    Received call and text problem is that they also called n texted my husband and my exhusbands wife! I have not been married to him in over 28 years. So they cant say i put down as reference or on application. I believe that is very disgusting collection practice. They sent email i went to log on to set up payment arrangements to have it say there is no balance available and no way to set anything up. I am also contacting the FTC about their practices

    Over the past two months I have been contacted y this company regarding an alleged debt owed by me. I advised the clerk to please recheck and to verify this loan with me. The first time this agent James, said he would mail the verification to me. He never did. He called today 1/20/25 and again, nasty tone, stated I had to take care of the debt. I advised I did not receive the verification or signed paperwork. He told me he sent me a verification letter in (/2024. He then told me to call company ***, and they would provide me with the verification. I called this Company and they stated that they do not have a verification of this alleged loan. That company told me to call a company named ** ********* ** ******** could not provide this information as well. This company appears to be committing fraud as well as abuses of the CFPB act. They are constantly texting and calling my friends and family. The address they use is located in a garage of a plumbing company in Lockport NY. I called the owner of the property, he was unable to confirm this business is a tenant. Very Shady. I want this company to cease and desist from calling or contacting me or my friends and family. If they can verify this debt is indeed mine, please forward the verification to my home address.

    I am writing to formally request that you immediately cease all communication with me regarding the alleged debt associated with account, as provided under Section 805 (15 U.S.C. § 1692c) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Section 1692c of the FDCPA clearly prohibits further communication concerning the debt, including any communication through written correspondence, phone calls, emails, or other mediums, as defined by Section 1692a(2). This includes indirect communications, such as updating or reporting information about the debt on my consumer credit reports. Additionally, as this debt is either inaccurate, unverified, or no longer valid, I am requesting that you delete any record of this debt from all consumer reporting agencies to which you have reported it. Failure to do so would be a violation of both the FDCPA and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Continuing to report an unverified or disputed debt after this notice can be interpreted as harassment and an unfair practice under federal law. I demand that you: 1. Immediately cease all communication with me regarding this alleged debt. 2. Remove the debt from all consumer credit reporting agencies where you have reported this information. You may only contact me to inform me of your intention to either cease collection activities or to pursue specific legal remedies, as permitted under Section 1692c(c) of the FDCPA. Failure to comply with this request or the deletion of the debt from my credit report may result in further action, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and other legal actions to enforce my rights under the FDCPA and FCRA.     Contacted multiple times a day with threatening voicemails, with what can be determined as threats of payment wasn’t made, Company has continuously contacted family members I no longer have contact with and my minor children. This is a violation of my privacy to concern other individuals at different numbers that are in no way connected to myself. None of these people were listed on any loan or debit I have ever done as they are minors!!

    Stay FAR away from this joke of a "company." I've never encountered such shady business practices in my life. After my monthly payment failed on Thanksgiving day, the very next morning (yes, less than 24 hours), they had the audacity to send text messages to each of my family members who were connected to wifi, about my debt, stating they were trying to reach me. The funniest part is, I've done my research and a person under the fake name "Ashley M" from this company comments on this recurring complaint from others. Ashley shares that sending spam texts to family members is a completely normal practice because these family members were resources listed on the original application - that is hilariously false! My long distant relatives were never listed as co-applicants, you stole their personal information using unlawful practices, thats what you did. That aside, they are now ignoring my texts, emails, calls so I figure writing scathing reviews for them will finally get them to respond and send back my debt to the original source so that I can pay that company, NOT these unsophisticated scammers.

    The company has been calling co-workers and relatives asking for me. They have been harassing them with multiple calls on a daily basis. Please stop calling coworkers and relatives. I have not received any loan from this company and do not have any mail from them.

    They have opened these email also.
    You owe a balance to Simple Fast Loans Inc. 
    When contacting this consumers cell as provided (###-###-####) they are yelling and screaming.
    Alternate contacts were listed on the loan application, as well as your place of employment.
    This account will be marked as a REFUSAL TO PAY and reported as such.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. 

    I was not screaming nor yelling as they claim. It was them who was rude to me when I was questioning them as to why they were contacting the folks that were not on the contract.

    Yes, I will work with the original lender on this.

    About a year ago I was receiving calls about a debt I supposedly had. When they called they first called my family and never called me.I called in October/November 2023 and was instantly being threatened with court, never once received anything in form of letter by mail or by email. I asked to only contact me by certified mail and was refused. I just want this bull of constant threats of jail and court

    A validation of debt was mailed to this consumer on 8/23/2023 to *** ******* *** ***** ** *****.There have never been any threats of "Jail Time" or anything like that. No communication at all has been made with this debtor since 1/25/2024.Our collections efforts have ceased.Please  contact the original creditor for further info.

    Representative Amanda- This company keeps contacting me because they state I am listed on a debtors contact information, I personally know this person and spoke with them, they never put me down for any references. I told them to stop contacting me and they continue to do so.

    This "company" has been calling old high school friends I can only assume they found through ********. I know this because 3 of the contacted parties posted happy birthday on my profile,l last week, and they contacted me saying someone is leaving them messages asking about my location. This is outrageous. When looking the number up it comes up as spam and every person who commented wrote the same "person" Kristen is on their voicemail. There is no Kristen. Especially because those people listed the actual voicemails and each one was a different voice. I'm pretty sure that's not legal. I have been in contact with a company I owed and the debt was settled so apparently they have I correct info. If any other people I know receive this message I'm calling attorney,because the message is added to sound like I'm in trouble with the law and asks to contact them with my last known location, or have their legal counsel contact them. This is false misrepresentation and they have broken rules including the CAM-SPAM act and if this does not stop I am taking action.
