      I placed an order on April 18 2025. Order number is ******. The total order was $175.82. The order included a shirt and short combo set ($94.95), joggers ($54.95) and a pashmina ($44.95), there was also a package protection charge for ($5.97). I received an email saying the pashmina was no longer available and I should see a refund on my card in a few days, which I did. The joggers were then delivered. The shirt and short combo set has yet been delivered and Ive been reaching out via ******** Messenger, Instagram Messenger and email for an update. I sent a message via instagram on July 29th asking again for another update as to when the rest of my order will be delivered. They finally replied and said to give them a week because they switched manufacturers. I sent a message back on August 8th, which has been more than a week, asking for yet another update and I have not heard back since.

      We've been working tirelessly to resolve issues with our long-standing manufacturer. Unfortunately, their operations were severely disrupted, leading to a complete collapse in production for orders placed since April. This was an unforeseen consequence of recent tariff regulations and their subsequent relocation. 
       
      To rectify the situation, we've rerouted affected orders, including yours, to our new manufacturing partner.  It is lined up for production and will be shipped once completed.

      I ordered from the **** website on July 11th, 2025. 6 tshirts & 1 pair of shorts. Total after a discount was $215. All 7 items each had a little red notification stating the items would require 10 business days to manufacture, after which time Id receive an email letting me know it was preparing to ship, and then shipping itself would take an additional 3-7 days. The 10 business days passed but I decided to give them a bit more time before reaching out, in case it was just standard delay issues. On July 31st I emailed customer service asking if someone could look into the status of my order. No response. I sent another follow-up email on August 4th. Again, no response. I tried calling their customer support line but they only had a voicemail box in which to record a message, with a promise theyd get back to **** left a polite & detailed message with all the pertinent info. Still no response. I went onto their Instagram and attempted to send them a direct message. It said something along the lines of this seller typically responds within 24 hours. I left detailed messages and included screenshots of my order receipt as well as my previous emailed attempts to get help.that was nearly 3 days ago now, still zero response. Then suddenly a few hours ago I get a $50 gift card to their site in my email inbox, but with no message or explanation. Its now been over a month since my purchase date. I still want the items I ordered, and an explanation as to the breakdown in communication. I dont think thats too much to ask here.

      Ordered 9 items from their online on June 6th. Reached out to them on June 14th they responded on the same day stating there production time is 5-7 business day of ordered items. Once produced that a confirmation email for tracking is supposed to be sent. As I was purchasing them for an event and they stated I was supposed to receive them by expected event. Reached out again on June 16 asking that it has passed the expected days for the production time and recieved no contact. Reached out a third time June 24 that the items were not received nor an email from their tracking number to be sent out and that I would contact my bank as well as BBB by the 27th.

      On June 2nd I placed an order. They claim a production time of 7 business days, and a shipping time of 7 to 10 days (not business). It has now been 19 business days and I have not received a tracking number. I have not gotten any response to request for cancelation, or notice of delay. They cannot make the production time they are advertising.

      I placed an order with iedm Apr.14, 5 items, 1 bucket hat, 1 tank top, 1 tshirt, 1 pair of shorts and 1 pair of joggers totaling $327.94. Upon finishing and paying for my order they had said it will be shipped in 5-7 business days. EDC 2025 wasnt until May.16 so i had no worries. Till this day Jun.16 i have not received my full order. Im still missing my shorts and joggers. Ive reached to support 5 times now only to be ignored. Ive been cheat out of $ and also ruined my music festival experience. I received 2 packages but im still missing those 2 pieces ive mentioned.

      I ordered four hoodies on April 14 and so far have only received onky half my order. I have sent out emails politely asking for updates and have been ignored. It has now been 2 months and I am considering getting a refund or even taking mlegak issues. I spent $247 on this order. This completely unacceptable

      I have had multiple conversations with ****** at **** about receiving a refund for items that I wanted to cancel since they would not arrive in time for the intended use. She has assured me that my items were canceled and I would receive a refund however it has yet to happen after over a month of waiting.

      Absolutely the worst customer service there is. It has been non existent. I have been emailing and calling for the past week and a half and have not received anything back. I have two orders placed 12 hours apart, the first one took two weeks before it even shipped. It came in last friday and there was items missing from my order. The second hasnt even been made yet and its been three weeks. I absolutely loved ordering from here in the past but after this i will never do business with these people again. Do better.

      I placed an order on April 29, 2025. On their website it clearly stated that if I put my order in by May 1st, then I would receive my order in time for EDC (May 15th). After about a week of not receiving any sort of information regarding my purchase, I contacted iEDM through email, since thats the ONLY way. They claim to have 24/7 customer support but thats *** When I call the number on their website I am directed straight to a voicemail that informs me that I will be contacted within 72 hours through email. Its incredibly frustrating! I finally received a response on May 11. It was vague and disappointing. I am pretty sure AI replies to emails. However, they seemed to have no knowledge of my order. I contacted them a few days later, only to be told my order was *finally* being processed and would ship by the end of the week. Well, that was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my order! Ive emailed them several more times and cannot get a straightforward answer. They customize in clothing that is made specifically for festivals and they know how important it is to receive your order on time. They are showing zero care or concern regarding the service they are giving their customers. I will never be purchasing from this company again. BUYER BEWARE!!

      I have contacted **** multiple times by phone and email regarding my order placed on April 17th, and I have yet to receive any response or update. Your confirmation email stated that production would take 5 business days. It is now the 8th business day, and I have received no communication about the status of my order.After reviewing numerous complaints and negative reviews, I am concerned that fulfillment may take significantly longer than advertised. I am attending *** in May and must receive my order beforehand.Had the website accurately reflected the true production and processing times, I would have either ordered sooner or chosen a different company. I expect my order to be expedited immediately. If you cannot meet the necessary timeline, I request a full refund.Please respond promptly.
