  Breach of contract and defamation- I called to make an appointment for specific dates that were provided to my coop ( *************************) is the property manager. I have listing of all available dates.We played phone tag a bit until **************** returned my call on April 20th 2023 at 10.15AM. I was told by *********************** that she is no longer taking scheduling; even though the property manager emailed me the day before and suggest that I call and schedule an appointment with ****************. Although the last dates were May 5th and 9th. I told her both dates were ok with me.As a tax consultant and my hectic schedule these 2 dates were perfect for me. She told me she will talk to the manager.I emailed the manager on April 22nd a follow up of my phone conversation with the vendor. requesting that I get conformation from either of them,Never heard anything on the 5th. I figured there is still the 9th. But, on May 8th, I sent an email to the property manager that I haven't gotten any notice and how unprofessional of them.Much to my jaw dropping surprise, the manager email back stating " I was abusive and uncooperative to the vendor" without any proof from the vendor which was an unequivocal LIE. I know so since I recorded the conversation.Since this property manager has a history of gaslighting and outright lying. Not sure If the vendor is an acquaintance or not trying to secure this new account. Mind you I never dealt with that company before as a shareholder as I lived there for 33 years.I am being charged in four installments of $20 each month as an added maintenance fees which would equal $80. In addition to the other $80 which would be added to my monthly maintenance fees- for an aggregate total of $160.I want two things from that company:1. to recant the defamatory statement because it was a lie.2. to be refunded after the entire amount of $160.Otherwise I will file a civil suit against the the Vent company.Thank you.

  I did not have any contract with you. The contract was with your property manager. You were rude to me and I advised you that if you were going to continue to speak to me negatively, I would contact your management company to advise them that I will not be working in your home because of your abusive behavior, which I did. I do not have to service your home as you were abusive and rude. I was hired to work on 126 units and this is the only unit that there was a problem with. I am sorry that you feel wronged but I do not know the property manager, I am not friends with the property manager and I am not responsible for refunding anything to you as services were never rendered by my company. Thank you!
