Zero store is the absolute worst insurance company in the entire world. I am now uninsured because they failed to send a termination letter terrible. Spoke to several people.Nobody knows how to fix any issues in the call center. I would never recommend this even if its free, better off with none The Most unprofessional useless disrespectful call center team you could ever imagine well tell you lies and does not careAmbetter from Fidelis Care

0 stars. I have been to h*** and back twice over with this company. Their policies about prior authorizations and "suggested step therapy" for medications are completely unreasonable. I have now paid over $2000 out of pocket for my medications because they are playing games. A medication I have been on for years has worked perfectly fine for me, they do not want to cover it because "they have no record of me on it" and suggested I try "this other medication in the same drug class." Because it's MARGINALLY CHEAPER! It's been 4 months of back and forth, I finally submitted, showed up to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, and was told that the insurance wouldn't cover it because "it was name brand" and "they wanted me to try 5mg" instead of the 25mg that my doctor prescribed - AT THEIR SUGGESTION. And, to top it all off, when I called to speak to someone about this, the agent dared to say to me, and I quote If you dont like your coverage, you can just go and get different coverage." I am lucky that I was able to afford to pay for this medication out of pocket, but not everyone has such luck. They should be ashamed. At this point, I have no idea why I've paid any premiums to this company whatsoever if all they have done is cause me this headache. Take the agent's advice - go find different coverage!!!!Ambetter from Fidelis Care

The absolute worst. Bureaucratic, unresponsive, fail to document earlier interactions, all leads to an extremely frustrating and unproductive experience. Spent hours on the phone to address what should have been a relatively simple request to disenroll from their plan. Stymied at every step. Continued to receive invoices after switching to ********. Once they realized their mistake, and related unnecessary intransigence, they responded with a short, inadequate apology acknowledging my termination. I have been on the phone for the past three hours and have found the *** system extremely frustrating. Despite entering all required information, the system indicated that the patient is active but then put me on hold without transferring me to a live representative. This situation has resulted in a significant waste of time.Moreover, despite my agent's efforts, I have not received the necessary information to process claims accurately. This lack of clarity has led to claim denials, with representatives stating that prior authorization or verification of provider ID is required for out-of-network services. The lack of cooperation and clear guidance has made it difficult to determine coverage.Given these challenges, I cannot recommend accepting this insurance.Ambetter from Fidelis Care

This is the scam insurance company. I have spent HOURS on the phone just to get access to my member portal. Every time I click ANYTHING on my member portal I get this page that says:DATA IS MISSING OR INVALID PLEASE CONTACT YOUR FIDELIS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR I do then after an hour on the phone they make a "ticket" and "case number" with their IT s***** team to fix within "7 business days" where someone will call me and all should be fine. I have done this Groundhog Day process at least 8 times. NOTHING ever changes. They are the biggest con game in health insurance. I cannot wait to be done with them. Awful customer service, they send you around in circles with robo menus and then hang up on you. Last time I called there were ads for satellite TV and a message telling me to leave a voicemail and they would get back to me.They deny claims for necessary tests and procedures to include routine labwork and pain management.I am a disabled veteran who sought a second opinion outside of the VA, and I am now hundreds of dollars in debt due to denied payment for labs. I cannot reach a representative to request a copy of the basis for the denial.Avoid this company unless you enjoy paying all your own medical bills.Ambetter from Fidelis Care

Worst insurance company ever. Pay high premium and they don't pay anything. This includes prescriptions. If you are on ******** with fidelis your covered 100%. If you pay for your insurance they cover nothing. So, you are paying for the people on welfare. This is not right at all. They should be investigated. Had to leave a star but they do not deserve any stars at all. Unfortunately in my area they are the only option to get insurance. My premium was paid right from my HSA account every month. They decided to not put it in my account until the next month and cancelled my insurance on me then refunded claim to refund my money. Which I have not gotten yet (2 weeks). Absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever had! You pay high premiums and they dont cover you like they should. My orthopedic wants me to have an MRI and Fidelis Care has denied it every time for the past 7+ years. What the h*** does an insurance company know about the pain Im having in my back! Do not sign up with Fidelis Care. In my opinion they are worthless!!!! Worst customer service as well.Ambetter from Fidelis Care

They lost my premium payment and have threatened to cancel my daughters insurance. I have proof I paid it, I've contacted 6 people by phone, and about the same number of people via the online system. They all say different things but the majority of them say "just make the premium payment" well it won't let me make a second premium payment. I've told several people this. One lady said she created a case to send to finance and apparently finance didn't have enough info and closed the case out without telling me ( when I called to check on it some guy told me this). I'm pretty sure that lady had my whole life story including my blood type and what I had for lunch that day. My bank says I paid it, my screenshot of the approval of payment says I paid it. I just sent a check in for double the amount, let's see them lose this one. No one is helping and no one has fixed it. I figured I'll go this route and maybe somebody will fix this mess.
