportunity to discuss any information with the consumer regarding the account.  We received a BBB complaint on October 1, 2021 and immediately ceased communication.

  A person identifying himself as Benjamin has left two voice messages (on 9-9-21 and 9-15-21) and has called other times but left no message. The voicemail said "this is Benjamin my number is ************ with the extension **** I am calling to obtain or confirm location information for XXXXXXX...." The number he gave did not match the caller ID number and when I Googled the 888 number it was identified as Orion Capital Solutions, a collection agency. I have also received a call from my ex-wife saying she got the same message from Benjamin and that he was trying to find location information on me. I have no outstanding debts that would have been turned over to a collection agency. I got my credit reports and there are no indications of any debt turned over to an agency, no late payments on any accounts. I fear this may be a scam or a case of identification theft. I want them to stop contacting me or anyone else to obtain information about me.

  The company left a voice mail concerning my husband that they needed his location. Then proceeded to call my parents who are up in age and have health issues. They were very concerned. They cannot do this! This is extremely wrong of them. I work in the healthcare and cannot have my phone. I do not appreciate them doing this to me or my family.

  We have received calls from numerous family members stating this company called them looking for the whereabouts of my husband. This has happened multiple times over the last year and a half or so. They have never called me nor my husband about this, nor have they ever given any information as to the nature of the call. They just keep saying they need information on his location. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially when majority of the family members they have called have nothing to do with any accounts we have, so there is no reason why their phone numbers should be associated with my husband. This needs to cease immediately!
