      I am writing to address the distressing discovery that you have been sharing my nonpublic information with credit bureaus, resulting in inaccurate reporting on my credit profile. This violates my privacy rights under 15 USC 1681 section 602 and 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2, which mandates written consent for such actions. Your inaccurate reporting, including incorrectly labeling timely payments as late, has caused significant financial and emotional distress. I demand immediate corrective action and cessation of unauthorized information sharing. I also seek compensation for damages incurred. Please rectify this matter promptly. We do want to clarify that the rent reporting service within RentRedi only reports on-time payment with credit bureaus. We do not report late payments.If you are seeing late payments on your credit report, then it is possible that someone else (such as your landlord) could be reporting your late rent payments through a different service (not RentRedi).Please know we want to work with you to do all that we can to investigate this issue.       They charged me $30 for using my debit card to pay rent . All of a sudden I wasn’t able to use my bank account like I did the last three times they purposely did that and I want my money back because that’s an entire scam when have someone ever charged a 3.0% charge on a debit card not a credit card . This company is ripping me off .

      I am a landlord that uses rent redi to manager my tenants and properties and when I was looking for my 1099-K for my accountant, much to my horror I found that they use an incompetent 3-rd party payment processor called ******. The first time I was given the runaround and asked to contact ****** to get the form, they said that they mail it out and when I insisted that it legally needs to be made digitally available since that is the LAW, they said to check back in today, on the 30th of January 2024 because the 29th is when the fed starts taking taxes. Collecting all of this information digitally, I have absolutely no idea how there isn’t functionality that has the 1099 available to be pulled from rent redi in a tab already because I KNOW I CANT BE THE ONLY ONE GOING THROUGH THIS ******** BECAUSE OF THESE TWO IDIOT COMPANIES! I check back in and not only get the runaround today AGAIN, but the absurdly rude customer service rep tries to give me the runaround AGAIN as I’m in the customer service chat with Rent Redi at the same time and I send them a screenshot of the rent redi rep saying that 1099s are prepared by ******. The ****** rep then goes on to blame their training and says they only collect card transactions while somehow failing to realize that the party that collects that information IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE 1099!!! This is absolutely disgusting to treat customers this way and a total lack of accountability on both sides.

      I purchased a subscription for rent redi in may 2023 for a year and they charged my credit card and gave me a confirmation email ! They also kept sending me promo emails ! I’ve been emailing them for months that I can’t log in my account and would like a refund! Multiple different customer service reps have me the run around ! Then for the icing on the cake lol they told me I had the wrong email and I spelled it incorrectly ! I submitted all the proof etc with pics and screenshots! They continued to say we will look into this matter! I’m just glad I didn’t have thousands of dollars with this company ! I would like a refund for my paid subscription!
